So here we go. You guys, I wasn't messing around
when I kept saying that this is one of the
biggest announcements that you're going to hear in this show's history.
And we've been on the air for a really, really
long time, and so I'm not lying. This is this
is a big one. Now. We did post on our
social media sites that that we had this big announcement
coming up this morning, and some of the theories, wow,

were pretty wild, pretty wild. So I'm going to debunk
a couple of those right out of the game. Yeah.
Number the number one theory that most people thought was
that that's it for Sky, that she's off to Oregon.
She's calling it quit. You know, she bought this house
in Oregon for her retirement, but she claims her retirements

still like a decade away. But that they thought, oh no,
this is it. Sky's going to Oregon. He's done. She's
riding that coastal wave and she's out here. Not true,
damn it.

would be like, congratulations, I'm not quite there yet, not

So back in I don't know, December, my wife and
I started talking about something that you know, we've said
that we would never do. Well, my wife said she
would never do it was never on the table. She
never wanted to do this. Somebody had a little rough

childhood came to family stuff, but so it was never
stuff that she wanted to do. And then we started
talking because her brother had a baby and that kind
of opened her eyes a little bit. And we did
have a big slip up. We were around her whole
family and everyone was drunk but me and we were
playing a game and Haley yelled out after holding her

niece that she was ready to have a baby in
front of her whole family. And that was a little wild.
That was a little wild wow. So obviously that freaked
me out a little bit. So we randomly started talking
about having a baby and we decided to try. I know,
you guys are shocked we actually have sex, and.

Well I knew you had sex, but I mean, can
you have a baby after like a minute?
Speaker 5 (04:01):
And I don't think it matters. I don't think the
time matters. I don't think the time matters. I wasn't
sure a little bit longer, I think so Haley, Uh literally,
like the first or second time we tried, Haley got pregnant,
and she got pregnant, and she was pregnant for a
couple of weeks, and then unfortunately we had a miscarriage,
which you know, no one ever talks about, so so

that obviously scared us, and we were going to stop
for a little while, and you kind of run through
all these thoughts, especially for Hailey. I mean with me,
I was just sad because you know, it's I feel bad.
We got excited, and I know Sky has been through
this a lot, and we got excited and and then
she just went through her.

Body went through she meant to be thoughts.

She I know, she had that feeling and then you know,
and then like she just it just was a nightmare.
And we did that, and that's we were going to
stop everything for a while. And that was going to
stop everything, and we weren't going to try again until
like June and This was in early late December. This
kind of happened, and so we didn't really talk about
it with anybody. And then uh, and then I want

to say, like I want to say, back end of January,
I don't know what happened, but we were having a
fun night and we decided to not be safe. And
then you know, we're talking about intercourse. We're talking about
intercourse again.

Kind of fun, intercourse again. And then we're two people
sky are in love and then they have, you know,
their bodies meet and against each other, and crazy.

So a couple of weeks went by, and I don't
know if Eddie sees this from his wife. I know
the ladies will do this. She Hailey started to say,
she just feels something's different and she's off and she
knows something's up.

But she takes the pregnice.

One day, we come home from something and she she
didn't tell me, but she says she felt nauseous, but
she didn't tell me. So she's in the bathroom. She
comes out of the bathroom and she's holding a pregnancy
test and it's positive. And we didn't say We haven't
said anything to anybody really other than like my parents, and.

We want to be careful.

And as of now, Haley is over fourteen weeks pregnant. Wow,
so we're having a baby. We're having a show baby baby.

I'm stunned by this announcement. It is unbelievable to think about.
Because you guys were so on the fence on whether
or not you want to have a kid. I was.
Speaker 5 (07:03):
I would flop a lot because I love my nephews
Ethan and Dash and and that was good enough for me.
And you know, yeah, I was kind of selfish where
I just was like, I don't I want to watch
football on my Sundays.

That, And then my wife was just really against it.
She but we both went to therapy for a while
and we decided, I don't know something changed.

