Speaker 3 (00:15):
Wow on our eight year anniversary. She just takes it all.
All right, your anniversary, She just takes it all.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
It felt like it was important because that's where we started.
You know. Wow, that was just like what's it called
when it just takes the.
Speaker 4 (00:33):
Muscle memory memory? Wow.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
I didn't even think about it.
Speaker 3 (00:37):
I was about to discuss sing scrub a dub dub
and the top of toub tub.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
Oh my, let's let's let's let's run it back our
classic coke.
Speaker 4 (00:43):
Let's go yeah, run it back again. Yeah, you got it.
Speaker 1 (00:47):
Scrubbing In with Becha Tilly and Tanya Rad and iHeart
Radio and two time People's Choice Award winning podcast.
Speaker 3 (00:57):
Hello Everybody a joke where they did it.
Speaker 5 (01:05):
To tell people the joke Hello Everybody, scrubbing, scrubbing dub
dub in, the scrubbing into.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
Tales and yeah, people did say they like scrubbing up
dumb better than you know what? Over what I want?
Speaker 3 (01:25):
Okay, okay, scrub sisters, I'm gonna do what I was
going to tell you, let's just go.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
You do what you want. If they want to listen, great,
if they don't, great.
Speaker 3 (01:33):
Cat and fresh out the kitchen. I'm going to deliver
what I want.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
We're not courting Kelly, it is.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
I hate that for me. Happy eight years.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
Happy eight years.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
In eight years, it's been.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
Almost a decade almost, that's crazy, I know.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
You know what's really crazy is that Phoebe's birthday is
the day before. On September thirteenth, she turned eight as well.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
Oh my gosh, the big week years they are changing.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
Which means she's almost a decade, which is less exciting. Correct. Yeah, wow,
the podcast has been around for eight years. It's kind
of insane. A lot of podcasts don't. And they also
don't go year round.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
Yes, yes, they have seasons. We are seasonless.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Yeah, we don't believe in seasons. Yeah, we don't believe
in hiatus.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
Nope.
Speaker 4 (02:36):
It might be fun though, to do like a season
finale and even if for the next week is the
season premiere, just for like what.
Speaker 3 (02:41):
I thought too, from the day from the day one,
from day one, I thought it was like cuter to
have seasons because like, yeah, you have a finale, you
have like a you have a what's the first one? Premiere?
It just gives it a little bit more like vibe
than just like day and day.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
It's like and finale, we'll be back next week.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
No, you take like two weeks, like like the holidays,
you know, like we could do it for the holidays.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
Yeah, and like someone dies, they have to find out
next week who died?
Speaker 3 (03:10):
Well, no, that's not.
Speaker 4 (03:13):
Used to we did. I missed those days. I thought
that was a really nice way down.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
The show was not too morbid the world.
Speaker 4 (03:21):
And yeah, so.
Speaker 3 (03:26):
I have prepared a poem for our anniversary, My God beautiful.
Would anybody I like to hear it?
Speaker 4 (03:32):
Yeah, we all would like to hear it.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
Okay, eight years of scrubbing. In eight years ago, the
mics went live, two hearts on air, Bold, Bright and Alive.
My best friend Becca started a pod and brought me
along for the ride from dating disasters, drunken nights, and
even becoming a bride. We didn't know what we were doing,
(03:56):
but our scrubs were ready diving into life honest raw instead,
from Gray's Anatomy to Life's own plot. We've healed with
laughter and cried a lot when we started we were
two single gals, now one a wife, one engaged, and
two dog pals. You've scrubbed in deep through joy and pain,
through awkward dates and self love gains from celeb crushes
(04:19):
to sacred girl chats to scrub sisters who wear our
stories like hats. We've built a scrubbing in sisterhood so
true who tune in weekly just for you. So here's
to the journey, the pod, the spark, the friendship that
lit up a corner of dark Eight years strong, We're
not done yet. There's more to scrub in, more goals
to be met with hearts wide open. We've set the
(04:42):
bar for our listeners to love themselves just as they are.
So raise the mic, Let the joy begin. Happy eight
years to Scrubbing Ino.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
That is one of your best poems yet.
Speaker 3 (04:55):
I will say, chatchypt heal.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
I couldn't tell, you can tell.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
Midway through some of them, I was like, did she
put this in the chata? That's really great though a
collab effort.
Speaker 3 (05:14):
It was a collab effort. Yeah, thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (05:16):
What did you what parts did they help you with?
Speaker 3 (05:19):
I mean most of it. I was gonna say, it's
hard to like but like a lot of stuff that
it wasn't like like I tried to swap out stuff
to make it more personal, do you know what I mean?
Like kept the structure and like the cadence because that's
what I lacked the most of my poetry writing is
like I always rhyme the same words.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
Your poems are. I don't know what the technical term is,
but they're the they're the type that don't rhyme.
Speaker 4 (05:41):
Like free verse.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
Yeah, Like like you remember when I wrote that caption
for you and and you said that you were like,
you're a poet. Robbie said, Becca is a poet or something,
and it like none of it rhymed, but it was
just like a it was just like a limerick. That's
how you're writing is it doesn't have to always wrap.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
Well, this one rhymes.
Speaker 4 (06:03):
Yeah, it's great.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
I'm just saying it was. I think that's what gave
it away. It wasn't your typical you know, but way amazing.
Happy eight years, Happy eight years, Happy to be doing
this with all of you week after week?
Speaker 3 (06:17):
Will we make it to ten?
Speaker 2 (06:19):
Stay tuned.
Speaker 5 (06:22):
The almost famous podcast from you just a few months
before this one, and Ben Higgins has been rounded up.
Speaker 4 (06:27):
He's been saying ten years left and right. Wow, I'm
just saying you guysould feel empowered to do that too.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
That's so weird.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
Like he's like, oh, we've been doing it for ten years.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
Yeah, we for a decade.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
Now, we're closer to ten than we are to five. Agree.
Speaker 4 (06:41):
True, So.
