All Right, Jamie Lee Curtis is one happy woman. She
is glad that her massive breasts are making you happy.
She loves that her TikTok and a low cut top
has received the attention it has spread the word about
Freak Your Friday. She broke the internet over the weekend
with a TikTok promoting Freak Your Friday, in which she
wore a top that exposed her formidable chest. And after
(02:12):
a few days of reflection, Jamie would like you to
know that she's happy you're digging what she put out there. Yeah,
she said, I love the fact that this has gotten
more attention than any other since the announcement post with
Lindsay Loan that sparked the movie getting made happy. To
help spread the joy that made our movie or the
joy that our movie serves.
Speaker 4 (02:30):
She had to have known that they were going to
get some focus, right, I mean young thing.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Yeah. She was also jumping up and down on stage.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
Yep, all right, And Kurtzman Dunns says that people have
been pronouncing her name wrong.
Speaker 7 (02:44):
Now.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
She lived into Luca Lake for many, many years, and
we used to trigger treat at her house and she
would be the one at the door handing out the candy. Anyway,
this is what she said about her name. It's Kirstenia,
But again, who cares. It's Cirson.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
Most people say Kirsten Kristin it's.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Heirsars and the trailer for Kiss of the Spider Woman
starring jy Lo was released. Jalo's performance on the musical
adaptation has earned oscar buzz even before the film's release.
It's coming out early October this year. The Sundance Film
Festival got the first look at the movie. Jaala was
left in tears as the crowd gave her performance a
standing ovation, some people commenting online that, come on, it's
(03:27):
been thirty years. Can we just please give her the
oscar so that you know, she feels satisfied and doesn't
have to try anymore anyway, Way to go, Jayla A
little twist on this. Ben Affleck is the executive producer
of Kiss to the Spider Woman, and it was already
in the works before the divorce. Connie Kuhon's one of
(03:47):
my favorite actresses. She's from the White Lotus and the
Gilded Age, and she's got a really unusual item that
she will never leave home without.
Speaker 4 (03:56):
I never leave the house without Lanceono nipple cream for
my lips.
Speaker 6 (04:01):
You guys, let's just talk straight here. It's the same tissue.
Nipples and lips are basically the same tissue, so it stands.
Speaker 8 (04:09):
To reason that the nipple creams are gonna work very
well on your lips.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
You don't have to put it on as often.
Speaker 6 (04:13):
I mean, you know.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
It's for babies.
Speaker 6 (04:15):
You can eat it, so it's perfectly safe to put
on your face.
Speaker 1 (04:17):
Yeah, Conye kone says do it's number one doctor recommended
for other parts. You know, when you breastfeed. It gets
a little irritated, but it's clinically proven to soothe and
protect sore cracked.
Speaker 4 (04:29):
Yeah, nipples, they should do like a just to promote
the safety. Just rebranded as nipple cream.
Speaker 9 (04:36):
Hey, this is Rihanna.
Speaker 10 (04:37):
So this is Bruno mart Hi, It's Gaga and you're
listening to the Allen k Morning Show on Coast one

Speaker 1 (04:44):
I'd catch a grenade for you, throw my hand on
a blade for you. I jump in front of a
train for you, oach all things that would do for
my son. Yeah, yeah, go through all this pain. And
I wanted to congratulate my son. He's working, he's commuting,
and he took the morning train and then last night
(05:04):
took the evening train to get back. But he was
working on the train and you just took a train, Ryan.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
I did. And I think I know where this is going.
Speaker 4 (05:11):
And I'm going to tell you what I did to
help the situation after you share what happened to Calvin.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
All right, So he was working and grinding. He's in
tech AI in the Bay Area, and I'm so proud
of him. But he missed his stop and went beyond it.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
So when he.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
Got off at the top when he realized, oh I'm
still on the train and I missed my stuff.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
Then he had to uber back to his car.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
Oh yeah, Oh he was so focused on his work.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
Yes, Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
So when I was on the surf Liner, which is
so great, by the way, what an experience.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
You right along the coastline and you're going to San Diego.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
So nice.
Speaker 4 (05:46):
But I was so tired coming home from San Diego
that I opened the Amtrak app to see exactly the
real time that we would be getting into Burbank. Okay,
and I set an alarm for like ten minutes before that,
just to be extra safe. So you know, Calvin, maybe
set an alarm.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
Don't tell me you ended up in Santa Barbara.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
No, no, no, no, no.
Speaker 11 (06:11):
This is this is both below.