Hearing stories from these two ladies didn't scare you off

Think they're raising the children's stories different way. The pregnancy

We've had some hormone issues and and you know, I'm
dealing with it. To my to my surprise, I've actually
been more patient and like done more things. And I
thought I thought I was going to do because I
know she's going through a lot. I understand this, and
the first couple of weeks, the first trimester was tough.
She was she had something wrong where like we had

to go to the doctor. She was having really bad
cramps and and things weren't going great. So we were
super nervous again. So then I actually ended up telling
Sky and no one else because I know a Sky
had gone through this before, so she I was kind
of feeding off of her.

Million questions because we were nervous we're gonna lose the
baby again. And luckily she got through all that and
things are going really good. Congratulations, awesome, But you know
what that is. I wasn't sure we were going to

I am pissed and Emily is pissed. Sky found out

Well, it was kind of just I didn't really know
who else to talk to that because I had not
like granted, my sister had the same issue, but I
didn't talking to her about it. So I went to Sky.
So I told one. So I told Sky was going on.
Then when Haley got pregnant, I was really excited and
we told like my parents, and then I told Sky, Yes,

how long? So Scott got the first ultrasound.

Picture, like he literally text would be the very first
ultrasound picture. You know how hard already knew my trap
shut around you guys?

How long are we talking that she knew before we
found out?

Well, Haley's fourteen weeks. Yeah, so you guys knew around
like ten weeks. She's acting six, so she knew like
a good mouth.

And there was like one time, sorry, where and I
were in the hall like fully.

Talking about it. Emily came, yeah, did around.

The corner during her fast walk?

Yes, disgust me. So yeah, when did we find out?
This was the worst? Yes? Okay, so we found out
on April Fool's Day. Yes, how crazy time? Like, did

So I wanted to tell you guys earlier, but Hailey,
like I said, was really cautious.

No one really my closest I.

Know, Sky knew, but I but like my closest friends
didn't know. We only talked to my parents and my
sister and her parents and her brothers and that was it.
And then I said, I want to tell the show,
and I want to tell you guys a week or
two earlier.

But Haley didn't want to.

She wanted to wait until the issue she was having
were kind of done, and then once they were done,
she felt comfortable. So it happened to be on April
Fools Day, but I didn't want to make it. I
didn't want to wait anymore. I love you guys so.

Much, you could tell sure. So the way that this
all went down is, Haley came in here and I
thought she was bringing something to throw, like a breakfast
sandwich or something. That's what she she swung by. It's rare.
It is rare, but every shar once in a while
still swing by and we'll say hi. She comes to
the studio whatever. And she said she swung by and

brought us donuts that day. And you know how I'm
about to doellnuts. I couldn't be more. You were freaking out.
I was really excited. Were freaking out.

I was very confused to see the doughnut box because
they were fancy donuts.

And we know how that's true. It was Randy's and
so expensive donuts.

I was pumped. So you give me Randy's. I'm like,
I'm like doing cartwheels. I told my wife to get
cheaper donuts. I told her to go to like Young
Yum or something, but she went to Randy.

Yeah, it was a great choice by her. So she
puts them in front of us and opens them up. Well,
I'm immediately locked in on the donuts. I'm like, oh, what,
what's selection? And I'm sitting there, Emily's picking her donut.
We're not even paying attention to anything. Then literally a
good thirty seconds of me talking about the donuts for.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
Haley, all just staring at the two of you, who
are now basically fighting over the maples.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
Yeah. When Haley goes, uh, did you see this? Yeah,
And on the inside of the donut box was the
picture of the ultrasound and I and I'm like, wait
a minute, do I still get donuts? That's how we
found out. Then we look at each other and go, wait,

it's April Fool's Day, Like is this are we doing this?
Like April Fools, Frank April Fools? Yeah, And so I
couldn't figure out what was happening. I was eating the
donut and I'm like, yeah, is this the announcement? It was?
And it was, Yeah, it was so confusing.

