just been having a really great timethis summer. You go through any kind
of grief or loss, and itjust takes time to get your footing again
and just figure out what normal isagain. So no, I think,

feel like it's an incredibly powerful thing, regardless if it's good or bad.

I had never done therapy before,and I started doing it before our
divorce, and I just I feellike it's the most helpful thing that's ever
happened for me because it's it's somebodythat you can completely trust one because they

have all these tools to kind ofhelp you figure your stuff out. But
also they're not involved in your lifeat all or your circle or have no
dog in the race. Then it'sjust a it was the most healthy thing
to like be able to talk tosomeone that has you know, it's completely
outside of your perspective, your circle'sperspective. So um, that was That's
really helpful for me. So anybodyI think that can that you can lean

on in that and that time,and it's it's just a little better.
I feel like then your regular friends, because no one has any information outside
of it. You know what I'msaying, You're starting to scratch this person
and there's fresh perspective. So Ithink that's incredible. It was incredibly helpful.
Yeah, therapy, more people should. More people should dive into it
or just not be ashamed of it. Yeah. I think I think you

get to a point where you don'thave any feelings other than I'm drowning,
and like anyone that has a lifepreserver, I'm willing to look at Yes.