K Morning Shows.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
Your Happiness hack, How would.
Speaker 3 (06:29):
You rate your cognitive control?
Speaker 2 (06:31):
Ellen?
Speaker 1 (06:32):
Okay, First of all, how would you define cognitive control
like my my brain functions. Yeah, okay, I don't forget things.
I don't lose things, and I don't lose my car
keys or my my swiping badge.
Speaker 4 (06:43):
Okay, I can I throw just one in there that
I have seen I procrastinate a number of times, though
actually i've seen two. Oh okay, go ahead, you'll ask
me where your phone is while you're holding your phone.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
Okay, that is true. And sunglasses on my head.
Speaker 3 (06:56):
Oh no, you're right, you're right, all right.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
But isn't that common?
Speaker 4 (07:00):
Sure?
Speaker 3 (07:02):
No, I think so.
Speaker 1 (07:02):
But look, I remember one time my friend Piper was visiting.
She left her phone in here, and yeah, she was
already going out the door back to her car, and
I said, oh my gosh, I was holding her front.
Speaker 2 (07:13):
I said, I got to call it Piper.
Speaker 3 (07:14):
Into heel on her phone.
Speaker 1 (07:17):
Okay, so that's cognitive So okay, So what would my
grade be?
Speaker 11 (07:20):
A B or C?
Speaker 3 (07:20):
No, I would give you an A with a couple.
Speaker 1 (07:23):
No, all right, I'm just busy.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
No, it's fine.
Speaker 4 (07:26):
And that's see that's what happens when we get busy,
we we tend to just get absent minded. It's like
those things right in front of our face.
Speaker 2 (07:32):
We know I'm absent minded.
Speaker 3 (07:34):
Oh my god, all right, god, but listen.
Speaker 4 (07:36):
Speaking to yourself out loud, verbalizing your thoughts improves your
cognitive control and search performance, especially if you're looking for something.
So there was a study done in the Quarterly Journal
of Experimental Psychology, so you know this is legit. They
showed that participants who verbalized a lost object like your
husband loses his pants all that he's always asking you
where where those pamps camps. So by saying, you know,
(07:58):
like if you're looking for.
Speaker 7 (07:59):
Your keys, just say keys, keys keys, Oh Keiz's that nice?
Speaker 4 (08:04):
Or just say pants, pant pants pants, pants, saying it
out loud, it helps people that did that found the
objects five times quicker than people who did not vocalize.
I know it sounds quirky, but it's a small habit
that really can change your life.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
You know, y'all are going to make me lose what
my mind?

the day. Eric Menendez having his first ever parole hearing
tomorrow lyle faces the same board hoping for freedom. Meanwhile,
La Da Nathan Hoffman is speaking out on their potential.
At least, he said justice should never be swayed by spectacle.
Hoffman believes the brothers have quote never fully accepted responsibility
(09:01):

Also, what about this save the date?
Speaker 1 (09:05):

their two most popular magic key passes, the two lowest
tiered most affordable, the Imagine and the Enchant, and California
residents can choose to purchase the passes through monthly payments.
Nice little option to keep in mind, these babies always
sell out. Immediately put that alert on your phone if
you want to get in nine am next Tuesday. Al So,
this is traditionally the cheapest time to get into Disneyland.
(09:29):
Ya and the TSA has put out their latest list
of permissible and banned items for travelers. You can no
longer pack cordless curling irons or flat irons with gas cartridges,
buttane fueled versions of these devices, or any spare cartridges
in your check bag. You can still put them in
your carry on, provided they have safety covers. However, you
(09:49):
can bring in live lobsters so long as they are
in spillproof clear containers. Christmas lights are okay either check
or carry on. Cowboy spurs you can bring those as
long as they're not on your boots. Other items you
can pack according to the TSA antlers if they fit
in the overhead bin or under your seat. Harry Potter
wands are okay, toy light sabers, go Ahead coffee and
(10:11):
espresso machines are fine. Sewing machines, waffle irons, even magic
eight balls, but because of the liquid, you have to
put that in your check luggage. The complete list for
you at the TSA website. And we really start cooking

