Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to episode forty one in Tequila. I know when
I uploaded our last episode, I was like, oh, we
are consistent.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Oh yeah, kind of definitely are in saying what number
it is, being right not so much.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
And forgetting the episode every single time. We are consistent
in that for sure. Okay, so let's get right into it.
You said there is some crazy Cardi B. Drama happening
right now. Oh yeah, which I feel for her because
I feel like her life is like NonStop drama coaster,
hence her album, Am I the Drama?
Speaker 3 (00:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (00:33):
Literally, I feel her so much. That album really hit.
I think a lot of people could relate to it.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
Yeah, and it's a good album.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
I was one. I'm going through a breakup and everything
really got me through. I feel like a bad bitch
and everything like having that reminder.
Speaker 1 (00:47):
Yeah, you're never gonna forget the breakup songs that really
helped you go through it, you know what I mean?
Like for me, it was like that's when like Beyonce
was first releasing her breakup songs A broken Hearted Girl.
I'm trying to think of all the other ones, but like, dang,
this one's for you.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
Yeah, And so Cardi B. I actually was just listening
to her podcast episode with Jay Shetty, and she talks
about like all the stuff she was going through even
before she broke it off with Offset, and it was
just it's sad, you know, like she was so depressed,
but then she got her power back, so it's like
beautiful for her to feel yeah, bounce back. So like, literally,
(01:26):
girl is doing good. She's moving on living her life.
Seems there goes the toxicness little mister toxic Offset. He's
like he did an Instagram story saying my kid lol,
claiming her kid with Steffon Diggs is his Oh.
Speaker 3 (01:47):
My gosh, wait, is she currently pregnant or she literally
has the baby?
Speaker 2 (01:52):
Yeah, and like she just had the baby while he
was like away at a game or something.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
Oh my gosh. So he wasn't there for the birth.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
I don't know that he was, Oh that su but
he like went.
Speaker 3 (02:01):
There okay as soon as he was like I'm done. Okay.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
So Opet is now claiming this child that Cardi B
has said it's Stephans I know, so as Stephan Diggs,
which I've heard, By the way, I don't know how
true this is allegedly that he has a ton of
baby mamas.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Uh he is, Yeah, I think he has a few.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
Which offset I mean also does because cardib is not
his only.
Speaker 2 (02:27):
No, so all these men have at least one baby mama.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
So what do you do, as Stefan Diggs, do you
ask for a paternity test?
Speaker 2 (02:35):
I mean, I don't know, because it's one of those
things where if you ask as a man, like obviously
you want to know, but then it's like you're also
discrediting your woman. But then it's also a lot.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
Of money is involved though with these celebrities.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
And I would, honestly, if I were Cardi I'd be like, no, like,
I'm I'll do paternity test. You know, I don't believe
what he's saying.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
She was messing around with both the same time.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
But that's the thing, you never know. Single people do
what single people do. Yeah, yeah, so if we if
they weren't tied in at that time, but then it's like,
I don't know timelines they could I don't know.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
I mean it's not like Stefan Diggs and Cardi B
have been together for a very long time, so there
is a chance that at the end of Cardi B
An offsets relationship they messed around, she got with Stefon Diggs,
and she's been pregnant since then, you know, so that's I.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
Mean, she was pregnant pretty fast.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
But she seems like the way she's talked about it,
she seems confident that it's Stefan Diggs.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
Yeah, oh yeah, for sure. And like I would hope
too if I was confident and I was standing ten
toes down on it, that my man wouldn't ask me
for opporternity test just because he believed in me and
like trusted me with that.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
Yeah, true, because yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
That's the basis of a relationship really, But I also
would be like, all right, you don't if you don't
believe me or can I'll do it. But then I
don't know.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
Yeah, it's dicey. I guess it all depends on the
personality of the person. I feel like Cardi b would
flip out though, oh yeah possibly.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
But again, if you have nothing to hide and you
just want to prove them wrong, right, like fine, here, look,
I'll do it, right.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
The tea is.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Hot, You're like, do it, and no, I'll get us
a vacation. I need to mentally recover, for give me.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
A bag, get me a car, take me on vacation,
and make it up to me.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
Holly weird.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
No, that that was crazy to me because it's like
off sea, let the girl be. It just feels so
he feels so toxic. At this point, she shared so
much and she's just cried so much, like on lives
and everything, and I feel for her, you know, and
it's just so sad. Yeah, and I know what it
takes to like leave somebody and just like let it be.
