Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi, this is Katie from Frederick.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Hi Katie, how are you?
Speaker 1 (00:05):
I'm good? How are you?
Speaker 2 (00:06):
I am excellent? Thank you, Katie, thank you for calling.
Speaker 3 (00:10):
You have you have the like panic attacks and anxiety
and stuff?
Speaker 1 (00:15):
I do? I have generalized anxiety disorder. I have experienced
several panic attacks.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
Oh, I'm sorry about that.
Speaker 1 (00:24):
The well, thank you.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
What do you do? What do you do to kind
of help manage that?
Speaker 1 (00:33):
So for me, my panic attacks tend to come on
if there is a lot of external stimuli. So if
a lot of things are coming at me all at
the same time, then I tend to feel panicky. And
so usually it's me removing myself from the situation if
I can, getting to a calm, quiet place. And I
(00:57):
do also have medication that I can if I need to.
Speaker 3 (01:01):
Right, Okay, I got youa So I was reading about
this woman. Her name is Catherine Valsy.
Speaker 2 (01:09):
She lives in Maryland somewhere.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
I don't know exactly where she lives, but she lives
in Maryland somewhere.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
Are you familiar with slow living?
Speaker 4 (01:20):
A little bit?
Speaker 3 (01:21):
What I don't so the story about this What did
I say her name was? I should remember her name?
Catherine Valsy she was talking about she has anxiety, she
would have panic attacks, right, and then she started a
or following. I don't think she created slow living, but
this process of slow living, she said, she hasn't had
(01:44):
a panic attack in years by following slow living.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
What exactly is that? Though I don't understand what that means.
Speaker 1 (01:54):
I it sounds to me, and from what I heard
a little bit, I think it's just trying to live
in a calm, orderly, non hectic fashion.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Oh, fantasy lanb, fantasy lamb.
Speaker 5 (02:08):
It seems difficult in twenty twenty four, she.
Speaker 6 (02:11):
Says, what if it's there?
Speaker 3 (02:13):
In twenty eighteen, she says, And by the way, and listen,
I'm sure it works for her, and maybe maybe there
is a way to do it. It's just and if
that's the case, then I blame the person who did
the story.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
It says Falsie was constantly uh.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
Rushing when she was growing up, then when she was
going for her undergrad the toll on her mental health,
and then just going on and on and on. She said,
it's all about slowing down, being present and more mindful
and intentional in one's actions and decisions. But how like
(02:52):
that's it's one thing to say that, But how do
you do that?
Speaker 5 (02:55):
Sounds like there's a lot of effort you have to
put forth, Like I it's a very.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
Just thing to be mindful. What do you mean, Well,
it's it's something that I do do to help with
my anxiety and also suppression, to just kind of quiet
your mind, think about just you know, being conscious of
what you're doing and what's going on around you and
(03:25):
trying to eliminate the hectic parts of your life. Uh,
it's not something that's easy for me to do though.
I mean, I have a job and two small kids.
Speaker 6 (03:35):
So right the I hear you, Hey, I appreciate the
phone call. Thank you, ma'am.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Thank you.
Speaker 7 (03:43):
Am.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
I And I don't I don't want this to come
off as dismissive. So I'm not trying to trigger anybody.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
No, No, I'm not. I'm not three.
Speaker 6 (03:54):
To what but you're on?
Speaker 2 (03:59):
Are we always mindful? No? My God, of what's going
on now?
Speaker 3 (04:04):
I feel like I'm pretty mindful about what's going on
around me.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
No, I'm not.
Speaker 5 (04:09):
No, it's like thousing on the moment, not like what
that's what a million things that are going on around you.
Speaker 2 (04:16):
With Well, there may be a million things going on, but.
Speaker 3 (04:18):
You've got to you've got to be focused.
Speaker 6 (04:20):
On what you're doing in order to do what it
is you're doing, which is sometimes where being more mindful
or being more intentional, it's specific specifically, intent can find
itself in contrast with this idea of slow living, because
intent sometimes comes with goals, and to achieve those goals,
(04:43):
you may find yourself out of that slow lane because
you may not be able to unplug to achieve the ends.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
But this doesn't sound like I have to like unplug
from like being on the internet.
