An actor he's legally blind will tellyou who next hosts one on three
point five Inside Entertainment with Ellen kJake Killenhall is legally blind. His vision
(06:09):
is twenty over twelve fifty. Sometimesit's an advantage, he says, quote
when I can't see in the morningbefore I put on my glasses, it's
a place where I can be withmyself. He said. He likes to
think it's advantageous. He's never knownanything else, and he said he even
uses his blindness at work. Whenhe was filming the movie South Paul,
he removed his lenses first scene wherehis character finds out his wife has died,
(06:31):
so it forced him to listen moreclosely. Dolly Parton wants to be
in the new nine to five remakeas she would love it. Jennifer Aniston
is producing it as the nineteen eightyclassic nine to five. Dolly said she'd
love to be a part of it, so she played the main character,
as you know, alongside Jade Bonda, Lily Tomlin, Dadney Coleman, so
that might happen. Also, MileyCyrus might be at it, which would
(06:53):
be really cool. Her goddaughter,Taylor Swift says, stop judging women's body.
She's appalled that public body shamers areforcing Lady Gaga to deny wild speculation
about a pregnancy. Taylor commented andsaid, can we all agree that it's
invasive and irresponsible to comment on awoman or anyone? An explanation and neither

The LNK Morning Show on Coast oneO three point five. Her name is
Sarah Dash. It is a therapyThursday for the NK Morning Show. It's
Coast one A three point five andevery Thursday at this time we tackle your
issues, anything big or small, whatever is is on your mind. Licensed
therapist for you, Sarah, thanksfor coming in, and Jojo, thank
(12:03):
you for entering online. Coast oneof three five dot com got ahold of
us in Jojo, I think weare linked up your on with Sarah Hey
Jojo? Oh yeah, Hi,glad to be a part of your world
for even a moment or two.Tell Sarah what's going on, Jojo.
(12:26):
Well, I have not one friendnow, I have two friends who have
an anxiety and they don't know why, And I said, I don't know
why either, but I gave thema little suggestions. I'm not a therapist,
but I believe I'm a good friend. Has it helped, you know
what? Who's to say? Who'sto say? You know? They still
(12:50):
as of this day, they stillsay, I don't know why it comes
on me. Okay, so that'swhere you kidding. Well. The thing
about it is when somebody that weknow that we love is going through a
lot of anxiety, I don't thinkour role is necessarily to figure out what's
going on with them. Our roleas a friend, as a partner is
(13:13):
to be there for them. Anda lot of times that can show up
with just talking with somebody, justsitting with somebody and not being in problem
solving mode. I think when we'refeeling really anxious, one of the things
we need is just to be ableto talk to somebody who's not going to
have anxiety about our anxiety. Yeah. I tell people that when they're in
(13:35):
a state of anxiety, they're usuallyout of something that I call their window
of tolerance. When we move outof our window of tolerance, we generally
experience a lot of anxiety, orwe can also experience depression. But part
of that learning to stay in thatwindow of tolerance is to be able to
(14:00):
expand it, and we do thatby learning to tolerate our anxiety. A
lot of times our instinct is torun away from our anxiety, whether it's
using something healthy something unhealthy. Butthe longer we can sit with anxiety,
I wonder if tolerance expands and weactually have less anxiety. Oh that's like
(14:22):
grief too, you know. Absolutely, if I've ever feeling sad about losing
my dad, I let it comeand I don't try to, you know,
go walk the dogs or distract myself. I will just sit there and
then I'll even will I've even recentlysince I met you, Sarah, I've
been opening up photo albums and listeningto old messages, which for me was
(14:43):
impossible. You have to go andthere's something about sobbing it out, and
then there's a peace that comes afterthat. It's almost like, Ellen,
it sounds like you're taking yourself toit right rather than coming to you right,
like I want it all. Ijust want, you know, surround
myself from him and then see whathappens. Anxiety grief, those feelings,
(15:09):
they're not going to kill us.They're gonna feel really bad, but they
are they're gonna subside. Yeah hmm, yeah, that's very good. I
like all of it. Sarah's hereto help, Sarah, and thank you
for helping so many. Yay,I love it. I love you guys.
(15:31):
Yay, you're gonna hear me hopefullyon the I don't know. Okay,
see you guys. Thank you, love you same, she said,
A thousand dollars. Yeah, soanxiety. That doesn't feel good. But
(15:54):
you know what, if you tryto chase it away, then it's coming
back and it could come back double. So thank you so much, Sarah
Dash for being here go through itand if you if you want some therapy
again. Coast one of three fivedot com plus your cash shape of You

And yeah, do you display itat home or do you just like
kind of put it in the shoebox. No, we have them displayed
in our kitchen. So we havesome like the flowers and around the succulent.
But these the one in Colorado witha gold plates. That one isn't
(18:33):
a jar. That has been likea little area on top of a mantle.
I'm gonna start noticing dirt more often. Yeah, that one from Colorado.
My husband really thinks there's gold. But it was found way of a
mountain. You're like some trees.Oh that's pretty cool dirt. I never
(18:53):
thought about collecting that. But thinkof all the different colors, Like there's
that red, that Hawaiian a reddirt. There's even a T shirt line
called red Dirt. Yeah, it'slike super red. You know what.
I ever what I always wonder everytime you go to Big Bear and you
you drive past these places where itsays like you can mine for gold or
pandama. I ever done? No, But I wonder if that is that
(19:15):
legit? Yeah, I did it, you did? I know you really
do get gold. Wow. Idon't know if they're putting in there,
where's it coming from? Many questionsabout coming from them hills, them their hills,