(04:49):
And she's like I feel like she kept going back
and she said something that was interesting to me because
I told you, like with my breakup, I was like
we're still talking and stuff like I'm still here like
for him and stuff like as a fine and yeah,
as a friend.
Speaker 3 (05:02):
Oh no, that giggle says it all.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
Anyways, your legal name for this one moan now keep going.
Speaker 2 (05:16):
Cardi B was Cardi B was talking about how she
was like going through it or whatever, but and she
was tired of feeling sad, but like her heart just
wasn't done and if your heart's not done, you're not done.
And so it was just like because her heart wasn't done,
she was going back and she was doing it, but
then she was crying all the time, and so it
(05:37):
just it came to a point where it was finally
just done. Yeah, and that's where she like really had
to learn to be alone and stuff like that.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
It's crazy because like.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
I felt that in my past relationship too, Like you
stay and you can only take so much, but you
do come to a breaking point where you're like that
is it, and it almost becomes like easy to walk away, yeah,
because of all the times you've tried to walk away,
you know. But yeah, I guess it's like when you're ready,
nobody can tell you to let go until you're ready
to figure.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
Out the heart is what was what really got me
because I was like, damn yeah, because you know, you
think in your head too, you know what someone does
you wrong, like you know, but then it's just like ooh,
it's like your heartstrings tug.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
Yeah, so whenever your heart's ready really, like she said, yeah,
like she said, looking at you, smh smha. Okay, what
else is going on in Hollywood? I feel like there's
a lot. Oh I did see Wicked for good?
Speaker 3 (06:38):
Oh how was it in theaters?
Speaker 2 (06:40):
Now?
Speaker 1 (06:40):
I saw an events reading of it and it was
super last minute.
Speaker 2 (06:44):
I was like, you get a special impact the red
carpet rolled. Now.
Speaker 1 (06:48):
I mean I've always like signed up for those emails
and it was like the last minute thing. So I
was like, okay, cool, Like I'll go check it out.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
And you got to use your new hearkens loyalty cot
I did.
Speaker 3 (06:57):
I did take it with some sprite.
Speaker 2 (07:00):
Oh yes, why did you have a hangover?
Speaker 1 (07:02):
I did not have a hangover, but I was like
very happy that sprite is like the ultimate hangover cure.
By the way, So if you are struggling, go drink
some sprite, because there was a study in China that
said that's going to help you recover the quickest. No,
but I thought so Wicked. The first movie I thought
was good. I know people loved it. I'm not like
the biggest musical.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
I thought it was good. I thought it was a
little long.
Speaker 2 (07:28):
Oh it was so long.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (07:30):
I was just kind of like I found myself over
some of the singing moments for the first one. For
the second one, I thought it was way better than
the first one. I really enjoyed it because they kind
of kicked off with action. Felt like it was pretty
much action all the way at the end is where
I had a problem with it.
Speaker 3 (07:48):
The ending dragged.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
They could have ended it, like, I don't know, thirty
minutes before it actually ended.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
Damn.
Speaker 3 (07:53):
Yeah, because there was a lot of singing.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
Was this one just as long?
Speaker 1 (07:57):
Two minutes and seventeen second seventeen two hours in seventeen minutes,
So that's it. Two hours and seventeen minutes, and they
do this isn't spoiling for anyone. I hope it's not
spoiler alert just in case. But they do tie in
the Wizard of Oz.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
Oh, yeah, I love that.
Speaker 4 (08:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Actually, do you think they're going to make a Wizard
of Oz? Like?
Speaker 3 (08:22):
I don't think so. I think this is it. It
was a satisfying ending.
Speaker 1 (08:25):
Yeah, okay, but it gives you what I liked about
it is like we know the Wizard of our story, right,
it's a classic, we know it, but it gives you
a different perspective as like the other story that is
going on at the same time, and it just shows you,
like you may think one, I mean, two things can
be true at the same time, so you see a
(08:46):
different truth behind Wizard of are Yeah, so it's I
thought it was really good.