Speaker 1 (11:13):
I was just learning about high pressure systems. Of course, no,
because really everyone thinks noon is like high noon, it's
the hottest time of the year or the day that
noon is it. But it's actually when the sun is
setting that the sun is hottest. So we have this
window Calvin's bedroom faces that afternoon sun. So my husband's
(11:38):
always like closing the shades and then the blackout curtains.
Yeah good, yeah, and that keeps it cool. You got
to get those blackout curtains. But yeah, that's the hottest
time of the day, Like think four or five o'clock.
Speaker 4 (11:51):
That's right now, you're right, four for forty, for forty
today today will be the hottest.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
And you know this is when my husband's like, I'm
gonna go hiking. Yeah, he hikes at that time.
Speaker 4 (12:02):
Like what, yeah, give it like an hour, we'll do it.
Like right now, it's seventy two outside, let's go, let's.
Speaker 1 (12:09):
Get the yeah, all right, Well, we do have triple
ditches one hundred and three for your high almost everywhere today. Remember,
the dog walking temperature is like one hundred and fifty
on your doggy's paws, so be careful, right, and you
have a great solution for that.
Speaker 4 (12:22):
Yeah, well there's Pawtection. It's a bomb a salve that
you get on Amazon, very inexpensive. You just put it on,
especially if your dogs aren't the ones that like to
wear the booties, yes, because the most aren't. They don't
like that at all, So just get this stuff for him.
It forms like a barrier between.
Speaker 2 (12:36):
The heat protection.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
Right, Eric, A lot of people calling us they're not
really thrilled with the heat, but you are loving it.
Speaker 14 (12:43):

Speaker 11 (12:44):
I thrive in this heat. This is the time where
I feel like I'm living my best life. I'm in
the greatest mood. I want to be outdoors and just
you know, enjoy this son and the heat.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
Oh what have you all always been like? Iguana like?
Speaker 11 (13:03):
Oh yes, I must. I'm such a summer I'm a
summer baby. I'm such a summer person. This is my
favorite time of the year. I wish it could be
hot like this all year long.
Speaker 4 (13:13):
There was a study Ellen referenced earlier this morning out
today that says the heat makes you crabby, you you
get happier.
Speaker 11 (13:20):
Oh yeah, I think for me it's a total opposite.
I feel like the heat makes me give me like
that energy.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
Bo I've never met me a person before.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
Saraha, just loving it. Can you grab it by her tail?

to tell you that they don't like it. So what
is that behavior that we display?
Speaker 7 (15:27):
The turn the other way, secretly saying oh so yeah.
Speaker 2 (15:34):
Your question, first call is the right answer.

Love that unless you go to the Hall to see John.
Speaker 13 (17:25):
The community's tight niche Like, you'll go somewhere and you'll
see people you know from when you were in your
high school, from junior high. It's a really cool city.

Five Top stories top of the hour. Good morning, I'm
ellen k and the West Hollywood City Council just voted
to ban the retail sale of all live animals not
just dogs or cats, all of them.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
The legal language is extensive.
Speaker 1 (20:51):
Stores cannot quote, display, cell, deliver, offer, barter, auction, giveaway,
or transfer any living creature of the new ordinance.
Speaker 2 (20:59):
To expect next.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
And have you noticed that swimwear is getting teenier and
tinier this year? Thongs and cheeky cuts rule the beach
and pool, with designers scrambling to keep up with the
demand for less fabric and more sasas. Some of this
has been driven like with shows with Bachelor and Paradise
and Love Island, where there's not much covered up. One
swimsup makers said that five years ago they'd sell seventy
(21:22):
percent full coverage. Now it is seventy percent cheeky. So
on this hot day, might be showing some of your cheeks.
And a bear broke into a California ice cream parlor
and helped itself with some ice cream behind the counter.
Some deputies came to the scene. A store had been closed.
It was after hours. The bear standing up like a human,
just digging into the strawberry ice cream. It's the only
(21:43):
flavor he went for. Then they coaxed him out a
little encouragement from the deputies. He took his time, but
he ate almost an entire gallon of that strawberry ice
cream and we do have another scorcher to day.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
We're here, are cooking.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
A heat wave is bringing highs of one hundred and three.
Same story tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday. Stay safe, we're going triple digits,