Speaker 2 (06:44):
Well, I'm fine with Rodney.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
I'm finding were nearly we're halfway to twenty.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
Yeah, just shy.
Speaker 3 (06:52):
Of twenty, just shy decade.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
Yeah yeah, yeah, Holy moly. It is crazy though, Like
thinking about me starting my computer now, okay, thank you
for telling us. Wouldn't have known.
Speaker 3 (07:11):
So quiet.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
It is crazy thing about where we started in like
our life and and you like dating and the journey,
and now we're here with just the and and the
fact that all of it's documented.
Speaker 3 (07:27):
I know, there's something sweet about the fact that it's documented.
Speaker 2 (07:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
Yeah, a moment in time.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
I wish we could watch it, but we can only listen.
You can't have everything you want, no, no, no, one
thing at a time, one thing at a time. How
was your week?
Speaker 3 (07:46):
That's it. We're just going to move on from the
eight years.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
Please continue.
Speaker 3 (07:52):
Favorite episodes, Favorite moments of Time, Favorite guests like Remen
is a little nostalgia eight years, it's a really nostalgia.
Speaker 4 (08:03):
Well, I know the ones that are brought up the
most beca fading in the Sabrina Carpenter interview.
Speaker 3 (08:08):
That's definitely.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
It's just the craziest thing because who I am and
who I was before this podcast. If you would have
told me that, Like if you would have told me
in my like high school college years, that I would
have a podcast in my most popular episode that people
bring up is me passing out from drinking, I just
(08:30):
wouldn't believe it.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
We didn't pass out there, right, you were getting sick
and so you just kind of sneak out of frame.
Speaker 2 (08:37):
I remember, thank you, but unfortunately I certainly did throw
up and then pass out.
Speaker 4 (08:42):
So both we're both right that one Tanya and the
Niel Salon I hear about a lot. Tanya prenatal pilates
gets a big reaction.
Speaker 3 (08:53):
That's shocking to me. I almost didn't share that story.
That was boring.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
One thing about you just always share, You can always
we can always edit it.
Speaker 4 (09:02):
We need to thank you, and this is why Tany
is the best. But also how many times since I've
known you haven't like, Oh, we gotta talk about it.
You'd be like, really, why. Just the other day I said,
we got to talk to we have to on the
Ryan Show, we got to talk about your cleansing. And
You're like, oh, really, we're doing that. You saw it
on the run. Now we're doing that, and I'm like,
trust me, this is going to be great. And it
was hilarious.
Speaker 3 (09:22):
Well, you guys just don't know. You don't know the
good that comes from the cleansing.
Speaker 4 (09:26):
Well, okay, but you don't know what's going to be
hilarious content.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
That's true. That's true. I wish we could Is there
anything we could just for old times sake pull up
the nail salon big? That would be challenging, Oh, it
would be okay, So I would say those come up.
I also feel like our live shows, I have really
fond memories of Yeah, I have a I have really
fond memories of our episode in Malley with Mark Walber.
Speaker 3 (09:52):
Yes, that whole experience was so amazing. I also have
fond memories of our lives because that's when ninety five
P was born. It is that's where I was born.
Concepts and in the San Francisco show and then the
LA Show was the first time Robbie met my sister
(10:13):
and my mom.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
Oh yeah, and y'all had just started dating.
Speaker 3 (10:18):
Yes, yes, just became official.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
Y'all have been dating for months.
Speaker 3 (10:22):
A couple of months.
Speaker 2 (10:23):
Yeah, yeah, but that was like the first moment where
I that's where I met him.
Speaker 3 (10:26):
You met him ment too, Yeah, no, yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
That's where I met him.
Speaker 3 (10:31):
Really, so he met all my friends and my mom
and my sister A.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
Big deal because we were like, I hope he doesn't
get overwhelmed meeting everyone.
Speaker 3 (10:41):
And yeah he did not get overwhelmed.
Speaker 2 (10:43):
No, he's good about that. Yeah, yeah, steady, I'm trying
to think of there's guests. I also loved the episode,
which it was on Zoom, so I don't love that.
But when I had everyone give me random words to
throw into the podcast, oh yeah, it was really funny.
Speaker 3 (11:01):
So I love when everybody jokes on me.
Speaker 2 (11:06):
It's just like innocent pranks. Yeah, so I tell Haley
these are just she hates being pranked. It's really challenging
for me because I love I love hiding and popping out.
I'm not all to do that anymore, so I have
to get my pranks in where I can.
Speaker 4 (11:20):
Yeah, you've been banned from hiding and popping out.
Speaker 2 (11:22):
Yeah, Like it literally has cost fights and because she
gets so scared that it turns to anger. And I'm like,
this is so fun for me. And I grew up
in a very like pranky, jokey, sarcastic family. And I
actually was watching Love Thy Nator, the new reality show
(11:42):
with the nat.
Speaker 3 (11:43):
I'm getting a lot of buzz about that show. Do
I need to watch it?
Speaker 2 (11:46):
It's very Kardashian vibes. Yeah, I love that and so
but they're from Louisiana and they have a very similar
dynamic within their family. And Haley was like, oh my gosh,
is this like a culture thing, like a southern culture thing.
It's like jokes and sarcasm. I'm like, maybe we don't
really talk about our feelings a lot, so we cover
it up with Yeah, covered up with sarcasm and jokes.
(12:08):
But yeah, so I'm not allowed to pop out and
scare her.
Speaker 4 (12:11):
Is that tough to resist?
Speaker 2 (12:13):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (12:13):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (12:14):
So sometimes I just I told her, I'm so, what
we've agreed on is I'm allowed to hide. I just
can't jump out and scare her.
Speaker 3 (12:21):
Oh my god.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
Visual Yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:26):
Also, the conversation that had to happen, what I need
to be privy to and like.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
So sometimes she'll be in the kitchen talking and she'll
turn around and I'll just duck down behind the counter
and she'll be like babe, babe, and I just I'm
like slaughing silently, and then I just stand up slowly.
She's like, don't do that, and I'm like, no, that's
the rule. I can do that anyway. So it's just
(12:52):
in me. I like love a little prank.