Speaker 2 (08:53):
I did.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
I feel like it was a kind of subliminal to
like what's happening in today's world. I don't know when
you what way, and like what's happening politically?
Speaker 2 (09:04):
Oh yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (09:06):
I want you to watch it to see if you.
Speaker 4 (09:07):
Pick up on that.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
I'll I'll watch it when it comes out.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
Yeah, I mean it's I feel like theaters are gonna
be packed.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
That's what I did with the first one though, because like,
don't get me wrong, I do like going to a movie,
but for that kind of movie, I don't know. It's
just yeah, Wicked. The first one was so long. I
felt like I could go and get up and do
laundry or whatever in between, because it is, yeah, a
long time, and my attention span is just not built
(09:36):
for that right now.
Speaker 1 (09:37):
So the one of the cast members, Jonathan Bailey, he
plays Prince Fieriro. He was the sexiest man alive for
this year?
Speaker 3 (09:46):
Did you see that? So he is like and this
Wicked for good.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
I'm like, oh my god, johnath thin, Prince Fieriro, stop it.
And I felt my mom that way too. She was
like I could see her grinning because there was kind
of like almost like an adult moment in the movie
and I was like, oh my gosh, I'm not I don't.
I don't think it's Disney, but it feels like a
Disney movie. And then you get that type of scene
(10:14):
and I'm like, who wha, whoa, whoa, whoa? Should I
close my eyes? But it's with it's involving Prince Vieriro
sixtiest man alive and he's gay. And I told my mom.
I was like, he's hot, huh and she's like, yeah,
he is. And I'm like, well, he's gay and she's.
Speaker 3 (10:29):
Like, oh, though it's a hot one. Really, I was
excited to person her bubble. I was like, he's gay.
Speaker 5 (10:38):
Yeah, you thought you really thought so?
Speaker 1 (10:43):
But yeah, good movie. I honestly recommend watching it. I
enjoyed it more than the first one.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
Nice. Yeah, I definitely will watch it. I watched the
Frankenstein movie. Did you watch it?
Speaker 1 (10:55):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (10:55):
Is that with you.
Speaker 2 (10:57):
Talk about sexiest man? He's a he's a tall piece
of white chocolate. What am I trying to say?
Speaker 3 (11:07):
I'm like, what is.
Speaker 1 (11:12):
Was that in theaters or was Netflix?
Speaker 2 (11:16):
Yeah? It was on Netflix and it was pretty good.
I mean it was a little sleepy at times, but
like the lower the story of Frankenstein, and he played
a good Frankenstein. Yeah. I just loved Jacob Lordie.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
I like him too.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
And then I did see the video of like them
doing the makeup on him, which was forever.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
And that's the thing. The uh act or the director?
Speaker 3 (11:38):
Oh he directed it? Yes, I love that. Yes, that's
Wednesday's dad right.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
Oh my gosh. Yeah, I cannot confirm nor dedn't.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
I let me see.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
But like most of the prop scenes and everything were
like all real.
Speaker 1 (11:54):
I'm tripping. It's not Wednesday's dad. He's a Mexican filmmaker.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
Yeah. Yeah, I was like, no, I'm.
Speaker 3 (12:03):
Like, he directs.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
I didn't know that somebody on Wednesday's that's name.
Speaker 1 (12:09):
That's what I'm looking up now because I thought his
name was His name's Gimo and the show isn't.
Speaker 3 (12:13):
It's no, it's way off.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
But Louis Gomez's Oh no, he's Gomez in the show.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
Guzman, Louis Guzman.
Speaker 3 (12:23):
I don't know what. I don't I'm tripping. I'm not okay,
it's okay, there go on.
Speaker 2 (12:29):
No, But just like all the sets and everything, it
was all real. He had like all of the all
of the effects it was just all he wanted to.
