Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is just really thinking. This woman named Brenna van Appledorn,
who goes to Craven Community College, started crocheting sleeping mats
out of recycled plastic bags to help those experiencing homelessness
in her area. Well, the project has now expanded from
a solo effort to involve her entire college class's welding department,

(00:21):
and they've donated thousands of these rugs, and the community
has donated thousands of plastic bags for the cause. That's nice,
that's so cool. There's so many great people out there.
I know it seems like to hear more about them
this time of year, but we keep it year round
with a smile file
