Gabe and I have been together eight years and married
four five. Gabe's doctor advised him to get a handle
on his eating in health, especially as he's heading into
his fifties and his family history of heart disease. Gabe
has taken his health seriously, and I've been his biggest cheerleader.
All good, Right, Well, it turns out I might have

meant underestimated how much this would really change things. And
don't get me wrong, I'm beyond proud of Gabe. But
who is this man who looks like He's walked out
of a GQ magazine spread. He's been eating healthier, hitting
the gym consistently. I can see how much it's boosting
his confidence. It's not just the physical transformation. He's radiating
a whole new energy, and it's really hard to miss.

He's looking so good these days. I can't help but
feel jealous. And it's the way women respond to him.
I can see it and feel it. I'm scared that

Gabe and I have been together eight years and married
four five. Gabe's doctor advised him to get a handle
on his eating in health, especially as he's heading into
his fifties and his family history of heart disease. Gabe
has taken his health seriously, and I've been his biggest cheerleader.
All good, Right, Well, it turns out I might have

meant underestimated how much this would really change things. And
don't get me wrong, I'm beyond proud of Gabe. But
who is this man who looks like He's walked out
of a GQ magazine spread. He's been eating healthier, hitting
the gym consistently. I can see how much it's boosting
his confidence. It's not just the physical transformation. He's radiating
a whole new energy, and it's really hard to miss.

He's looking so good these days. I can't help but
feel jealous. And it's the way women respond to him.
I can see it and feel it. I'm scared that
the guy I married, who, let's be honest, wasn't always
in the best shape, is now going to have options.
I never thought i'd have to worry about. Am I

I agree with Ryan. I totally agree with Ryan and Darlene,
she should start working on herself. I mean, we don't
know what she looks like, so maybe she should ask
them and say, I want to go to the gym
with you? Can I accompany you? Can I you know,
try to do things along with you, same things that
you like and stuff, and maybe starting to get getting
more confident on herself as well.

You know, that's very true. She sees the confidence that
Gabe has gained by being his best self, and she
even said he's radiating a whole new energy that's hard
to miss. So so yeah, absolutely I agree with Ryan
and darr and you that if she wants that radiance
and to catch up with Gabe, do it together. How
fun would that be? And then she's supporting him. He

the gym and once you get to a certain point, yes,