He likes to keep his movies like as real as
possible and doesn't use much CGI, so I thought that
was cool. It's a nice like refresher from all of
the CGI you see in movies these days, it's all
(12:50):
like fakes sets and everything. He has people dedicated to
making sure that most of these sets are made out
to be real pieces of art, furniture, whatever it makes.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
It must cost a whole lot of money.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Oh yeah, I don't know what the budget was, but
you could tell that it's definitely a lot of money.
Especially there's that big old boat. Yeah, it's crazy.
Speaker 3 (13:09):
So this is like the origin story of Frankenstein. Yes,
is that? What?
Speaker 2 (13:11):
It is? His life? And it's told in like two
different parts. So there's a part one where it's like
it's told from the creator's point of view, Victor Frankenstein,
he's the man who created him. And then it's told
from Frankenstein's point of view and how he saw his creation. Yeah,
and like what came of him?
Speaker 1 (13:31):
Is this just like a story that was made up?
Is not that like based on it? It's not based
on some crazy story old story.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
Yeah, I don't know, but trying to yeah, make a
make because that's the whole premise of why Frankenstein was
even created, was because they were trying to essentially.
Speaker 3 (13:49):
Bring someone back to life. Is that what it was?
Speaker 2 (13:51):
Bring someone back to life, but basically trying to find
the cure to death, like to say that we don't
have to die like human existence, we can live on,
you know. So I was still trying to do that,
but obviously with Frankin said, it was like, shoot, like
this screwed up really bad because now this man is
a monster and he can't die. He just keeps coming
back no matter what.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
What do you do?
Speaker 2 (14:12):
Then?
Speaker 3 (14:12):
Yeah, does they have a satisfying ending or is it?
Speaker 1 (14:15):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (14:15):
Pretty kind? I mean like just fine. Yeah, it's kind
of just the friendly green giant just goes and finds
his way.
Speaker 1 (14:25):
Speaking of shows on Netflix, we still haven't seen have
you started at all? The Selena Kana documentary.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
I haven't watched it.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
Okay, it's you know, interesting because I spoke to an
ex coworker and yeah, they mentioned to me that they
watched the Selena documentary and they said to me, which
I was like, what that this documentary makes The movie
with Jennifer Lopez trash.
Speaker 3 (14:51):
It just makes it look like trash.
Speaker 1 (14:53):
Like the movie completely sucks and it's crazy because people
love that movie. It's a great movie, it is, but
this documentary just shows like that that movie didn't really
like it isn't.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
Accurate or what.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
It's not that it's not accurate, but it didn't show
Selena's personality. And I think that's what people love to
the most. And people are literally sobbing.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Another reason, just another reason for people to hate on
j Low Like.
Speaker 3 (15:17):
Yes, yes, and that's and that's the other thing.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
This ex former co worker also said, like I can't
send Jenn Philippees and I can't send her even more now.
Speaker 2 (15:25):
Oh god, yeah, I was like, oops, yeah the orange
drink if you know, you know, I mean it's actually
wrote the movie, but no, yeah, she just acted in it.
But she's because of that role. She is Selena like
and she Now people are like, okay, so you're fake
a frodster.
Speaker 1 (15:45):
Yeah, so yeah, we gotta get on it. We gotta
see that asap.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
Yeah, definitely, I've been watching Welcome to darry You don't
like scary stuff, so you don't like it, but yeah
you should like any I recommend highly recommend it to
anyone if they're the horror gen.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
We're like at the end of November and you're still
watching Halloween stuff.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
I don't want to let go of Halloween.
Speaker 3 (16:05):
Is that on Netflix?
Speaker 2 (16:07):
No? Hbo?
Speaker 3 (16:08):
Oh yeah about that.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
It's a good one.
Speaker 3 (16:11):
I just stopped.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
I just finished the third season of The Diplomat, very
political show.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
It was good, it was really good. What else was
there on TV that I need to watch?
Speaker 2 (16:22):
I think I told you to watch. Oh, what is
it called? Not We Were Liars?
Speaker 3 (16:31):
Oh, there's a show that's viral right now, All her Fault?
Have you heard about that?
Speaker 2 (16:37):
Oh? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I saw that.
Speaker 3 (16:39):
It keeps popping up every though.
Speaker 1 (16:41):
It seems I saw somewhere that it's about like kids.
