K and former VP Kamala Harris says she will not
be running for California governor. Most political insider say it
opens up the chance she'll mount another run for the
White House. In twenty twenty eight, former NBA star Gilbert
Arenas has been arrested for his alleged role in an
illegal gambling operation all related to high stakes poker games

held at his Encino mansion. Basically, Arenas conspired with an
Israeli crime ring to run the racket on his property.
He made him pain up front fee to use space,
then later collected a portion of the cash and massed
every night. If convicted, Gilbert faces up five years in prison.
And what does Yoshi Nobu Yamamoto of the Dodgers have
to do with Keanu Reeves. They have both been thieved.

So Yamamoto's Hollywood Hills was broken into while he's been
on the road with the Dodgers. According to police, someone
was at home at the time of the incident and
turned on a light which scared off the intruders. The
FBI warning all professional athletes and actors when you go away,
make sure you have extra security. Patrick Mahons, Travis Kelcey, Lukadancic,
Freddie Freeman, Maxmunsey also have been victimized and Keano. It

was one hundred and twenty five thousand dollars worth of
stolen watches belonging to Keanyo. They've been recovered in Santiago, Chile.
Chilean authorities recover that collection of six stolen watches. The
watches included a nine thousand dollars Rolex and they were
taken from reefs Hollywood Hills home in December of twenty
twenty three. So police and Chile with the assistants from
the FBI seized all those stolen items in raids. And

battle with Justin Baldoni is taking place today in a
secret New York City location. Lively's deposition will be private,
with only legal representation, a court reporter, and a videographer present.
Her testimony may be sealed under a protective order as

friends who have an anxiety and they don't know why.
And I said, I don't know why either, but I
gave them a little suggestions. I'm not a therapist, but
I believe I'm a good friends helped. You know what,

They still as of this day, they still say I
don't know why it comes on me. Okay, so that's

Well, the thing about it is when somebody that we
know that we love is going through a lot of anxiety,
I don't think our role is necessarily to figure out
what's going on with them. Our role as a friend,
as a partner is to be there for them. And
a lot of times that can show up with just

talking with somebody, just sitting with somebody and not being
in problem solving mode. I think when we're feeling really anxious,
one of the things we need is just to be
able to talk to somebody who's not going to have
anxiety about our anxiety.

I tell people that when they're in a state of anxiety,
they're usually out of something that I call their window
of tolerance. When we move out of our window of tolerance,
we generally experience a lot of anxiety, or we can
also experience depression.

That learning to stay in that window of tolerance is
to be able to expand it, and we do that
by learning to tolerate our anxiety. A lot of times
our instinct is to run away from our anxiety, whether
it's using something healthy something unhealthy, but the longer we

can sit with the anxiety, I wonder if tolerance expands
and we actually have less anxiety.

Oh that's like grief too, you know. Absolutely, If I
ever feeling sad about losing my dad, I let it
come and I don't try to, you know, go walk
the dogs or distract myself. I will just sit there
and then I'll even will I've even recently since I

listening to old messages, which for me was impossible.

And there's something about sobbing it out, and then there's
a peace that comes after that.
