In Mesa, Arizona, a toddler wandered from his home into
a busy intersection, and he narrowly avoided being hit by
multiple cars before a bystander heroically rescued him. It was
caught on dash cam. It shows the child stopping momentarily
after a nearby driver hanks, giving the bystander just enough
time to reach him, and the toddler's father said that