Our licensed therapist Sarah Dash is in the house and
we're the llen k Morning Show and Sarah Welcome. We've
got We've got to tackle this talk back today.
Speaker 2 (23:00):
Hey, good morning, Ellen, Matthew, and Anaheim.
Speaker 16 (23:03):
Here.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
I'm single and I've been having fun with this great girl.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
We agreed we're going to keep things.
Speaker 1 (23:09):
Very light, free, no dramas, no strings attached.
Speaker 2 (23:12):
But I'm really falling in love with her, and I'm
afraid if I tell her, I'll lose her.
Speaker 1 (23:18):
I think it's so sweet that he's got these intense
feelings for his playmates.
Speaker 16 (23:22):
I think it is too And this is a it's
a pretty common dating dilemma. We go into a relationship
with you know, the idea and keep things very light,
very casual. But our agreements, either with ourselves or somebody else,
they don't override our emotions.
Speaker 1 (23:39):
Ah okay, I.
Speaker 16 (23:41):
Can't say that I'm gonna go watch a very sad movie,
but you know, whatever I do, I'm not gonna leave
this movie feeling sad.
Speaker 1 (23:49):
Oh okay, it's we don't necessarily have choices. So do
you see a lot of uncontrollable emotions in your practice
with people who they want it this way, or they
enter into something a marriage or a relationship, or even
a workplace with this expectation, but then their emotions run away.
Speaker 16 (24:10):
All the time, are feelings they don't ask for permission
to come up. It's I think he's he's kind of
struggling with authenticity versus relational safety. He wants to appear
a certain way, and I think he's concerned that if
he expresses his true feelings, he won't be seen in.
Speaker 2 (24:29):
The same way. Right.
Speaker 1 (24:31):
I'll tell you if runaway emotions were a train, Ryan
Mano would be the engine leading the way on the tracks.
Speaker 4 (24:39):
Ellen, we have a therapist in here who just said,
sometimes you can't regulate. You can't preregulate how you're going
to end it.
Speaker 1 (24:43):
It's exactly the excuse he uses every time.
Speaker 4 (24:46):
But then let's okay, let's just say take someone put
him in a situation. We'll call him Ryan, and he
tells his friend Ellen, hey, I developed crazy feelings for
this person. And then Ellen's like, how why you can't
do that? And then I say, but you're not my feeling,
so be quiet.
Speaker 16 (24:58):
I feel like and we had the agreement that you
were not going to feel a certain way. Okay, Well
that is just you know what, And I'm saying that it.
Speaker 4 (25:08):
Changed guess what. We can't guess what. Sarah had changed
and it changed for a reason. Oh yeah, it did
change for a reason.
Speaker 16 (25:15):
It changed for for a very valid reason.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
It did for love.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
Well, if it changed for love, then you are one
loving guy, a lot of love.
Speaker 3 (25:26):
Can Can I bring your attention? Today's quote of the day.
Speaker 4 (25:29):
Okay, Okay, it's by Casey Musgrave's Birthday girl a reading
say what you think, love who you love?
Speaker 1 (25:36):
Okay, So Matthew and Anaheim say it. Let me quote,
let me quote Sarah. Sarah says she's a licensed therapist.
It's relational safety, okay, versus authenticity. Okay, Yeah, so I'm
just saying I'm just trying to keep the train on
the tracks.
Speaker 5 (25:51):
Right Post one O three point five The llen K

Coast one oh three point five Therapy Thursday Coast one
of three point five every Thursday or license Therapist Sarah
drops on in and she helps you with whatever's on
your mind to tackle your troubles.
Speaker 2 (26:22):
And today.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
It was Matthew from Anaheim. He's falling in love with
his friend and they've agreed to be friends with benefits
and there shall be no serious feelings developing. But he
is starting to fall in love with his casual situation
and he's afraid if he tells her he'll lose her.
Speaker 4 (26:45):
Yeah, he's afraid too. I'm thinking if he tells her,
what she's gonna say, I mean, like not even just
the losing her, but like, you know what she may
or may not say.
Speaker 2 (26:54):
Why if she says I love you too, you don't
know unless you say it.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
That's right, Marcia, you heard about it. Thanks for Colin,
you have some advice or thoughts.
Speaker 9 (27:05):
My my thing is, I mean, if she already announcing
kind of from the get go, saying hey, I don't
want to being serious in those strings attached, and it
looks to me that she may be more into just
dating and playing the field for now until she really
finds somebody that she's interested in, you know, and with him,
if he's already I believe, if he's already growing feelings
(27:26):
is kind of a tough one because he doesn't want
those to create and get even bigger feelings for her
because with her stand right now, how Adam and she is,
I'm not having the relationship. He may end up getting
more hurt in the long run.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
That's a really good point because at least you know,
so there is no risk. I don't think there's any
risk to tell her how he feels.
Speaker 2 (27:48):
Wouldn't you want to know?
Speaker 1 (27:49):
I would want to know before I invest more of
my heart in the relationship.
Speaker 9 (27:53):
M exactly exactly. And if it's not men, it's not men.
You know, he can at least move on and start
dating somebody else. Maybe that doesn't state they don't want
to change attached from the beginning. If he's looking for
a relationship.
Speaker 1 (28:05):
Yeah, all right, thank you so much, Marsha, thank you.
And Ellen, Yes, so, Matthew, I know he's listening. Just
tell her, yep, just put it on the line, say
guess what, I know we have an arrangement, but I
love you. Who doesn't want to hear from another person
that they love them? It's I think it's a win win,
even if she doesn't want to reciprocate anyway. More of

