SpaceX Dragon spacecraft splash down safely earlier today, The mission,

A study found that horror movies can actually help you

experience a decrease in anxiety and frustration after a really

And Norway has come out announced a new ban on
young people on social media Supposedly they'll enforce a strict

pitted against small children's brains. The Norwegian Prime Minister admits

Well, we've been in this situation for so many times
here at Saint John Bosco and our competition with modern
days being our biggest rival, I really don't have it
to say a lot our kids understand what our standard
is and what, you know, the level of excellence we're
looking forward tonight in the ball game. So we're just
going to go out there and try to provide a
bunch of everlasting memories for these young men and let
them have the best time that they can possibly have

playing the game that they love so much. So I'm
just going to tell them to go out there, you know,
stay safe, do the best job that they can, and
let the chips fall how they may and go compete
as hard as we possibly can. And I know that's

the brotherhood that we have here at Saint John Bosco.
Being an all boys school, we kind of rally behind that.
We've built a pretty strong culture here in terms of
internally how we operate our program. One of the things
that I like to say to our kids is don't
be afraid to be great. You know, sometimes kids are

apprehensive and they are afraid to put themselves out there
or to go that extra mile. So one of the
things that I really focus on is an elite mindset
and trying to get our kids to play at their
optimal potential. And that's a simple slogan of don't be
afraid to be great, And you know, why not be
at Bosco and use this as a destination to get
to your next journey in life.

and we talk about hats and other things. But I

call the you know, just taking care of the hats. Yes,

something that I like to use as a crepprotect. And
I like to spray down with some water repellent, same
similars like sneakers and stuff like that, but also just
storing your hats, store it well. That'll also help maintain
the hats as well.

have our favorite hats, right, all of us do. We
wear them over and over again, and you know you
you need to wash them. So I throw mine in
the washer and then I air dry them. Is that

can manipulate the hat. Like if you do do that

did our sixth annual called Jacob Cancer Walk. It's a

had to deal with breast cancer. If they had a
chance to survive it, we're blessed. And if we've lost them,
then this is for their memory. And we love the
fact that you know our team and their family members

during October and they do everything they can to help us,
really for an incredible cause, which is, you know, to
get as much money together so we can contribute and
fight breast cancer. We feel really great about that.

SpaceX Dragon spacecraft splash down safely earlier today, The mission,
dubbed Crew eight, was delayed after weeks of bad weather.

two days docked at the ISS, making it the longest

A study found that horror movies can actually help you

to say a lot our kids understand what our standard

going to go out there and try to provide a
bunch of everlasting memories for these young men and let
them have the best time that they can possibly have

just going to tell them to go out there, you know,

that I like to say to our kids is don't
be afraid to be great. You know, sometimes kids are

apprehensive and they are afraid to put themselves out there
or to go that extra mile. So one of the
things that I really focus on is an elite mindset
and trying to get our kids to play at their
optimal potential. And that's a simple slogan of don't be
afraid to be great, And you know, why not be
at Bosco and use this as a destination to get
to your next journey in life.

call the you know, just taking care of the hats. Yes,

something that I like to use as a crepprotect. And
I like to spray down with some water repellent, same
similars like sneakers and stuff like that, but also just
storing your hats, store it well. That'll also help maintain
the hats as well.

wear them over and over again, and you know you
you need to wash them. So I throw mine in

did our sixth annual called Jacob Cancer Walk. It's a

had to deal with breast cancer. If they had a
chance to survive it, we're blessed. And if we've lost them,
then this is for their memory. And we love the
fact that you know our team and their family members

during October and they do everything they can to help us,
really for an incredible cause, which is, you know, to
get as much money together so we can contribute and
fight breast cancer. We feel really great about that.
