More inspiration for the upcoming Chevron Houston Marathon. Her name
is Talita Chen. She's a mom out in Katie. She
says she was never a runner. She started running about
seven years ago when her family was going through some
challenges and she just felt like she needed something to
get through, and for her, running became that thing. The
forty year old is taken on the Chevron Marathon this year,
but not just for her. She's running to teach her
girls an invaluable life lesson. She says. She hopes they

can see that we can do hard things that maybe
other people don't believe we can. So good luck and
thank you for inspiring all of us to lead a

He's a father of two, survived cancer not just once
but twice. He said it was a hard journey, but
he's in a good place now. He is all about

to stay healthy and eat well. He will be running
the half marathon, he says. When he crosses that line,

I do it after every show. I'm on the way
home from working out.

you go to the gym.

That's usually about an hour. I get out of work,
probably about.

Four o'clock in the morning.

Oh my god, to work out till about five or six?
Do you ours? How do you do you get that?
I know? How do you get yourself motivated? Honestly? I
see myself as a public tradeeer. I go out to
the bars.

Everybody walks up to me. I've got a look good
for the crowd, so that way they get motivated to
get on stage and have a great time.

I'm about dancing and singing with everybody all night. It's
kind of work out itself.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
Yeah, is imagining, And when we complain, I'm going to
think about Eric putting in a full night into the
morning and then working out it four in the morning,
no excuses.