Speaker 6 (05:00):
That's a big part of it. Yes, oh okay, it's
a massive.
Speaker 5 (05:05):
Mass like don't make sure, don't don't know. It's just
it's don't be one hundred percent all the time tied
to your phone.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
And then that gets rid of panic attacks. I don't
think so it can help.
Speaker 5 (05:16):
It's it's one of the steps touch grass man.
Speaker 2 (05:20):
The that's weed, Kristen, I've been saying that for years.
Speaker 6 (05:24):
The and putting yourself in other shoes. Going back to
the mindful.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
I'm not I'm not. That's why I said I'm not
trying to trigger no one.
Speaker 6 (05:33):
No, I'm saying that is key. Oh so you're aware of.
Like an example comes to mind.
Speaker 1 (05:41):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (05:41):
There. I don't know if you heard, but there were
two hurricanes and you called someone in here curious why
they relate to work. Right, you weren't very mindful of
the familial situation that may be going on.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
I have no memory of that.
Speaker 8 (06:00):
Oh god, no, because all he ever talked about is like,
my family lives in Tennessee and then conveniently, when he
doesn't come to work, they just moved to Florida.
Speaker 2 (06:11):
Okay, but how do But how is that not me?
Speaker 4 (06:14):
Right?
Speaker 6 (06:14):
Here? It's this practice non judging.
Speaker 2 (06:17):
I don't judge judge.
Speaker 3 (06:20):
No, No, But how how am I supposed to know?
That's on him? He should be Hey, i'm running late.
My family lives in Florida. I want to make sure
they're okay.
Speaker 6 (06:32):
Yeah, but then we've talked about mindful eating before. Also,
maybe don't be late all the time. Okay, this is
not where I was going with the example. I was
just picking out something that happened within the last week
or so. Right. Uh, but mindful eating we've dealt with. Well,
you haven't achieved it. No, No, But I can understand
mindful eating. I can understand, But my full movement. Do
(06:53):
you see you hear about that a lot in look
workout classes, like not forgetting to breathe. Yeah, the stress
you can put on your body if you're making your
way through your day and you're not taking in deep
breaths and exhaling and remembering to just remove yourself for
(07:13):
a second, it can be devastating on your health.
Speaker 5 (07:16):
You're not a good candidate for this because he was.
He was talking about how like you need to remember
to breathe, and you shot a look at me with
the eye roll like.
Speaker 2 (07:26):
Oh god, that's not true.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
But if people didn't remember to breathe, there'd be millions
of people dead.
Speaker 5 (07:37):
But you're holding your breath and you're holding intention.
Speaker 3 (07:40):
Right that then they ought to put a big sign up,
welcome to planet fitness, don't forget to breathe.
Speaker 6 (07:48):
Here we go, Elliott, do you I've actually never heard
of this one. We'll have to figure this one out.
Where did it go? Do you take? Where is it?
It was like, do you take mindful showers?
Speaker 3 (08:03):
Do I take mindful showers? I don't even know what
that means. I get in the shower, I wash my
I can go in order I wash my face if
it's a hair washing day, which is rare, I wash
my face because I have my special soap. Then I
wash my hair, then I wash my body, and then
I get out done.
Speaker 6 (08:21):
Zoe, you forgot to appreciate the smells that arise from
your soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Speaker 5 (08:26):
Oh my god, So now I got to send you say,
who's got the time for that? No, no, no, that's
a waste of time.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
To you, it is a waste of time.
Speaker 3 (08:33):
I got to stand in the shower for forty minutes
and let the water wash over me and smell.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
Listen.
Speaker 6 (08:39):
I like how I smell good. I like how my
old spice smells. It's swagger the But why do I
have to stand in there? Because you need to focus
on the sensation that's happening as you get clean.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
And then you know what happens. Let me tell you
what happens.
Speaker 3 (08:53):
You spend forty five minutes in the shower trying to
smell your arms, and then you get out and you're like,
holy crap.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
I'm forty five minutes behind time. I got to speed
up my slow living. Don't forget to breathe say another word.
But I dropped dead because I forgot to breathe saying
no to stuff. I say no to stuff.
Speaker 5 (09:10):
No, It's like like cutting down on your commitments. There's
it's not bad to just chill it home Joemo.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
The joy of missing out the but no, I don't,
I don't.