Speaker 4 (12:56):
So when she gets home, not around her she's like,
only ever like ninety percent convinced you're not home, because
who knows you could be anywhere.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
Well, so, so her whole thing is she wants to
feel safe in her own home. I deserve to feel
safe in my own home. And I said, that's fair.
But sometimes I haven't urged to hide.
Speaker 3 (13:21):
That is so weird, Like you feel like you should
talk to your therapist about it. This feels deep rooted,
like you need to just like stir something up, like
you need to like rev somebody's engines, Like there's got
to be something deeper. Sure, yeah, I'm talking about that.
Speaker 2 (13:35):
Well that's tomorrow. So I'll let her know a lot
of things that talk to her about, so I don't
know if we'll get.
Speaker 5 (13:39):
To that, but I've been in the same boat we
Allison and I also had a fight about this because
I'm a big fan of when you open the back
hatch of a car. I open it up and then
I slap it really fast with my hand and act
like it hit my notes.
Speaker 4 (13:50):
Like oh that's a good one.
Speaker 5 (13:52):
I love doing that, and it freaks her out every
single time. And then one time I did open it
up and she walked into the She got really her
walking into the hatch. So I have retired from that goof.
I will never do it again, but every time I
open a door, I want to do it.
Speaker 3 (14:07):
I would hate to be married to both of my dad.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
I think my dad growing up, like if you walked
in front of the car, he would honk the horn
like there was no escaping. You had to be prepared
for it, and even if you were prepared, it still
scared you. And I watched my mom be terrorized by that,
and I've taken on his bankside unfortunately.
Speaker 3 (14:29):
For Haley Dang.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
So yeah, we've had to compromise, but me getting to
hide is still fun. Anyways, you and Haley are very similar,
and I just haven't urged to brank both of you.
I don't know what it is. I don't want to
do it to anybody else.
Speaker 3 (14:46):
I'm so grateful that my partner does not have that hurt,
but I do. But you do. He likes to watch football,
which is whatever.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
Yeah, how's that going?
Speaker 4 (14:55):
Awful?
Speaker 3 (14:55):
But you know what we went to do with the
eight year celebration. Yeah, moving off your celebration.
Speaker 2 (15:01):
You tell us when you're ready.
Speaker 3 (15:04):
We went to lunch, went to lunch, went to breakfast
yesterday morning, and we were in front of somebody in line.
Speaker 2 (15:11):
Oh yeah, wait, wait, wait, wait, okay, I want to
You sent a text about this. I don't know who
it is, which I'm excited about because normally I know
going into the podcast. But before you tell us a story,
let's take a break. All right, we are back. Tanya
(15:47):
had a celebrity siding, yes, is this a big celebrity?
Speaker 3 (15:51):
So okay, I'm glad you asked, because I'm not sure
how to describe this celebrity. I think this celebrity is
a big name. I recognized them right out the gate.
Robbie and my mother in law whom I was with,
did not know who he was?
Speaker 2 (16:13):
Too much? We already got an answer.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
Okay, that's all right, that's only one of the questions.
Is it my alboom?
Speaker 3 (16:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (16:21):
Wait so he so they didn't know who he was
by sight or they also when you explained it, they
still didn't know who he was.
Speaker 2 (16:35):
So are we.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
Doing answer no questions? Because that doesn't feel.
Speaker 4 (16:38):
Like this is still in the preamble. We're never going
to start of the game yet.
Speaker 3 (16:41):
So they didn't know, they didn't know, They would not
have recognized him. The didn't know what he looked like,
but they knew the name.
Speaker 4 (16:47):
Oh interesting, Okay, all right, now we begin the game.
Speaker 2 (16:51):
Okay, yeah, music.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
Industry no, no, no. Is it an actor, no reality star,
no athlete, no politician, no podcaster?
Speaker 2 (17:08):
No.
Speaker 3 (17:09):
See this is where it's going to get. Influencer Yes, sure, sure,
not really.
Speaker 4 (17:16):
She didn't just say sure, she made a lot of face.
Speaker 3 (17:18):
I would say not really, YouTuber, not really. I'm gonna
have to look up with author.
Speaker 4 (17:26):
How many categories of celebrity are the one?
Speaker 2 (17:29):
Big designer? No?
Speaker 4 (17:31):
Okay, but not actor, not singer, not musician of any kind,
athlete not athlete, not.
Speaker 2 (17:37):
Politicians, not a reality star, not an influence missing one.
Speaker 3 (17:44):
No, okay, okay, yeah, you're missing like one.
Speaker 4 (17:48):
Have I seen this person on my television set? Have
I seen this person on a movie screen?
Speaker 3 (17:56):
No?
Speaker 4 (17:56):
Have I heard this person's voice? What about? What about
motivational guy, motivational speaker, person, someone?
Speaker 3 (18:11):
Mind, you're missing a big category of they are famous,
but they may not be famous themselves.
Speaker 4 (18:21):
Is it a clown, No, a voiceover.
Speaker 2 (18:24):
Actor, No, so Disney character.
Speaker 4 (18:28):
You wait, someone who's famous but not famous for themselves.
That doesn't make any sense.
Speaker 3 (18:33):
Yes, there's a there's a whole category of Hollywood people
in this category. It's an agent that's say, we don't
like to be called this because we worked hard for this.
Speaker 4 (18:45):
Oh, sir, magician like media director, producer.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
No, doesn't like to be known. No, it's not an influencer.
Speaker 3 (18:58):
He's kind of I mean, I would say he has
of influence, but he's not like an influencer. Like he's
not on TikTok like tiktoking medium.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
You guys are going the wrong.
Speaker 4 (19:07):
He's a celebrity, but he's not a celebrity. He's an influencer,
but he's not an influencer.
Speaker 2 (19:14):
I need to give you another. Can let me look,
I guess, look at do we know this person?
Speaker 3 (19:18):
Yes, I say the name. You're gonna be like, ah, yes.
Speaker 2 (19:21):
Okay, okay? Is he?
