our culinary scene for years and most of us have
probably had his food. His name is John Henry Abercrombie,
and he would make barbecue Dane for his mom when
he was young.

Now, his small family owned business has fed nearly everyone
in the city. His seasonings, marinates, and sauces are sold
in every state. They worked with dozens of local restaurants.
Just a small snapshot locally, their factory creates catch up
for a local Filipino restaurant. They also make barbecue sauces
for Humbele's Tin Roof Barbecue and Fern's original barbecue soy
sauce for seaside poke. Even a number of Rodeo Cookoff
