Speaker 1 (00:00):
So nothing is ever really normal in Sky's world. Nothing
just kind of, you know, happens, and it's just like
a normal thing. So you would think if you were
mentioning to you know, your husband, Hey, what do you
think about doing some new family pictures? That's just a
normal comment, right, and you would think you'd get a
normal response. Oh No, not in Sky's world.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
And why don't I see a comment at this point
like that.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
I don't know. That's another weird thing.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
Yeah, you got to give me a bazillion guesses. I
don't know if I would have seen this one coming.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
Now, let me first ask you, yes, family pictures. Yes,
your daughter's fifteen, Like, what is she gonna sit on
your lap?

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Like?

Speaker 1 (00:41):
What are we doing? J? C. Penny style? What are
we talking about?

Speaker 2 (00:45):
I think we're in the woods. No, we're doing like
the beach family. You've a big beach beach family thing.

Speaker 4 (00:54):
I need to see the water.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
But why at this age I don't understand it.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Well, I always wanted to be the family that got
them done like every year, every other year.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
I always wanted to be this family.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
I've never had professional family pictures done.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Really on Oh wow, I did it once anden Rita's
a little kid.

Speaker 5 (01:15):
But I've always like thought about it and wanted to
be that family too.

Speaker 4 (01:18):
Yeah, and I'm not that family.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
No.

Speaker 6 (01:21):
My sister h did this when I was out there
for Thanksgiving. She said it with my parents. Wanted it please,
she was like.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
On top of everybody, want everybody address a certain way.
It was all my sister. But so we had to
do that. That's cool.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Like when you have kids and you know, you have
a big family and get together and something for your
parents a gift. I get that. I don't think that's
what Skuy's talking about. It's just three of them.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
Yeah, yeah, three migos and you're always together.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
And we're you gonna do with these pictures?

Speaker 5 (01:50):
Well?

Speaker 3 (01:50):
So here, no, like normally frame them, put one in
the house, send one.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Over your bed, something over the booze face. She tells
the photographer. Okay, now one with just me and the daughter.
Yeah what that's not family picture?

Speaker 2 (02:09):
So yeah for us, for grandma, you know all that.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
New dad he probably wants a picture that great?

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Can he come be it?

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (02:17):
Why don't you get I mean you probably don't have
any pictures of you guys, and you maybe just you
under the picture of you and new dad.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
Oh no, that would be great. Now this makes sense.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
It does not make sense.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
You and new dad. And he's like, got you in
a noggie.

Speaker 6 (02:33):
He takes his finger, he takes his index finger and
his thumb puts her head between a nuggy.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
No that's not no, that's not happening.

Speaker 4 (02:42):
Okay, no, he calls her squirt.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
You're a squirt.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Really, So, the last.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
Time we got family photos, it was probably about ten
years ago. Again, in my head it would be like
an every other year thing. But ten years ago we
got family photos. We did the whole basic b Point
Loma sunset cliffs, right.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
On the cliffs, a beach picture.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Well, yeah, I mean those were those were cliffs, you
know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (03:09):
It's come back.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
The difference.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Don't cliffs differ?

Speaker 2 (03:18):
It's so different.

Speaker 4 (03:19):
I would say it's nicer to be on the cliffs.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Probably, it depends.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
It depends who you are.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
We're not cliffs people, we're beach people.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
Hell, that's a huge difference.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
I'm it's a different background.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
Uh so I fun fact bought a house in Oregon,
which someday we plan to retire to. Another fun fact
I have started following social media accounts for the town
that the house is in.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Why just see the happenings.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
There's nothing happening that's going on at.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
The farmer's market this weekend, you know what I mean,
what is the walk going on?

Speaker 1 (04:00):
But you're not there, so what does it matter?

Speaker 6 (04:02):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
I just think it's fun.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
So I started following these accounts and up popped a
local photographer offering a deal on family portrait sessions at
the beach in Oregon.

Speaker 6 (04:16):
Yeah, and you live right here at the beach, which
is nicer, and it's probably gonna be You're gonna be
freezing well, and it's gonna be easier to take pictures.
I'm sure it's gonna be really windy, especially like this weekend.
How perfect woul this weekend.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
At the beach this week This makes way more sense.
Do it here.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
It's gonna be nice here. But I don't have pictures there.
I got a zillion pictures here. I don't got pictures there.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
You don't have these professional family pictures, but I got
you know, a ton I know you got those crap
cliff pictures. But I mean, that doesn't make any sense.
This beach would make way more sense than the Oregon beach.
We're right, yes, oh oh, do you think the beach
is nicer in Oregon? This is a serious question.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
This is a serious question. It depends on your definition
of nice.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
For me, Oh, I don't know weather, setting, you know
any of that stuff.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
So just looking at it, being beautiful, being clean, being
able to like walk unobstructed Oregon all day. When it
comes to surfing, weather, bathing, suit, being out there enjoying
and spending the day, clearly here wins so different. But
for a photo to have all the trees in the

(05:33):
back and those big rocks out in the ocean.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
There's trees in the ocean.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
Well, so they'll be like big rocks in the ocean
and they'll have like trees all over them. Or the
mountains are right there with all the trees. So you
can get a photo with the beach and the trees.
So anyway, I see this photographer, I go, it's been
ten years. We need new family photos. And I well,
and I don't know about your thoughts, Eddie, but I

(05:58):
never thought this was so thing that you can only
do with younger kids, Like I honestly thought you can
do pro professional family photos.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
At any age.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
You can do whatever you want. I just don't see
a lot of pictures with like teenage kids, an only
kid and their parents. I would if I walked into
a house and I saw that, I would be like,
that's kind of odd. I would think that, okay, But yeah,
I just thought I would do it.