Speaker 6 (09:22):
I don't have a problem with somebody says no, I
say no to stuff. Yeah, but I said not toe
something yesterday.
Speaker 5 (09:30):
Okay. But oftentimes you would probably say like you couldn't
fit in another thing, Like there are plenty of people
who like have a real anxiety about saying no to anything.
They'll feel like, oh god, if I if I turn
that down, then they won't ask me to do something.
Oh well, that's ridraculous.
Speaker 2 (09:44):
Of course they will.
Speaker 1 (09:46):
No.
Speaker 6 (09:46):
I mean, if you say no one hundred times, they're
not going to from Instagram. The hardest part about achieving
slow living in this area is the commute.
Speaker 5 (09:55):
Yeah, because that takes up a huge trunk of your day.
Speaker 6 (09:58):
Well also the stress it. Yeah, let me liken it
to a shower.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
As long as you're in that car, settle into your seat.
Listen to it.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
Listen, listen, Listen to what I would consider a marginally
good radio show. Enjoy a cup of coffee, Maybe have
a cigarette. Slow living, man.
Speaker 5 (10:22):
That's not slow. A commute is not slow living.
Speaker 2 (10:25):
Why because you?
Speaker 5 (10:26):
Because you because you're tensed up, because you're like, oh
my god, there's an accident up there.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
I gotta I gotta get up there, I gotta go.
I gotta people live that.
Speaker 3 (10:35):
But you're saying, if I treat a shower like get in,
get out, that's bad. But in the car, settle in,
settle in, enjoy the ride, Listen to the show.
Speaker 6 (10:44):
Says car bus ter train, simply breathe in.
Speaker 2 (10:47):
I forgot, thank you, don't forget to breathe.
Speaker 6 (10:49):
Hold for a count of two and breathe out for
a kind of six what it'll slow down and trick
your brain and breathe in for what? Breathe in for
account of four.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
These people don't smoke.
Speaker 6 (11:00):
Hold for a count of two and breathe out for
account of six, in for four, hold for two, out
for six.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
How about in for two, hole for four, out for four.
Speaker 6 (11:10):
You can use this at any point during your day,
but it's especially helpful as you make your way to work.
Speaker 2 (11:14):
But does it?
Speaker 3 (11:15):
This girl says because of this, she hadn't had a
panic attack in years.
Speaker 5 (11:19):
Something's working for her.
Speaker 6 (11:21):
That's Catherine Volsey Line three, Hi Ellie of the morning, Yeah, Hi,
who's that?
Speaker 9 (11:33):
I have panic attacks, anxiety and the whole other lattice problems.
My last damp is introduced me too slow living. It's stupid,
basically is.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Basically she said.
Speaker 9 (11:48):
Her example was if you have to do like you
go to work, but you know you have to go
to the grocery store, my day is going to be
focused on getting to the grocery store. And she's like, no,
don't worry about that.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
Worry about what you're doing.
Speaker 9 (12:02):
Enjoy the work you're doing, and then when you get
to the grocery store, don't focus on those four items.
Walk the aisles, calm yourself down.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
I gotta get home. I'm with your baby.
Speaker 6 (12:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
No, what you know what the truth is? No, no, no, no, no,
the no.
Speaker 3 (12:23):
But the truth is what she should have said is
and I am not a licensed therapist. However, what she
should have said is, yes, work's gonna be nuts, shopping
is gonna be nuts.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
Enjoy the car ride. Enjoy the car ride.
Speaker 1 (12:35):
You can't do you know what.
Speaker 9 (12:36):
She should have what she should have said, what, here's
your prescription.
Speaker 2 (12:43):
To all right, very.
Speaker 3 (12:46):
Good, very good, A good candidates the But that's where
it seems so unfair.
Speaker 6 (12:52):
But every journey is different. Don't be afraid to me.
I am a licensed therapist. Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
I realize you don't actually make mistakes and read you
bought all the supplies for Diane.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
I make mistakes every day. You don't see me fretting it.
Speaker 6 (13:06):
And take one day at a time. I can't get
through four seconds of inhaling. Who am I?
Speaker 2 (13:18):
Line seven?
Speaker 7 (13:19):
Hi Ellie in the morning, Hey elliot, yo, Hey, I
have I guess undiagnosed anxiety?