Speaker 3 (19:27):
What are people in this newsperson in Hollywood? No, in
Hollywood that may not be famous themselves, but they're famous.
What do you think they're famous? What do you think?
Why do you think they're famous?
Speaker 2 (19:39):
Cartoon?
Speaker 4 (19:40):
Because reality show.
Speaker 2 (19:43):
God?
Speaker 4 (19:44):
A model? Model?
Speaker 2 (19:47):
Close?
Speaker 3 (19:47):
Yes, closer, closer. He might be. Actually he might be.
That's not why we know him, but he might be.
Speaker 4 (19:56):
I think just guessing the categories.
Speaker 2 (19:59):
What about let's go into age. Is he okay? First
of all? Is he married?
Speaker 3 (20:05):
Yes? Yes, yes, oh.
Speaker 4 (20:08):
Yes, the famous couple. Yes, but not a reality and
not an actor and not a musician. Is his wife
in the same category that he's in, Yes, that's too bad.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
Okay. Is he over thirty?
Speaker 3 (20:25):
No, but I'd say just about let's say, hell on
he on there on?
Speaker 2 (20:29):
Yeah, this is so crazy. Not your famous, but not
for yourself.
Speaker 3 (20:37):
Oh so a little under thirty. It feels like a riddle,
A little a little under thirty trader, No, when is.
Speaker 4 (20:45):
A celebrity not a celebrity? Is he a stripper?
Speaker 3 (20:48):
You guys, you're missing like a big category of celebrity.
Speaker 4 (20:53):
I don't think we are.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
Do I need to give you a big hint. It's
just going to give it away at this point.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
A big is there an a small.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
And so he's modeled with he looks like a model.
Speaker 2 (21:04):
He could be, could be.
Speaker 3 (21:05):
I'm sure I think he has modeled, and his wife
I'm sure has modeled.
Speaker 4 (21:10):
Okay. Why do couples get famous as couples if not
on a reality show at dating the dating couple. They're
a dating show couple. They're dating show couple, right, they're
on the islander Low.
Speaker 3 (21:27):
Much more famous than that, much more famous. This is
a name known around the world, A baby, Thank you, Sam.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
That's the producer, Sam coming through with neo baby. All right,
of celebrities, yes, Beckham?
Speaker 3 (21:45):
Oh my god?
Speaker 2 (21:46):
What's his name? Right?
Speaker 4 (21:48):
You got it right there?
Speaker 2 (21:53):
What?
Speaker 4 (21:54):
Oh my god? What where get Okay?
Speaker 2 (22:01):
First of all, his wife is a famous model. Oh yes, okay,
I feel like you he would classify as a model.
I don't think that's just like models.
Speaker 4 (22:10):
You didn't say model, you said maybe he has my photographer.
Speaker 2 (22:15):
This is fascinating. I don't know that I would recognize
him I don't think I care.
Speaker 3 (22:23):
Well, Okay, he was standing right. It wasn't like I
mean he was right behind me petting Sonny like. It
wasn't like I was like, had my.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
Eyes had inaction?
Speaker 4 (22:30):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (22:31):
Was literally no, no, but he was just literally like
two speed away from me. So I was like, I'm
standing right next to him, he's petting my dog.
Speaker 2 (22:38):
How was was he? Nice? Lovely?
Speaker 3 (22:41):
Couldn't have been lovelier, couldn't have been sweeter? Chatting it
up with me?
Speaker 4 (22:47):
Was with Nicola pel No, he.
Speaker 3 (22:49):
Was by himself, sat down by himself and was chatting
it up with the person next to him. It's just
like so cute and so friendly.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
I love hearing it. I know good people in this
in this world of soelebrity, A big category with miss
neo Baby.
Speaker 4 (23:03):
I mean, come on, actors, I don't feel bad about
that Sam.
Speaker 3 (23:09):
Pipe in here. You have to admit that's a big category.
Who is known and not but but like not known.
Speaker 2 (23:16):
It was only because it was going on for too long.
Speaker 4 (23:19):
Oh so you knew the answer? No I didn't.
Speaker 3 (23:23):
I didn't, but I was trying to message you guys
being like neo baby because I couldn't understand what else
it could possibly be.
Speaker 2 (23:30):
And I'm talking to me, like what when you said
I work hard for this. I then clicked from mere actress.
Speaker 3 (23:42):
I know, but she's also neo baby.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
I know, but that's not the same because she has
her own career. That's an actress. He had nothing that
you were able to give to us.
Speaker 3 (23:51):
Well, he's a photographer, and yes, to me, he's not
known as a photographer like I know him as you know.
Speaker 2 (23:58):
He just really throwing me off.
Speaker 4 (24:01):
Hand gestures.
Speaker 3 (24:03):
I met parents known worldwide.
Speaker 2 (24:05):
Parents.
Speaker 4 (24:07):
I have to go on Instagram to find that one
out what parents shodow he took of the elephant in Kenya.
It's my favorite picture. It's like just a shadow.
Speaker 5 (24:18):
It's gorgeous and it says elephants and Kenya so hard
to photograph.
Speaker 4 (24:22):
It incredible to see. Yeah, I mean talent, I learn
from God.
Speaker 3 (24:30):
All I have to say is I was trying to
get to that, you know the name because of his parents.
Speaker 4 (24:39):
I'm trying to think that if that was satisfying conclusion
for the scrubbers listening who were playing along in their
car or whatever or.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
Disappointed, I would like to know if they got the category.
That's what I'm really stuck.
Speaker 3 (24:50):
On I'm sure people got it much at their phones.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
Yes, who else would be in there though?
Speaker 3 (24:57):
In that category?
Speaker 2 (24:58):
Yeah, well, like but someone who doesn't have their own career, but.
Speaker 3 (25:02):
He does, like he's a photographer. He's an influencer because
you don't know, like if you say the name, Yeah,
he has influence. But I would never consider him like
an influencer because he's not like you know, the tiktoks.
Speaker 4 (25:16):
Don't they have to have a career to be a
nepo baby. Isn't it the definition that they got their
career because they're a nepo baby.
