This is absolutely the best and sweetest idea and it
comes from Anniston, Alabama, and are they're giving rescue dogs
a second chance at life by having them joined the
police force. They went from having no canine unit at
all to having six dogs helping out on the force,
all in one year. And these dogs, affectionately known as
the Anniston Six, are trained for drug searches and human trafficking.

They're not purebreads. They're just you know, regular rescue dogs.
And that came from different backgrounds, but they were able
to make them into police dogs. Canine dogs.