Speaker 2 (13:32):
Hey, hey, hey, slow it down, slow living. Let's be
in the moment.
Speaker 6 (13:35):
You stress people out in the way you talk to
him on the phone.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
How have I stressed anybody out?
Speaker 5 (13:40):
Interrupting people when she was trying to make a point, I.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
Haven't interrupted her yet.
Speaker 6 (13:44):
Boom yet, I'm sorry, Go ahead, man, finish her entire thought.
Or how about right before the caller when you go
quickly please.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
Get your hand up?
Speaker 3 (13:54):
Well no, because I don't have until three o'clock for
some people to get a story out.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
Oh my god, the show goes on.
Speaker 6 (14:02):
And because I'm slow living, anyway, I'm sorry, go ahead,
may I'm quickly my.
Speaker 7 (14:10):
Yeah, no, it's okay.
Speaker 10 (14:11):
And to die end's point, I'm not going to have
a panic attack, but I have had a panic attack before.
And my my brother and sister all both have anxiety disorders,
and I'm pretty sure one of my little boys does too,
And so it's been interesting to kind of follow and
how we all kind of deal with it. I tend
to white knuckle my you know, my way through life,
(14:33):
and but we all kind of had just face it
head on. My sister would write journals. I like to
run a lot and run myself into the ground. But
we've all figured out that.
Speaker 11 (14:44):
Structure is a big it's a big help.
Speaker 10 (14:48):
And uh and also not rushing.
Speaker 7 (14:50):
I don't rush my little boy.
Speaker 1 (14:52):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (14:52):
And we're kind of on.
Speaker 11 (14:53):
Time everywhere we go, and that that seems to help.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
But how are you? How are you? How are you
on time? But not rushing?
Speaker 10 (15:01):
Well, we would just wake up earlier, I mean, you know,
we're a more scheduled, more structure.
Speaker 2 (15:07):
Give yourself more time and oh yeah, Johnny, perfect timer.
Speaker 11 (15:12):
Well you know, yeah, and then you have to give
up other things to give up, you know, like not
saying yes to everything and kind of doing what you're
supposed to do, which can be less fun. So it's
about balance.
Speaker 10 (15:25):
When I was growing up where our father would always say,
where do you see yourself in a year? Where do
you see yourself in two years?
Speaker 11 (15:30):
Where do you see yourself in ten years?
Speaker 6 (15:33):
On the side, yeah, no disrespect to your old man.
I hate that I earlier where you want to be
in five years? I don't freaking know.
Speaker 7 (15:43):
It works for all of us. You know, I've been
very helpful and being successful.
Speaker 6 (15:51):
I don't know where I literally want to, like this
right because you haven't stopped down and thought about it.
What's there to think about five yours? You know where
I'm gonna You know where I want to be sitting
right here.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
That's it. That's where I'm going to be in five.
Speaker 5 (16:06):
I think it helps people set goals.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
Well goal scrolls, no goals, no goals.
Speaker 10 (16:13):
It flowers the anxiety because you know what's in front
of you.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
Maybe I know what you're where you're going is part
of is part of my issue. I like chaos.
Speaker 6 (16:22):
You're not someone who's going to consume media responsibly. Neither, Diane.
You mentioned the other day about endless scrolling.
Speaker 2 (16:32):
Yeah, well, but that's not me.
Speaker 5 (16:34):
I'm bad at that too. But I hate chaos. Oh,
I love chaos. I want order. I want things, time
and place for everything. I need order, like cluttering.
Speaker 6 (16:44):
Is a big part of it.
Speaker 2 (16:46):
The no.
Speaker 6 (16:47):
No.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
Somebody asked me the other day about, like, has it
been hard being like without having the boys around? Has
it been hard like what empty nesting or whatever they
call it? And I said no, like, actually Jackie and
I have done really well, better than I thought we would.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
Like.
Speaker 6 (17:01):
I thought like we would be going at it not
like this, but like that the arguing, yeah.
Speaker 3 (17:07):
Like just getting on each other's nerves. And we've actually
done very very well together, which I'm really proud of.
The But I the the like I'm glad that the
boys are out and doing their thing.