Speaker 3 (25:22):
No neo baby is just a baby of a neo baby.
Speaker 4 (25:25):
Any celebrity child's a neo baby. I don't think that's right.
Speaker 3 (25:28):
Yeah, yeah it is, Yes, I don't think.
Speaker 5 (25:31):
Careers Wikipedia says someone whose career is similar or related
to the career in which their parents.
Speaker 4 (25:37):
I think right. Margaret Qualley is an actress. Her parents
were actresses, no offense, very talented whatever. I think that's
why that label is slapped on her. I'm not sure
that's slapped on Brooklyn Beckham because he's not a soccer
player or.
Speaker 3 (25:52):
Right right, right?
Speaker 5 (25:54):
Interesting As soon as that absolved Gracie Abrams because she's
not a film direct I.
Speaker 4 (25:58):
Think, well, maybe don't. But there are certainly benefits of
having a super rich and famous parent.
Speaker 2 (26:03):
But you were saying that about I mean, sure you
have the connections, but there's a lot of rich people
whose kids don't get famous just because.
Speaker 3 (26:10):
Right right, right back. Well, I thought my clues were
very good. I thought you're guessing was very bad. And
I thought my celebrity spotting was very exciting until I
came here.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
It was. No, it was very exciting. I think, well,
I think based on the hype around it and like
not being able to guess the category I thought it
was going to be. I didn't even know like a
level of someone I was about to guess presidents, I
was going in to politics.
Speaker 3 (26:37):
I don't know any of those. I'd be like, oh,
they could bump me in the street. I'd be like hello.
But it was so cute because he was like petting
Sonny and then we were talking about like he was
like talking about his He's like my wife owns a
pet adoption and like rescues all these dogs.
Speaker 4 (26:59):
And I was like he just like, you know, did
you act like you knew who he was or did
you play dumb?
Speaker 3 (27:05):
We didn't engage enough for me to like not but
know but to be.
Speaker 4 (27:10):
Said, my wife does this? You could have been like, I.
Speaker 2 (27:13):
Know who you are and I know your wife is,
Like you wouldn't be like I'm a big like what
I'm you know? Right?
Speaker 4 (27:23):
I feel like, yeah, shot photos?
Speaker 2 (27:25):
Who's your wife? What does she? What is she?
Speaker 3 (27:28):
My husband and his mom did not know.
Speaker 4 (27:31):
Who he was, so but they knew the name Brooklyn
Beckham correct.
Speaker 2 (27:34):
My husband Robbie. Yeah, for those of you who have
been listening right years New Year, New names.
Speaker 3 (27:45):
But yeah, but once I told them, they were like,
oh we know the name right Backham?
Speaker 2 (27:48):
Yeah yeah yeah, very famous Yeah, very famous name. Well
that's very exciting. I feel like you have a lot
of celebrity side, like you are prone to celebrity sightings
hob nobbin.
Speaker 3 (28:00):
Yeah, it was very exciting. Yeah, added an element to
my morning.
Speaker 2 (28:08):
Well that was riveting and I really enjoyed it. Honestly
made it powered up my brain. It got me thinking
outside the box. I didn't get it, but it did
turn something on. So thank you, thank you, No, thank you,
You're welcome. So Haley and I last weekend her she
(28:30):
had family in town and so.
Speaker 3 (28:32):
Naturally saw her family live in town.
Speaker 2 (28:35):
Like extended family. They were in town and we they
wanted to come see the house and like the renovations
were doing, and so we did like a deep clean,
picked up everything up, and like cleaned the house. And
then she Haley kept being like, Wow, this is so
nice having it so clean in here, and I was like, yeah,
(28:55):
I mean, just you know, putting things up after you
use them, and keeping laundry going and folded and put up,
you know, but we're both guilty of just like throwing
our clothes on the chairs or whatever. You know, it's
a catch all. So I was like, what if we
whoever can keep this up for a month. Oh, it's
(29:16):
a massage at the Four Seasons. And if you leave
anything anywhere anywhere in the main area, I was like,
I don't care about your closet whatever, but in the
main area that people can see, if you leave anything,
you lose it. So we have been one week, one
and a half weeks clean. It's going well so far,
(29:38):
oh wow, And she goes, gosh, if I knew that,
it just took a competition to get you to keep
things clean. I'm like, okay, first of all, there's two
people here doing this, so you came over. You didn't
even acknowledge how clean it was in there.
Speaker 3 (29:51):
It didn't look so yes I did.
Speaker 2 (29:52):
It's like spotless right now. You only know you only
say anything when it's a message. No.
Speaker 3 (29:59):
First of all, I wasn't I didn't have my binoculars on.
I wasn't like investigating your house. And I went out
and usually I can't even sit on a chair. I
have to move stuff to say.
Speaker 2 (30:09):
I acknowledged that you didn't have to move anything to do.
Speaker 3 (30:12):
I did not have to move anything to sit on
the stool.
Speaker 2 (30:15):
Yes, okay, thank you. Just I like, was so excited
for you to come in and acknowledge it. And you
always talk about how messy it is. And he didn't
even say anything like what's the point shoe? Shoe?
Speaker 3 (30:27):
So sorry, Taylor.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
Frankie Paul is a new bachelorette. Lots of polarizing opinions
about this. I posted on my story and I want
to talk about the response I got when we come back,
(30:55):
we're back. Well you got on top of that one, okay,
So I posted about because I haven't watched Secret lives
of Mormon wives.
Speaker 4 (31:05):
Oh wow, I.
Speaker 3 (31:06):
Was hoping you did so that you could tell me
if I like her or not. I just I have
no opinion, and it's like driving me nuts.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
It's well, I want it, let it drive you nuts.
Speaker 3 (31:16):
It not that I don't know.
Speaker 2 (31:19):
So I posted about it and I was just like,
I think it's interesting that they went outside of the franchise.
Speaker 4 (31:24):
It's interesting to me.
Speaker 2 (31:25):
However, I have never seen such anger horizon. Well just
like opposite reactions.
