Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's the latest with gaming, TV shows, comics. You know,
they're really important stuff. Though, Mike Jonesman Khan on DC
one oh one. Sony already had a large stake in
the Peanuts franchise, and now with a new deal, they
owned most of Charlie Brown and his friends. They bought
forty one percent of Peanuts holdings from the Canadian company
Wild Brain, and now with what else they had, they

(00:23):
own eighty percent, with Charles Schultz's family holding the remaining
twenty percent. With this, you can expect Sony to quickly
go for new opportunities with shows and movies, video games
and everything else. Home Alone has been having thirty fifth
anniversary screenings over the last few months, and during one
of the recent Q and A sessions, director Chris Columbus
talked about how he would do a sequel. Now, in

(00:45):
his vision, he could see Marvin Harry the Wet Bandits
getting out of jail and looking to get revenge on
Kevin McAllister. That would be a long shot, though, with
Columbus said he hasn't seen Daniel Stern in forever, and
he doesn't think that Joe Peshy would be interested. Maybe
an animated version could happen to add more to the story.