It's post one of three point five Therapy Thursday and
Matthew Bannaheim got a hold of us with our licensed
therapist Sarah dash and said, Hey, I have a friend
and we are friends with benefits, but.
Speaker 2 (30:43):
I'm growing feelings for her.
Speaker 1 (30:46):
I'm falling in love and I'm afraid if I tell her,
I'll lose her.
Speaker 2 (30:51):
So let's go to LKQ. Pick your parton Ontario.
Speaker 1 (30:56):
All right, Maria, what should Matthew do?
Speaker 15 (31:00):
First of all, no, friends with no benefits are always
you know, fine with friends, there's always something. Look at
the other girl's just turning and looking at me. Hold on,
I'm gonna put your own speakers.
Speaker 1 (31:12):
Ok what the office thinks?
Speaker 2 (31:18):
Yeah, we're here.
Speaker 1 (31:20):
Hey, hi guys, who's there?
Speaker 14 (31:22):
This is Paul and Maria.
Speaker 1 (31:24):
Okay, all right, guys, so what do you What do
you think friends with benefits? One person falls in love
and you're not supposed to. The agreement is no love.
This is just pure fun. Matthew is falling in love
with his friend and he's afraid if he tells her
he'll lose her.
Speaker 14 (31:39):
It never worked out, It never worked out. Nobody can
just say friends with benefits, that's what I think.
Speaker 1 (31:46):
Has it happened in your life?
Speaker 9 (31:51):
Not to me?
Speaker 14 (31:52):
Not to me?
Speaker 3 (31:53):
Okay that was a long pause.
Speaker 1 (32:02):
So what should Matthew do? Does he does he tell
her or does he just go along with it as
it is?
Speaker 14 (32:08):
I mean, definitely honesty is the best policy, but I
would definitely prepare because if he doesn't feel the same way,
then you know he needs to prepare himself for that.
Speaker 1 (32:18):
Okay, all right, girls, thanks for.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
Having us on at work.
Speaker 14 (32:24):
Thank you have a nice day.

Speaker 1 (33:08):
We're going to lose our ear muscles as time goes on.
It's evolution because back in the wild, we had our
ears stand up to hear things.
Speaker 2 (33:18):
Yeah, but we don't need that anymore.
Speaker 3 (33:20):
I think I'm already hearing going bad.
Speaker 11 (33:23):
Over here, get here.
Speaker 2 (33:26):
We'll see you again in the morning.
Speaker 1 (33:27):
We are one hour and just a few minutes away
from another Tailor Swift announcement.
Speaker 2 (33:32):

Speaker 1 (33:34):
She did one of these last week with Green. But
I think my theory is right, which is I think
the tailor and Travis are already married. I think she's
going to do the halftime show, and I think she's
going to announce her baby boy pregnancy.
Speaker 3 (33:48):
Like this online with a countdown.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
Today Glittery Blue.
Speaker 3 (33:50):
Yeah, we'll see. We'll check in tomorrow to see how
wrong you were.
Speaker 2 (33:56):
All right in the morning, A great day.
Speaker 1 (34:00):
We had never showed the quote and a kiss Happy birthday,

Speaker 2 (34:04):
She said, say what.
Speaker 1 (34:05):
You think, love who you love, kiss on three, kiss

Speaker 4 (35:00):
But she's d