Speaker 3 (16:44):
Being kidnapped or whatever.
Speaker 2 (16:45):
That's exactly what it's about.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
And I can't. I can't, Yeah, I can't. I'll be
way too paranoid. I'm already paranoid with my two boys,
and I don't. I don't need that, which is very
much a reality.
Speaker 2 (16:55):
Yeah, like the world today.
Speaker 3 (16:57):
You can't go to target by yourself. It is so
scary out here.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
So it's like, I know, I have to be hyper
aware because that's the world that we're living in now.
Speaker 3 (17:04):
But this show is just gonna make me extremely paranoid.
Oh and I can't handle it.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
Speaking of boys, I picked up my four year old
from school today and as soon as.
Speaker 3 (17:15):
I picked them up, the teacher was like, I didn't
know you were a celebrity. Oh.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
Like oh, I was like, I'm not a celebrity, and
she's like, yeah, we just found it's three teachers.
Speaker 3 (17:26):
She's like, yeah, all three of us just found out.
That is so cool.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
I got so red. I didn't know what the hell
to say, and I told my husband.
Speaker 3 (17:33):
I was like, dang, they know.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
I was like, no, I like to like, I don't know,
keep it DL be low key DL on the dawnload.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
Nobody knows, nobody know, but yeah, they all know now.
Speaker 1 (17:46):
So I just don't want to be like treated differently
in any way, or the kid be treated differently, so
you know what I mean.
Speaker 3 (17:53):
It's just it's a weird.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
It's so weird because it's like you see all the
other parents and then you just notice how people behave differently.
That's interesting and you don't. Yeah, it's just I don't
like it. I don't like it at all.
Speaker 3 (18:07):
So we'll see.
Speaker 2 (18:07):
Hopefully I don't treat you any differently, but.
Speaker 1 (18:10):
Like I still want you to scold me, like my
kid misbehaved, you know what I mean, Yeah, like a
terrible parent, like like, hey, you need to get on
him because you're doing this. Isn't that like I still
need I mean, yeah, I don't want you to be like.
Speaker 3 (18:22):
Oh he's.
Speaker 2 (18:24):
Like, yeah, you don't want your kids to miss out
because of exactly your status. But like also you are
a celebrity, but also like you're like the celebrity.
Speaker 3 (18:33):
I appreciate you, but.
Speaker 2 (18:34):
No, not that a celebrity, just like and then even
a celebrity, it's just a bad bitch who deserves to
be known. Like okay, you know.
Speaker 5 (18:43):
Like they would have said that like hey right, like hey,
they want to know what.
Speaker 3 (18:55):
He got a day right?
Speaker 2 (19:00):
Good?
Speaker 1 (19:00):
Oh my gosh, the times, these times are crazy.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
So I took step one day one in the gym,
getting back, very proud of you the gym to work
on my fitness.
Speaker 3 (19:13):
Yep, very very proud of you, my witness. It's never
it's never too late, but.
Speaker 2 (19:20):
It's so hard though.
Speaker 3 (19:21):
I think girls went at the hardest time.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
Yeah, it's November with Thanksgiving next week, my diet is
out the window because I'm like, what's the point, bag
of tacky.
Speaker 3 (19:34):
Bag of FREEDOMSMR for you?
Speaker 1 (19:37):
Because I was telling myself, I'm like, oh, I'm gonna
start eating healthy, and I'm like, the hell, well four
Thanksgiving next week after that, That's what I'm saying. After
next week, it's like what I get on a diet
on December first, No, we start making that.
Speaker 3 (19:52):
All the things. Keep going to the gym. Don't let
me discourage you.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
No, I'm going to go to the gym because I
need to. Girl. It's bad, It's real bad. They did,
and I mean I did it to myself really because
I was in a good spot last year. I was
in the gym, I was working on my fitness, and
then I just got lazy for a whole year. Ooh see.
(20:16):
But now I just don't want to like I don't
want a year. It's been like basically a year. I
mean I've been here and there, but like not consistently.
I run here and there, but like it's not Yeah,
it hasn't been a consistent thing where I'm committed. And
I really just screwed myself over because of that. So
I'm not gonna let this happen again because I feel
so out of shape. And they talked me into a membership.