Gasp that I do But it was gasping tears and
then like so.

Much my hands over my face, in my mouth for
like a solid three minutes, like I couldn't believe that.

I already knew it. They really brought the mood down

fence about it. My wife wants to find out, and
it's mad at me for not finding out. Oh really, yeah,

did that. Well we did that with my first and

is like, I can't do that. How are we going

brought us donuts that day. And you know how I'm
about to doellnuts. I couldn't be more. You were freaking out.
I was really excited. Were freaking out.
Speaker 2 (11:54):
I would tell you.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
I was very confused to see the doughnut box because
they were fancy donuts.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
And we know how that's true. It was Randy's and
so expensive donuts.
Speaker 5 (12:08):
I was pumped. So you give me Randy's. I'm like,
I'm like doing cartwheels. I told my wife to get
cheaper donuts. I told her to go to like Young
Yum or something, but she went to Randy.
Speaker 1 (12:18):
Yeah, it was a great choice by her. So she
puts them in front of us and opens them up. Well,
I'm immediately locked in on the donuts. I'm like, oh, what,
what's selection? And I'm sitting there, Emily's picking her donut.
We're not even paying attention to anything. Then literally a
good thirty seconds of me talking about the donuts for.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
Haley, all just staring at the two of you, who
are now basically fighting over the maples.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
Yeah. When Haley goes, uh, did you see this? Yeah,
And on the inside of the donut box was the
picture of the ultrasound and I and I'm like, wait
a minute, do I still get donuts? That's how we
found out. Then we look at each other and go, wait,
(13:06):
it's April Fool's Day, Like is this are we doing this?
Like April Fools, Frank April Fools? Yeah, And so I
couldn't figure out what was happening. I was eating the
donut and I'm like, yeah, is this the announcement? It was?
And it was, Yeah, it was so confusing.
Speaker 3 (13:22):
I did my.
Speaker 1 (13:23):
Gasp that I do But it was gasping tears and
then like so.
Speaker 3 (13:27):
Much my hands over my face, in my mouth for
like a solid three minutes, like I couldn't believe that.
Speaker 1 (13:32):
Very exciting, very exciting stuff. Then we found out that
I already knew it. They really brought the mood down
and brought the mood out. It's still an exciting announce No, we.
Speaker 5 (13:43):
Don't obviously right now, I don't know. Boy, we haven't
a side. You're not gonna find out. I'm on the
fence about it. My wife wants to find out, and
it's mad at me for not finding out. Oh really, yeah,
so we're on the fence. Well, you can't have one
person knowing the other person. You can't think it would
be like the ultimate surprised though it was, so we
did that. Well we did that with my first and
(14:05):
we didn't find out, and it was crazy. So Hayley
is like, I can't do that. How are we going
to do the room? I mean, we'll just do a
neutral color.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
That's what I was telling Eddy. Am I going to
buy you stuff?
Speaker 1 (14:16):
She doesn't.
Speaker 5 (14:17):
She doesn't understand how anyone could not want to find out.
Speaker 1 (14:20):
I mean, it was really exciting. So now I'm kind
of like out of spite not wanting to find out
that's weird. That's definitely weird. Wow, Well, this is truly
life changing. I don't even know where to begin. There's
so much to talk about. It's gonna get crazy for you.
There's a lot of stuff that's happened over the last
few months that I've written down that I want to
talk about, that I finally get to talk about. So
(14:42):
I'm excited about that.
Speaker 5 (14:44):
Stuff has happened over the last and I've almost slipped
up on the air a couple of times.
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Really, yeah, oh god, all right, Well there it is.
Thor is going to be a data she's just crazy
data crazy Papa. I think the baby's gonna call me
pop up like what you call it, Bob Papa. Well,
that's unbelievable. So that, I mean, I can't. I didn't
think this day would come, to be honest with you, Yeah,

it's gonna be wild. So there you go. Congratulations Store
