Army Reserve veteran, local law enforcement officer, and author Peter Colt has released the fifth novel in his popular Andy Roark mystery series called "The Judge", which is available starting May 7th.
94 HJY's Kevin sat down with his old pal from his URI days to discuss the Roark franchise and how Peter's life experiences shaped his path into become a successful author (which, incidentally, Kevin predicted would happen way back in 1992).