Speaker 6 (17:18):
I just missed the chaos at home, Like I miss
that chaos like I maybe, and maybe that's why I
like chaos. You do, you do, but in not every
aspect of your life.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
No, but my chaos is very structured.
Speaker 6 (17:32):
Sometimes when a segment goes off the rails, you don't
love it, No, of course not. I love it And
I don't like chaos, right, I like when you seem
to lose control the not not you personally, but you've
you've lost control of what's happened.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
Oh, like about whether we should be citing checks.
Speaker 6 (17:53):
And you can you can sense that you're uncomfortable because
the thing you want to control is this show. Yeah,
well that sounds bad because no, no, but at home,
like you want to be the ring master of this.
So if something goes awry or unexpected you you didn't
(18:16):
love you just set something very nice about your wife.
Hold on, man, you were caught off guard by the
dogs when they.
Speaker 12 (18:23):
Showed up from wolf Trap. Oh yeah, that threw you
off your game. Oh yeah, I didn't like that you
kept this was on the air. You kept asking your
wife please stop walking in with the dogs as the
parade of Okay, yes, that's a good point.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
Yeeah.
Speaker 6 (18:40):
I didn't like that because it just wasn't I don't
want to say planned for, but it certainly wasn't something
you were prepared for. Well. No, I'm trying to do,
I'm trying to work, and all of a sudden, I
got I got fifteen dogs walking in here. Yeah no,
and you loved spending time with them after the show.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
That's chaos.
Speaker 6 (18:58):
Yeah, but what they did to you during the show. Yeah, yeah,
that's a problem less than ideal, that's yeah, okay, I'll
give you that.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
Yeah, I'll give you that.
Speaker 5 (19:06):
Whereas I love that. That's where I met Kevin and
immediately Kevin so much.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
You have no idea where he is.
Speaker 5 (19:14):
Immediately calming because I can't handle four cats immediately calming.
Speaker 2 (19:19):
The truth is you could if you would slow live.
Speaker 5 (19:21):
And no, oh and and and gave me like a
boost of serotone in that day.
Speaker 2 (19:28):
So why don't you bring a cat in here every day?
Speaker 6 (19:30):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (19:30):
Okay?
Speaker 6 (19:31):
The no, like we would love that we had a
cat and pirate Bubba. Remember Liz would go around, has
anyone Bubba Bubba used to get up in the ceiling tiles,
but that man Gomez used to have to go up
there at night and feed him. And this is exactly
why every journey is different. Because Wolf Trapp and your
wife came in on the anniversary day for puppy therapy
and it drove you crazy.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
But I'm slow living. Hi the morning?
Speaker 5 (20:04):
Is this me?
Speaker 2 (20:05):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (20:06):
Hi?
Speaker 2 (20:08):
Hey Elliott, So I've got hey can I jump in
here real quick? How about it? Ma'am? Let's lose the
speaker if you don't mind. Oh, I'm on the headphone. Yeah,
there we go.
Speaker 6 (20:19):
I want to be able to like hear you crisp
and clear. I want to be in the moment.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
So yeah, I've got the RPSC and anxiety through the
roof that I'm even scared to leave my own house.
Speaker 6 (20:34):
But I don't know.
Speaker 10 (20:35):
If you've seen the Inside out Q movie anxiety character.
Speaker 12 (20:42):
They hit it on the they hit it on the nose.
Speaker 2 (20:45):
Have you thought about just trying to slow down and
be in the moment. I've tried that. It doesn't work.
Speaker 1 (20:51):
All the medication in the world doesn't work.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Wait, so you literally don't leave your house.
Speaker 6 (20:57):
Most of the time.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
Notes, what do you do? I work from home? No,
but like what do you do at night? Like you
got to leave the house?
Speaker 1 (21:07):
Not really.
Speaker 3 (21:10):
What do you do for like like what smoking?
Speaker 2 (21:13):
That's mine? I do A garden a lot, A garden
a lot.
Speaker 3 (21:20):
Oh that's probably good for you. No, because the reason
I want you to leave the house. They always say,
you got to get some sunshine and fresh air, right,
you got to get the blood flowing, You got to
get some oxygen flowing through the body. So if you're
just sitting at home on your on your sat on
the couch. You're not getting that done.
