Speaker 1 (00:00):
It is a pleasure to welcome Alfredo or Teaz back
to the program. Alfredo is the CEO the Job Creators Network. Alfredo,
good morning, Hey, good morning. How are you doing well?
Good to have you back here. I wanted to chat
with you because Kamala Harris. I don't know if last week,
as I recall, or very recently, she announced she's got

(00:22):
she's got a man a man deficit in terms of
of of headed toward the election, and she's trying to
attract more male votes and so she said, and particularly
minority males, and so she's offering forgivable loans to minority
men to start jobs. Right now, you're a guy that

(00:42):
did it on your own, how does this how does
this strike you?

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Well? I mean, first of all, it's a little bit
hard to keep track of all of her vote buying schemes,
isn't it. I mean it's just crazy, from the college
loans to seniors, I mean, you name it. Basically it
kind of reminds me of Oprah. Right, you get a car,
and you get a car, you get a car. I
mean it's just ridiculous. But no, as a guy who
who you know, my parents were immigrants, came over from

(01:09):
Mexico to the US the legal way, and my mom
was a housekeeper. My dad was a tailor. And you know,
we really didn't have much at all growing up, and
we worked hard. My mom really a lot of sacrifices
get me through education and get to school. And I
started my own business, and I worked to hard start
my own business. I saved for it. I then I

(01:31):
took out student and then I took out loans, and
I took down my equity lines on my home. I mean,
that's what you do when you're an entrepreneur, right, you
believe in an idea, and you believe in yourself and
you go for it. Right. You don't need somebody to
start handing things out to you. I mean, I think
there's a there's a biblical message in this, which is
teach the fishermen how to fish, right, I mean, you

(01:52):
don't you don't have to give people money so condescending,
quite frankly and insulting to me, at least as a hispani.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
Is this even legal, do you know, Alfredo?

Speaker 2 (02:03):
I don't think so. Look, I mean there was something
similar that they try to do through the day with
farmers only to minorities, and that was struckdown. It was
called unconstitutional, and so I think this would be as well.
So I mean, basically, I think she just says a
lot of things there to try to get the votes,
and then at the end, you know, hopefully she's thinking,
once I get become president, who cares if I actually

(02:25):
do these promises or not.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
I got to get your take too, talking with Alfredo
Ortiz Job Creators Network, I have to get your take.
As a member, I have a family who came here,
immigrated here from Mexico through the legal process. This must
drive you crazy. What's happening on the border?

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Yeah, it really does. And I know I don't stand
unique on this one, which is why I think Donald
Trump in the latest pull that I saw, has about
forty nine percent support from Hispanics versus thirty eight percent
for Kamala Harris. Because Donald Trump got a right when
it comes to the border. He is talking about the
poorest border leading to the criminality right that actually comes

(03:09):
through that border and lands in the communities of these
Hispanic folks that are worried. Right, there's storefront owners, they're
you know, business people as well, right, and just overall communities,
and all that criminality is landing in the doorsets of
those areas, and so it's not quite frankly going to lily,
you know, a white picket fence neighborhoods is really going

(03:29):
to theirs. And so they wanted to stop. They want
the crime to stop, they want safety back in their communities,
and so they are looking for somebody to actually address
the poorest border and that criminality. And so I think
Donald Trump has gotten it right. And again that's why
I think he's almost a fifty percent.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
I wouldn't expect you, it would be insulting to suggest
that you speak for all Hispanics, but in general, what
is your sense, alfredo, of what Hispanic people in this
country who are here illegally? Uh? Think about this? Because
because part of the drum beat has been well, uh,

(04:05):
they'll like this because because people from Mexico are flooding
into the country and uh, and so they will have
more like minded people or whatever, and they'll all vote Democrat.
Do you think that will happen?

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Yeah? No, no, I think this is where the Democrats,
thankfully for the Republicans, got are completely wrong. That the
only thing that the Hispanics will cared, you know, care
about our open borders. I guess what Hispanics actually care about.
They care about faith, family, entrepreneurship, They care about safety, education, right,
I mean pretty much the same things that you and

(04:37):
I care about, Right, I mean that's what the community
cares cares for is looking for, right, and so, and
the Democrats have completely got this wrong. I mean, my
goodness is is doing They're targeting the abortion apps to
ment for example in Spanish. I mean, it's just so
so ridiculous and such a miss. But thank goodness for
the Republicans.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
Well, Hispanic people, correct me if I'm wrong, are probably
more family oriented, uh, pro life type folks than any
other minority group in this country. They tend to be,
they tend to be religious, etcetera.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
Right, right, Yeah, that's exactly right, That's exactly right. And
so that's why I think the message that the Democrats
really are basically hitting, uh you know, hispankslu which is hey,
we're going to provide you an open border and access
to abortions. It's just not a message that's resonating. They
want to hear like how are you going to take inflation?

(05:35):
How are you gonna being pressure present down. How am
I gonna be able to feed my family from week
to week? How am I going to be able to
put gas in my car so I can get to
my job. That's really want to hear it. That's what
they want to hear. And there's nothing coming from Kamala
Harris on that.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
Well. I thought it was also pretty rich that she
and that she suggested the Donald Trump insulted Latino men.
I don't I don't know why, because because he opposes
illegal immigration? Is that?

Speaker 2 (05:59):
Honestly, I don't even understand where she got that from,
because I mean, look, I actually know President Trump. I
was a commissioner under Donald Trump for the White House
Economic Prosperity Initiative for Hispanics. There is not a bone
in him that is insulting to Hispanics. And so I
look at that and I go, where are you even

(06:20):
getting this from? It's just so ridiculous and so insulting.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
Alfredo, Thanks great to have you on this morning. Appreciate
the time.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Absolutely, thank you there you
