process has been for me, I think what's really becoming
a problem is that my mom and my sister continues
to hang out with her.

You know, they'll go to lunch together, they'll hang out
at each other's houses, go shopping. Knowing everything that she's
done to me and what I've been through with her,

My guess is that it's not intentional on his sisters
or his mother's part, and they may be even trying
to maintain a type of status quo in the family.
If you think about it from a family system's perspective,
it's called homeostasis, and that's when somebody's really committed to
the status quo.

And so maybe that's their way of trying to preserve that.

I mean, I hear it at the cost of his
well being and his peace of mind.

And I don't think that's okay.

to keep going like, well, our brother was married to her,

Maybe they don't really want to be in touch with
how deeply hurt he was by what happens.

Sometimes it makes people really uncomfortable.

If people are used to heavy emotions, they will really
turn a blind eye to things, and that could be
what's happening.