Speaker 1 (21:38):
Well, I'm outside in the garden.
Speaker 6 (21:40):
That's spider man d Yeah.
Speaker 2 (21:41):

Speaker 6 (21:46):
Excuse me, I was trying to force a second man,
you're not forgetting to breathe?
Speaker 2 (21:55):
Right? No?
Speaker 9 (21:58):
Are you?
Speaker 2 (21:59):
Are you a medication?
Speaker 4 (22:01):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (22:02):
No? So is it?
Speaker 6 (22:04):
Is it a goraphobia or is it just a fear
of a panic attack in public?
Speaker 2 (22:12):
I had a physical altercation that altered that. Yeah, altered
my sense.
Speaker 6 (22:19):
Well, I totally understand that that.
Speaker 2 (22:21):
Wait, that altered your what? Uh my thought process?
Speaker 6 (22:26):
As she'd say, yeah, so it is she is basing
her her fears are based on a real life experience.
Speaker 5 (22:33):
Yeah, something that happened to her.
Speaker 2 (22:35):
There's everybody. Does everybody know what happened to her? But
I'm an idiot and I have no She just said
it was a traumatic Oh what happened?
Speaker 6 (22:43):
Now? Oh my god, why wouldn't you ask? Don't you
want to know? That's showing an interest in the lady, ma'am? Yeah,
what what happened?
Speaker 1 (22:58):
Somebody?
Speaker 9 (22:58):
I know that really intoxicated and decided that I was
a threat.
Speaker 2 (23:03):

Was someone you did trust.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
Yes, yeah, can I I'm not going to try to
fix that.
Speaker 6 (23:22):
And I hate people. So I'm not a great person
for this.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
The I am, but I don't. But if I say,
if I.
Speaker 3 (23:30):
If I give my recommendation, everybody, oh Johnny perfect afraid,
not afraid to leave the house.
Speaker 6 (23:39):
But maybe you can play the numbers game where it's like, yeah,
that's what I was going to see.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
Person. The people in the world, they're all not after
you go out and be with them. Take sure about that.
Speaker 6 (23:52):
Yes, listen, there's evil around every corner and now you're back.
But but people, the majority of people are good people.
Speaker 3 (24:01):
Yes, absolutely, the overwhelming majority of people are good. Would

Oh, okay, okay, because I was gonna say, if you want,
you can come hang out in here for a day.
Speaker 6 (24:17):

was going certain to certain venues.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
Yeah, if she feels safe, But you have to know, right,
but you go something. But do you go to places
only where you know people? Yes?
Speaker 3 (24:32):
See, But here's the here's here's the illogical thinking. The
person you knew is the one who attacked you. Strangers
didn't attack you.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
That's true, Thank you.
Speaker 6 (24:44):
I mean, do consider stranger danger. Reason Like, let's not
completely let down, right, but I like for help, can
maybe find more safe spaces.
Speaker 2 (24:57):
Right, That's why I said she can come here.
Speaker 6 (24:59):
This is not practical.
Speaker 2 (25:01):
She could sit in the other room. She could sit
out there with with Jed. She got no hair on
her buttthole to sit out there with her intimidating.
Speaker 6 (25:07):
Never tell Elliott anything personal.
Speaker 10 (25:12):

Speaker 3 (25:18):
If he tells you, that's still that, that's that's that's
a lot of that.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
That's that's chaos. Like I don't know what those dogs
are going to do. What if they what if they
there's electrics? All right? Very good? I hope I was helpful.
Speaker 6 (25:33):
He's not a license therapist.
Speaker 2 (25:35):
He tell you that.
Speaker 3 (25:35):

slow living and don't forget to breathe.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
Don't forget to breathe.
Speaker 3 (25:49):
Give it one more shot in for four. You got
to breathe in through like the thinnest little straw.
Speaker 5 (25:57):
We don't have to suck it in. Just take a slow, easy,
deep breath.
Speaker 6 (26:03):
That's through your nose.
Speaker 2 (26:05):
I can't, I I my nose is so clogged up
right now. But I don't want to do it through
your mouth. I was, and I was told I had
to do it through my nose.
Speaker 4 (26:18):
Oh yeah, you made it, Oh boy, oh boy.
Speaker 2 (26:28):
All right,