Speaker 4 (31:33):
Because I've never gone outside the franchise, right, like was
from the previous season.
Speaker 2 (31:38):
Matt James was not on the show before, but Bachelor Rette.
Speaker 4 (31:43):
I don't think there's ever been Achelorette.
Speaker 2 (31:44):
Who wasn't and someone who's already has her own fame,
So I think that's different too. So it went from
I cannot wait. I've never been this excited. I haven't
watched in years. This is going to bring me back
to I will not watch. I can't believe they are
highlighting someone with a domestic violence of.
Speaker 3 (32:08):
Not yeah, oh she's, she's, she's, she's she.
Speaker 2 (32:12):
Had a yeah. Really, So I was like, I know
nothing about this person, so I know about the show.
I tried to watch it. I couldn't get into it.
Speaker 3 (32:21):
And all I know is she has two kids with
two dads.
Speaker 2 (32:25):
Just three kids, three kids with two dads.
Speaker 3 (32:27):
Yes, yeah, And.
Speaker 2 (32:30):
It was just shocking, Like aside from politics when I
post anything political, it was the most divisive I have
ever had my DMS. Sure, So I guess we'll see
how how people like are, Like, she's a mess. This
is gonna be like the best entertainment. Like they're not
necessarily I'm.
Speaker 3 (32:47):
So tired of that. I'm sorry, Like she's such a mess.
She abuses people, and she's such a mess. I can't
wait to watch. Like we're the problem, Like literally, we're
the problem.
Speaker 2 (32:59):
Yeah anyone.
Speaker 4 (33:00):
I mean, I think that's a valid point.
Speaker 3 (33:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (33:02):
By the way, just so, she was arrested for domestic
violence in twenty twenty three. She pleaded guilty to a
third degree felony of aggravated assault, and that was reduced
to a misdemeanor when she completed all the conditions over
three years.
Speaker 3 (33:15):
Okay, Hey, that's bad thing about this.
Speaker 2 (33:18):
Is the thing that that I don't like about it
is that if it were a man with these this record,
it would be bad news. They wouldn't ever be able
to do.
Speaker 3 (33:30):
U oh, oh my gosh, no way.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
So, like I said, I don't know anything about her.
I just know that I have never seen such opposite.
I don't I'm I'm curious to see how the season goes,
and also having someone from a different reality show franchise,
It's gonna be interesting.
Speaker 3 (33:45):
I'm down with the other reality show franchise, but can
not glorified.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
Which they would choose one of the Nator sisters, because
I've quite enjoyed watching them right. Sounds amazing, But it's
kind of one of those things of like this will
be a turning point I think for the Bachelor franchise,
of like, are we gonna stay within the franchise to
choose the lead or will we just branch out and
(34:10):
find like famous people who are single.
Speaker 4 (34:13):
It feels a little desperate to me, Am I wrong?
I feel like the Bachelor franchise is not in its
glory years right now, and so I think they're trying
something new, which I appreciate that. And if it brings
over some of that Mormon lives audience, great, yes, And
who knows what the future holds. Maybe there's maybe one
of our survivor favorites will be on the Bachelorette one day.
Who knows that? So I think they're just trying something
new because I got nothing to lose at this point.
Speaker 3 (34:35):
Yeah, but let's try a little better.
Speaker 2 (34:37):
Yeah maybe, yeah, I think just bringing someone and maybe
that maybe in a way they were like, this will
even stir up more conversation about it.
Speaker 4 (34:48):
I mean, when was the last time we spent this
much time talking about the new Bachelorette?
Speaker 3 (34:51):
Never eight years ago?
Speaker 4 (34:55):
Wow, Rachel Lindsay.
Speaker 3 (34:58):
Yeah, Rachel Lindsay might be the last one where I
was like paying attention.
Speaker 2 (35:04):
You know, Hannah Brown didn't watch any of the.
Speaker 3 (35:06):
Actual Rachel Lindsay. Yeah, okay, so maybe one more season.
So seven years ago, six years ago, Okay, he's trying
to be funny.
Speaker 2 (35:17):
Shucks. We've had some recent celebrity breakups shocking, shocked.
Speaker 3 (35:23):
Two shocking breakups for shocking, Oh who else?
Speaker 2 (35:26):
I just have Nina Doe Brave and Sean White, and
then Kelsey Ballerina and Chase Stokes.
Speaker 3 (35:32):
Benson Boone and his girlfriend broke up, Shylen Woodley and
uh Lucas Brava.
Speaker 2 (35:38):
I don't know, I didn't know who she was with,
and I didn't know Benson Boone had a girlfriend.
Speaker 3 (35:43):
Oh my gosh, we'll get on what happened.
Speaker 4 (35:47):
Maggie Burman. Yeah, wow, they are together like two years.
Speaker 2 (35:50):
She's a TikToker. I know who she is.
Speaker 3 (35:52):
He just tiktoks with her dad, see gone Boone.
Speaker 4 (35:57):
She's an actress, she is. Yeah wow.
Speaker 2 (36:00):
Okay, So Kelsey Ballerini and Chase Oakes. He just posted
a birthday tribute to her.
Speaker 3 (36:07):
Tell you something that's so weird about this breakup. I'm
not even kidding a dream. No, I had like a feeling.
I had a feeling, and I when were I was?
I was driving to to Doom, the Netflix thing. Okay,
this was I don't even know when.
Speaker 2 (36:22):
That was a couple of months ago.
Speaker 3 (36:24):
Yes, And I said, yeah, are Chase Stokes and Kelsey
Ballerini together to Doom? Yeah? And uh, Paulina was in
the car, Robbie's in the car. They both were like,
I don't know kind this weird feeling. I haven't seen
them like they used to post photos of each other,
Like they used to post about each other a lot
and been like nothing, and then recently he posted like
(36:46):
for her birthday, and they were like scene so I
was like, oh, all seems good in the hood and
then the news.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
What do you think happened two days in between two
days of him posting for her breakup? I don't know
how the breakup.