(20:38):
I had recently gotten rid of it, so I was
just so good as them. Yeah. No, I mean it
was a dollar, So what are you gonna do? It's
a dollar. I just gotta sign up. Cool, I'll sign
up whatever. But then they do this like whole body scan,
and I was like, I don't want to know that.
I don't want to know that. I don't this, No,
this is too much. Yeah, but then I did it
(20:59):
and I was like, yeah, this is but it's nice
to know the information. I know what's ahead. Probably helped
you did it gave me a little bit of framework
to know that it's really fucking bad and I need
to get my shit together. But yeah, so it's only
I keep saying it's only down from here, because like,
my waist is gonna go down, right.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
And I need to be more supportive. As I'm eating
chips in front of me, you're telling me please.
Speaker 2 (21:25):
Eat all the chips you want. I need to have
self discipline, that's what I need.
Speaker 3 (21:28):
That is very important. I'm proud of you.
Speaker 2 (21:30):
Thank you for going to the day because if I'm
going to run this diplos.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
Five K, you got too much.
Speaker 2 (21:35):
I know, I don't know if I can do it,
but we know.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
You're gonna do it. The thing is, you just have
to throw yourself sometimes.
Speaker 4 (21:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
Men, I'm just kidding. You just have to do it,
you know what I mean? Just rip the band aid.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
Yeah, I will say, give yourself a little bit of
grace because you did take basically a year off. So
don't kill yourself to the point where like you won't
want to go back, you know what I mean, You're gonna.
Speaker 3 (21:58):
Be really sore.
Speaker 1 (21:59):
Take it easy, have patience with yourself because you're going
to get back there exactly. You're gonna get back to
exactly where you want to be, right you know.
Speaker 2 (22:06):
Yeah, I'm gonna try to stay positive, not even try.
I'm going to stay positive. Ain't nothing gonna face me.
It is hell. Yeah, I'm a fucking bad bitch. Your like, literally,
it's not a thing. It's not a thing. To get
back to it. One person once told me, oh, you
know who told me this. She's a beautiful soul. I
love her so much, one of my favorites, best mentor
(22:28):
I've ever had. She said, you're only one choice away
from getting back on track. Wow, one decision away from
getting back on track. That's right, That is right, Oh, Priscilla,
we here.
Speaker 3 (22:41):
Don't be acting brand new?
Speaker 1 (22:42):
Okay the podcast come say hi, here's an Nextra microphone
for you.
Speaker 3 (22:48):
I do want to record a TikTok.
Speaker 2 (22:49):
That's what I came here to do.
Speaker 4 (22:51):
Oh yeah, funny too because it's a TikTok about Chi's Miando.
Speaker 2 (22:54):

came to the right place. That what am I talking about?
Speaker 3 (23:00):
Twenty three? Uh, I'm always back in the gym.
Speaker 2 (23:02):
Yes, getting back into it in the terrible times of
the holidays. Okay, the worst time to get back in
the gym.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
So what does that look like?
Speaker 2 (23:09):
Is it like a routine? Is it just stepping in
out of the door? Three to four days a week
is my plan? Okay? Yeah, so that's my minimum five
days a week. Is the goal? Are you lifting cardio? Yeah?
I'm gonna focus on cardio a lot because of the
fact that I want to run a five K, but
the lifting is obviously going to come in.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
Say oh yeah, no, I had that meeting gym to me.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
This girl two bags not one takings and Fritos, honey barbecue.
You know, Priscilla's a Pilates princess.
Speaker 2 (23:43):

telling you I never felt those muscles before. Okay.
Speaker 4 (23:49):
See, I was gonna say, people want to make it
light and fluffy, but.
Speaker 2 (23:53):
That's like hard, hard workout. Uh huh. So I'll be honest.
Though I haven't gone in like a month.
Speaker 3 (23:59):
I haven't been morning posts.
Speaker 4 (24:01):
But I know so I haven't been, but I got
to get back into it because you know, your girl
wants to keep it together, so I get it. It's
all about longevity, you know, try and be healthy.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
