shelters bracing for our coldest weather yet this winter.

the kids who are supposed to go to Walt Disney
Elementary School in Alvin but can't because of tornadoes severely
damage that school.

They're going to be going to.

Another school tomorrow. It's about four miles away and the
school is the old Alvin Elementary School and it's been
used for all kinds of things. Fortunately, it's up and
ready for these kids. School supplies for the teachers and
the kids have been purchased. The kids will be all
set up when they go back tomorrow, and moms and
dads are helping out too, like one mom, Lauren Hooker,

she's a local realtor. She had a set up a
donation drive at her work and was overwhelmed with all
the support. So if you'd like to donate, you certainly can.

We've got a Houstonian on the city's first pro volleyball team.
Her name is Anita and Woosy. She's an LSU grand
from a southeast Houston. She commutes from her parents' house
to volleyball practice six days a week, her first full
time job, living the dream playing with Houston's first volleyball
team through League one Volleyball and Aurnita is one of
four middle blockers on the h toown squad. Many of

our teammates come from all over the world, been on
Olympic teams, and while she's one of the less experienced players,
she says Her goal is to get to know the
game even more and learn from those who've been in
the game longer. The inaugural scene of League One Volleyball
kicks off this Wednesday with a matchup between Salt Lake
City and Atlanta, and then we can catch Houston hosting
its first of six home matches against Austin this Thursday
at the four Benn County Epicenter. You can catch all

for a couple of months. So the electric bill looks
a lot nicer at.
