The Galion Tigers defense on Friday night was incredible in a 7-0 road win at Ontario. It was Galion's 2nd shutout of the year, as the Tiger defense made it difficult for the Warriors to move the ball down the field. Galion played great team defense, led by linebacker's Cameron Kuehlman, Trey Longwell and Zach Sallee on the defensive line. The game's only score happened at the 11:23 mark of the 2nd quarter on a 5 yard TD run by senior Sam Evans. Ontario's defense was really good as well, holding a high powered Galion offense (avg 38 pts) to a single score. The Warrior defense had 3 takeaways, including two INTs from defensive back, Brady Rowe. Galion is now 4-1 and 1-1 in the MOAC, while Ontario falls to 2-3 and 0-2 in the league. Game was broadcast "live on WMAN with Aaron Hines and Erik Will.

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
