is outraged. I'm angry at whathappened today. The people who came to
this celebration should expect a safe environment. We had over eight hundred law enforcement
officers Kansas City and other agencies atthe location to keep everyone safe. So
tragic, Graves goes on. Regardingthe apprehension of those three suspects, we

do have three persons detained and underinvestigation. For today's incident, we are
working to determine if one of thethree are the one that was in that
video where fans assisted police. Well, we also need to acknowledge a hero,
Paul Contreras, a parade attendee whotackled the shooter and stopped additional violence.

I mean, I I feel likeI've been like a little lost lately,
because like I just got out ofa bad breakup a few months back,

and you know, I see peopleon social media they're always talking about
like self love. I don't know, I just I just feel lost and
I haven't really been able to findmyself again. Is there any tactics that
you would recommend on me finding myselfagain and how to love myself properly because
it's just it's shifting hard lately.Well, first of all, I'm really

really sorry to hear about your breakup, and it sounds like you're still in
a place of healing from that.I think the best place to start whenever
we talk about self love is todefine what that means to us. So
more than tactics, I'd like foryou to tell me when I say the

world self love, what comes upfor you is loving who you are as
a person you know and loving lovingyour personality, loving what you do for
work, loving loving yourself physically.See, that would be a hard one
for me because I think of materialthings like going to the spa, buying
myself flowers, maybe eating something Idon't usually eat, maybe get my eyebrows
(27:59):
done. But I like to goa little deeper, because you know,
we have a real therapist with this. I think you're thinking more of like
self care, okay, self care, all right, all right, so
yeah, self love okay? Well, and I hear what you're saying in
terms of those are the things thatyou would like to love about yourself.
I think what we're asking is howdo you express that? How do you
(28:23):
show yourself that you admire what youdo, admire the person that you are?
So tell me where you are inthat. Do you like who you
are at this point in time?You know, like like I do like
who I am at this point intime. I guess it's just like hard
to to be okay with being alone, is what it is, you know,
(28:48):
because I was in this relationship fora while and just being dependent.
I'm just trying to learn how tobe happy with being alone and be with
yourself. Right. So I'm wonderingif it got to the point where you
didn't really know what your needs were, because if we don't know what our
needs are, then it's really hardto figure out what we're looking for in

a relationship. First, we haveto know exactly what we need. And
Sarah, you brought up a goodpoint when you talked to one of our
listeners last week. On therapy Thursday, you suggested looking for the fun and

a place of healing from that.I think the best place to start whenever
we talk about self love is todefine what that means to us. So
more than tactics, I'd like foryou to tell me when I say the

world self love, what comes upfor you is loving who you are as
a person you know and loving lovingyour personality, loving what you do for
work, loving loving yourself physically.See, that would be a hard one
for me because I think of materialthings like going to the spa, buying
myself flowers, maybe eating something Idon't usually eat, maybe get my eyebrows

done. But I like to goa little deeper, because you know,
we have a real therapist with this. I think you're thinking more of like
self care, okay, self care, all right, all right, so
yeah, self love okay? Well, and I hear what you're saying in
terms of those are the things thatyou would like to love about yourself.
I think what we're asking is howdo you express that? How do you

show yourself that you admire what youdo, admire the person that you are?
So tell me where you are inthat. Do you like who you
are at this point in time?You know, like like I do like
who I am at this point intime. I guess it's just like hard
to to be okay with being alone, is what it is, you know,

because I was in this relationship fora while and just being dependent.
I'm just trying to learn how tobe happy with being alone and be with
yourself. Right. So I'm wonderingif it got to the point where you
didn't really know what your needs were, because if we don't know what our
needs are, then it's really hardto figure out what we're looking for in

a relationship. First, we haveto know exactly what we need. And
Sarah, you brought up a goodpoint when you talked to one of our
listeners last week. On therapy Thursday, you suggested looking for the fun and
getting the joy out of life whereyou can just be out somewhere just laughing,
and that that kind of leads toso many good things, almost like

laughing yourself into loving yourself is whatI got out of it last week.
It's set looking for joy. Itsounds like you have a pretty good roadmap