Speaker 6 (06:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
Yeah, you have a teenage kid, of course you would
do it. But I mean, did you take family pictures
when you were older with your parents?

Speaker 3 (06:33):
Well?

Speaker 4 (06:33):
I think we did up until the point when my
family got broken up.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
But I have some photos when I was like twelve,
professional professional with my mom, my dad, and my sister.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
Sometimes. But I think we would do Christmas cards too.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Were those professionals done? My mom had a lot of money.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
My sister gets sessional photos every year every year. Yeah,
but she's awesome though, that's true.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
Okay, yeah, my family.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
And maybe that's it because my family did them too,
Like I I have a high school one where we're.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
Where, you know, like my arm is resting on my
dad's shoulder, and you.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Don't think that's weird. No, Like you the way you
just described it sounded like you thought it was weird.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
No, I'm just saying it was like a fully pot thing,
like a professional photo.

Speaker 4 (07:39):
I know.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
I'm actually trying to fight it because I know I
haven't here.

Speaker 5 (07:42):
I mean, if I see that, I'm gonna be like
laughing out loud. Oh the braces are strong and the
taco bay. Yeah okay, So so I'm inspired. I'm excited.
We're going back in a couple of months. So I'm like, oh, book,
one of these sessions will do this. You know, I'll
tell the bood this will be great. And so I

(08:03):
tell him, and I'm assuming I'm going to get an
eye roll. He's not going to want to, you know,
do any of this.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
But he has no choice in life.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
So true.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
But like I see I mention it and then I
see this weird kind of light up of his face
and and I'm like, is he into this?

Speaker 2 (08:21):
Like this is not what I expected? Like, wow, this
is awesome.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
Finally, same page, right, and that's when he goes pictures. Yeah,
he goes, God, it's been at least ten years since
you did your last bootoir shot for me.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
Uh what?

Speaker 2 (08:39):
And I'm like, what are you talking about right now?
I was just posing doing the family on.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
The beach Emily one year for a gift for her husband,
the Boo Sky did a boudoir picture thing. You know,
you remember bad kid.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
Okay, I did that.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Yeah, and apparently and it got really weird because she
like dressed in saran wrap and yeah, that's that famous
saran wrap thing. Got really creep. This is what led
to this whole domination strix thing.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Yeah, a little bit also weird because for some reason
I chose to gift it to him in a restaurant,
so he did.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
I remember that I did a book.

Speaker 3 (09:28):
It was a book and like in tissue, and and
it was just the two of us who went out
for like a nice dinner, and I decided that in
the restaurant's a good Yeah, let me peruse.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
He's got bad eyes, so maybe he's holding it up
to the light.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Well I was back in the day.

Speaker 3 (09:44):
His eyes weren't as bad then, but now, oh yeah,
you'd have to pull out a cell phone light.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
He wants you to do that again.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
Uh, didn't see it coming From that point on. I
couldn't have a discussion with him about the family photos
because now.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
From weird and too by the way, yeah, I think
he had.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
Professional photos and that's where his mind goes.

Speaker 5 (10:05):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
So you know which is like, give up on it already?

Speaker 1 (10:11):
What do you give up on?

Speaker 3 (10:12):
What? This?

Speaker 5 (10:13):
This?

Speaker 4 (10:14):
It's this?

Speaker 1 (10:15):
You need give up on you.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
I get he loves me and I am a lot
and I love that he loves me.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
But who asked their forty seven year old wife to
do boudoir photos when she's in the middle of talking.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
Sure, people do this all the time. Yeah, keep the spark.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
I there's a cut off age on boudoir photos.

Speaker 6 (10:34):
Really, not when you're Boo Diddy. Yeo Diddy, he's baby
oil and Sky.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
Yeah, yeah, that that is true.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
Yeah, twenties, thirties, I feel we can we can do.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
We can do some photos tastefully done. But forty seven?

Speaker 4 (10:50):
What am I doing?

Speaker 6 (10:51):
All the way back in twenty twelve you did your
last photo shoot? Oh that was my saw Sky's vagina.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
Okay? Can we can we not talk about that?

Speaker 4 (10:58):
And that's what it happened.

Speaker 6 (10:59):
You were at the we they were doing a calendar,
because that's what that was different Ye, same time though,
same time frame.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
Yes, definitely.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
So. I I kind of don't know where to go
from here. I just basically did the move where I
laughed and walked bay.

Speaker 1 (11:16):
If the guy wants it, wanted to give mone who wants?

Speaker 2 (11:19):
I feel weird about that.

Speaker 5 (11:22):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (11:22):
I don't He's done it in the past though.

Speaker 3 (11:25):
No, I know. It's not like I'm anti boudoir photos
in Jedual fifteen years.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
Yeah, I just feel like I'm passed.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
That's It's like if you came to me and be like, hey,
do you want to go get a piercing today, I'd
be like, I don't know if I'm piercing my eyebrows?

Speaker 4 (11:40):
See, I see. I think it all just the timing matters.

Speaker 6 (11:42):
If he would have said this last year when Sky
had the ass, I was doing yoga NonStop. Her confidence
was higher. I think she would have done it, really,
But now she hasn't gotten yoga as much. You know,
I think she's she's wearing a big body. I think
she's the times passed her eye.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
Is it time to break out my seasoned tarp that
I used to have where I you know, I had
a professional photography studio in the garage to a short
time where I would hang up a seasoned tarp with
oils and things like this. No, it was great, Emily,
you can come over and check it out. I will
take some pictures, you know, back in the day of
anybody that needed them.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
Seems a little creepybody.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
What's so? How so you'll for your drink, you know,
loosen you up a little bit second? Okay, yeah, I'm
going to help you out. So no boudoir sky Man.
You get lamer every day, do it? It sucks
