Speaker 1 (00:00):
So here we go. We're just going to welcome onto
the country doppelgang. I'll get a photo of these two together.
So David Fagan, he's got the same haircut as Crystal
Luswe you're down here David with Canam. How's business going? Yeah,
that's right.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
I've been here for a couple of days down on
the CANM stand. There's a lot of new products at
the new models now the new HD eleven and a
lot of interest. The old ones were good, these the
new models, the HD eleven is just take it to
another level. So ye, they're really enjoying being back in
my memove now.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Just course the sharing action down here as well. There'll
be speed Shares this afternoon here and Southern Shares that
this weekend. Yeah, next weekend, next weekend.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
So the Targa Champs are on in Bealcuther today and
tomorrow as well, and then next Thursday. I'm actually coming
back to attend the Southern Shares in Gore and it's
the sixtieth anniversary for that. There's a Thursday night and yeah,
sixty years since that's that's been going.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
How many years did you win the Southern Haars?

Speaker 2 (00:57):
I quite a number, I don't know ten or twelve
fourteen lost track.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
You're our greatest step for sharer And I don't know
if I can throw this out here, but Roland Smith
statistically would have to be a second greatest for sharer.
He's made it back into the New Zealand team along
with Toler Henderson, who's our form sharer at the moment.
I put it to you and you know a million
times much more about sharing than I do. But these
two would have to start as hot favorites for the

(01:23):
team comp wouldn't.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
They Yeah, you'd have to have to give them hot
favorite status. I mean a couple of weeks ago I
said to you wouldn't you'd be silling to bet against
role in making that team. He's made that and he's
pretty low key about his sharing at the moment, but
don't underestimate him. He's been three weeks to do have
been sharing, go all the competitions. We've got a very
strong team with the sharing, the wool, Hendling and the
Blades actually so but but Headfield should have a good

(01:48):
year hopefully.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Have we got two very strong wool handlers. Joel Henaoray
will be the favorite. Yeah, he'll be the favorite.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
But you know, once you're there, all bets are off,
so you know it's opened anyone with Rollie.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
He might be listening on his tractor because I know
he spends a lot of time on his tractor. He's
a contractor and a farmer as well. But you know
he's talking about getting down to the wall shed at
night and getting an hour and I know you've only
got to share twenty sheep at the Golden Shares, but
it is an hour enough, Yeah, of course it is
plus plus.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
I know if I was doing what Roland's doing, I
wouldn't be telling anyone what I'm doing. And he won't
be telling you everything, believe me.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
Yeah, I'm sure he will.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
He will, he will turn up ready, Yeah, don't underestimate him.
But yeah, as far as our team goes tour Henderson,
Roland Smith have to be have to be going in
his favorites. But let's let's make sure they get the
job done, all right.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
So, David Fagan, I know you've got the speed Shares
this afternoon. Your son Jack is probably the country's leading
speed share is he down to try and.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Connect so Cash he's not here today, he's actually in
Coray Land and Auckland Airport. He's going back to give
it another crack and oberon for that twenty k that
he won last year.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
It's the big payday, the big pay.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Days on in Australia tomorrow. But yeah here this afternoon,
there's a speech here at the Mumuse Southern Field Days.
And then I'm doing a bit here, a couple of
sheep I'm going to share soon to show the Prime
Minister what she hearing's about.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Well, you're looking very trim at the moment. Whatever you're doing,
keep on doing it so you look like you're ready
to rip on the share of single it and get
into it, Sir David Fagan. A pleasure is always thank
you very much for your time.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Cheers, Jammy.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
There we go, Sir David Fagan. He's here with Canam
at the Southern Field Days.