Speaker 4 (37:00):
Or is that a scheduled post?
Speaker 2 (37:03):
Interesting.
Speaker 4 (37:04):
That's one of the things that bothers me about the
birthday relationship posts is that they seem so obligatory. They
don't seem heart felt. They're like, well, I better do this,
you know. Oh do you think no?
Speaker 3 (37:18):
Depends on the person.
Speaker 2 (37:18):
Okay, well, if they were at the if they were
that close to being broken, like they're that close to
breaking out, unless she unless she was like blindsided him.
Speaker 4 (37:28):
And was like that's true, or maybe he knew this
wasn't going well it was kind of a hail maryor
like maybe if I do a really good birthday post,
you realize what a great guy.
Speaker 2 (37:35):
I am? Right, Yeah, you never know. Dang. People are
really upset about this one.
Speaker 3 (37:41):
Kelsey and Chase. I am, oh you are. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (37:44):
I didn't know how that you went hard for that.
Speaker 3 (37:46):
Wait on me a while, like months ago, not even
doing I was like, how a weird feeling about them
because there's a lot of speculation.
Speaker 5 (37:52):
Didn't she get like cheated on by the last guy,
allegedly Morgan Morgan?
Speaker 4 (37:58):
Yes? Oh did she Morgan?
Speaker 3 (38:01):
Uh, we'll never know that.
Speaker 5 (38:04):
We had him on a podcast and he seemed so
nice and then I heard these terrible things about him.
Speaker 2 (38:09):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (38:10):
Anyway, I feel bad for Kelsey. Valerians don't getting it.
Speaker 2 (38:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (38:12):
According to sources, Kelsey allegedly cheated on Morgan.
Speaker 2 (38:17):
Sorry.
Speaker 4 (38:18):
The allegations claimed Ballerini had an affair with Drew from
The Chainsmokers in August of twenty ninety two. Of us
haven't been in that, oh. Ballerini reportedly confessed the affair
to Morgan in twenty twenty one. This plus other marital
issues and divorce in twenty two.
Speaker 2 (38:34):
Would you mind reminding us of his last Morgan Evans Sorry,
Morgan Evans sorry?
Speaker 4 (38:39):
First wow?
Speaker 2 (38:42):
And then Nina do Brave and Telwaye who were engaged.
Speaker 3 (38:44):
Yes, another one that shook me the photos of them
just days ago.
Speaker 2 (38:48):
They were last publicly seen holding hands at a farmer's
market on August thirty. First, I was like, yesterday, a
couple of weeks. I'm just saying.
Speaker 3 (38:56):
Longerand an engagement in two weeks, that's like I don't know.
Speaker 2 (39:00):
Something bad happened, yeah, or here's the thing, maybe maybe
wedding plan. I don't know what happened. I don't know
if there's I think there's speculation of cheating. But speculation
is speculation, you know.
Speaker 3 (39:10):
I can't speculate, Yeah, you can't.
Speaker 2 (39:13):
I don't. I don't like speculate because cheating allegations, that's
a big allegation on someone.
Speaker 3 (39:18):
I agree.
Speaker 2 (39:19):
However, I also think if you're planning a wedding and
something happens where you're like, no, no, not locking it
in with this person. Yeah, why I spend all the
money planning a wedding? If you know, if you see
something about character that you don't.
Speaker 3 (39:35):
Like, Yeah, I'm sad about that one. They seemed so
like meant to be together.
Speaker 2 (39:43):
Unfortunately it wasn't that.
Speaker 4 (39:45):
You said that about Bieber and Selena too, and look
at him now, look at them both now?
Speaker 3 (39:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (39:50):
True, So let's hope for all these couples.
Speaker 2 (39:52):
Yes, you're meant to be again?
Speaker 4 (39:54):
Oh boy?
Speaker 2 (39:55):
Did she?
Speaker 3 (39:58):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (39:58):
Ma, I'll never forget that day you were rocked, broke up.
Speaker 3 (40:05):
I'm still rocking.
Speaker 2 (40:10):
Did you watch the emm's last night? You know?
Speaker 3 (40:13):
Wow, there's a lot of football on the TV. You
have multiple TV, don't you know we just have one
just one main TV.
Speaker 4 (40:21):
You have bedroom TV.
Speaker 3 (40:22):
I'm kidding me.
Speaker 4 (40:23):
I watched the EMMS. I enjoyed the Emmys. I thought
Nate BARGETSI did a really nice job.
Speaker 2 (40:27):
Yeah, I did too. I thought he was fine. I
wasn't like, oh my gosh, that was the best I've
ever seen. I also felt like he did a good job.
Haley was like, I feel like he's really nervous because
she didn't she didn't.
Speaker 3 (40:36):
Know who he was he was either.
Speaker 2 (40:38):
I love his comedy on TikTok, like I always see
his he's very funny videos. But I was like, wow,
I didn't realize that he was so big to be
the host of the MS. I felt like he did
a good job.
Speaker 3 (40:49):
But we can go back to the Emmys. But Friday
night was like our date night. Okay, we were like
so excited Friday night. It's Rob's like I'm gonna plan.
I plan, We're gonna go to dinner, and then I
planned a surprise after I was like, oh, cute, a surprise,
Like we don't really surprise each other. So before we
(41:12):
go to dinner. He's like, we're going to dinner at
six and then we have to be at our next
stop at seven thirty. And he and I was like,
where are we going? Just do I need to wear
tennis shoes? Like what are we doing? And he's like,
I'm not gonna surprise you, but we're gonna go to
the comedy store. Oh like the oh Sunset h Yeah,
And I was like, oh cute, I love comedies.
Speaker 4 (41:31):
Legendary place.
Speaker 3 (41:32):
Yeah, we did it one time. I surprised us, like
a couple of years ago, and I was like, fun. Right,
we go to dinner and we're like not like chilling
through dinner. We're like, you know, eating fast so that
we can make like the start. Time we get in
the car, we will look at each other and we're like.
Speaker 2 (41:52):
Should we go home? Like yeah.
Speaker 3 (41:56):
I felt so bad because I was like, I liked,
I want to encourage him to like do fun surprise things,
like I love that he did that. But we were
so happy to be at home in bed by seven
forty five, feed up by eight pm on a Friday,
it was like decadent.
Speaker 2 (42:11):
Wow, you at least go down the house to dinner.
Speaker 4 (42:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (42:14):
We went to dinner. But I was like, how do
we know we were We could have like not rushed
our dinner a little bit, you know, we kind of
like rushed through dinner a bit.
Speaker 2 (42:21):
Yeah, but that's that's being in your mid thirties, folks.
Speaker 3 (42:26):
Yeah, that was it right then, and there.
Speaker 2 (42:29):
We went and saw Spinal Top. Oh interesting because so
Haley's our friend Valerie, who it was, has been Haley's
drummer on tour for years as the drummer in the movie.
Oh that's cool, he's the new drummer.
Speaker 4 (42:43):
Alison and I saw that on Instagram. We got so, yeah,
that's the joke, and that is that the drummer died.
Drummer Kee, every drummer they've ever had died.
Speaker 2 (42:52):
Yeah, so she's a new drummer.
Speaker 3 (42:54):
Spoiler alert.
Speaker 2 (42:56):
Yeah forty one years ago. I think that's when it
came out.
Speaker 3 (42:59):
So well still, it's definitely not a virgineers over here.
Speaker 2 (43:03):
So we drove down to Orange County to watch with
her and all like her friends and family came and
it was so cool. Like, first of all, I haven't
seen the original, but we laughed through the whole thing.
Speaker 4 (43:15):
Oh, then you should see the original because I was
gonna say, if you don't know the original, I'm not
sure the rhythm translates to.
Speaker 2 (43:20):
Well, I'm sure there were inside jokes that we missed.
But it was so funny and she's like so cool
in it, and there was like a few people in
the theater that weren't part of her, like friends and family,
and so at the end, we all were like giving
her like a stance like clapping, and she stood up
and everyone was like, oh my god, that's it was
so fun. It was so cool. So if you if you,
(43:44):
even if you haven't seen it, it's hilarious.
Speaker 3 (43:46):
It's a movie.
Speaker 2 (43:47):
Yeah, it's a movie in theaters if you want to date.
Speaker 4 (43:50):
No, I mean, the original is one of my favorite
movies of all time. So I went forward.
Speaker 5 (43:54):
We just watched it in a cemetery last weekend. The original, Yeah,
I mean I've seen a million times. It was also's
first time.
Speaker 4 (44:01):
She loved it. Yeah, she was good.
Speaker 2 (44:02):
Kayley's like a really tough critic with comedy, and she
was laughing so.
Speaker 4 (44:08):
Hard theater especially, Wait, do.
Speaker 2 (44:11):
You know that you know how when you when I've
seen you by yourself on the plane, when I when
we've had separate seats and you watch Friends and I
just hear you laughing by yourself on the quiet plane.
That was Haley in the movie. Is like all I
heard was.
Speaker 3 (44:27):
Her cackling and this spinal tap.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
Yeah, the sequel, I can't believe.
Speaker 3 (44:32):
I've never seen that makes sense.
Speaker 4 (44:33):
As a touring musician, she's going to get jokes that
other people are not going to get.
Speaker 2 (44:38):
I think she was just surprised at how because it's
all Improv's a script that's amazing. 's amazing the timing
of like the jokes and everything.
Speaker 3 (44:47):
This is the movie that I have to see in
the theater.
Speaker 2 (44:49):
Well, I'm sure it'll come out eventually. But if you
want to go support our friend Valerie, then how do
I do that?
Speaker 3 (44:54):
Go to the theater in Orange County? No, no, no,
I think, okay, okay, yeah that I can do.
Speaker 2 (45:02):
Yeah, just your local movie theater it's playing.
Speaker 3 (45:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (45:07):
But yeah, it was really fun and then we had
pretty chill weekend. Haley doesn't. Haley's not good at relaxing.
Like her mind is like kind of like yours, Like
I need to get up, I need to seize the day.
I need to be productive. So I feel like the
day wasn't wasted and I don't have that, and so
she was like, I'm just so tired, like I just
want to chill and watch TV. And I'm like, then
(45:27):
do it, Like why are you? Why? Why are you?
What's just chill? You have the time. Yeah, So that
was what we did this week, a lot of chill hiking.
Speaker 3 (45:36):
I did a lot of chill too. I don't know
if you notice, but I have seeds in my ears.
Speaker 2 (45:41):
Oh tell me more.
Speaker 3 (45:43):
My acupuncturers put them in to calm me down.
Speaker 2 (45:47):
Do you feel calm?
Speaker 3 (45:48):
No, Like, I don't know what these are supposed to do.
Speaker 2 (45:50):
It looks like a cool piercing.
Speaker 3 (45:52):
That's what she said.
Speaker 4 (45:54):
There's seeds.
Speaker 2 (45:55):
That's what she said. Joke or that's.
Speaker 3 (45:59):
She actually said. But people will just think you got
an ear piercing. I was like, okay, it's kind of edgy. Yeah,
I'm just like edgy girl might get some of those.
It's supposed to calm me down, supposed to be pretty calm. Unfortunately,
you need to be on If you got seeds but
in your ears back, it would be like flatlined, relax, relax.
I can't get chiller than you. But yeah, she put
(46:20):
them in this week because I'm at my population week. Wow, congrats,
thank you just to keep me calm. Yeah, good, keep
calm and carry on.
Speaker 2 (46:31):
Wow, that was a throwback to twenty twelve.
Speaker 3 (46:34):

well we do have to wrap it up.
Speaker 2 (46:41):

able to guess why right into.
Speaker 3 (47:18):

It'd be cool if we had one every week, so

Speaker 3 (47:25):
I could probably give one every week.
Speaker 2 (47:26):
I think you could.
Speaker 3 (47:27):

Speaker 2 (47:30):

do that game more often.
Speaker 3 (47:34):
