we went to Hurricane Hugo. They hired our company to
do some work during the hurricane. So I'm kind of slow.

if you know, take me and my kid. We'll go
down the Carolina North Carolina and we'll see if we
can get the equipment hired. Because I don't have a
lot of money to go down there for free, so

to get information. The voicemail tells you about how residents
can apply for help to stay at hotels and all
this stuff, and then all of a sudden, it goes
right into we're no longer accepting applications, but if you're
interested in a buyout, and then there's contact information. I
had to listen to it twice to see if I
was listening, and I did, so I would do your

homework Rebuild dot NC dot gov and listen to that
message because it's offering buyouts for these people eight days
after the hurricane.

That's incredible. I mean, it's disgusting. It's honestly, it's beyond disgusting.

I'm shaking. I'm shaking right now because I hear all
the conspiracy theories and everything and weather manipulation and black
rock and they want the libum and a lot of
it can be a little crazy. You know. I don't
have a tinfoil hat yet, and I'm my adrenaline right now.
I am shaking after hearing that message because all this
stuff that's coming through.

So you're volunteering to help, you want to help, and
they're telling you basically, we don't want your help, but
if you want to buy out your land, you know,
if you want someone to buy you out, this is

paid because I don't have that kind of money to
go there for free. But it tells the residents that
they're no longer accepting applications to give them money to
help them to stay at hotels, and then it says
if you're interested in a buyout, and it goes into
another speed.

Believable, unbelievable. Yeah, So the people in North Carolina, they
go to that website, or make make the call or whatever.
They can't get any help. Basically, you know, blank you
but if you want to buy out that, we have
a number for you to call.

to listen to that message.

Well, you know, Anthony, look again, I'm gonna, you know,
lay my cards on the table. You know, this is
not Jeff Cooner. You know, I don't know going on
fringe websites. This is the North Carolina press. I'm just
reporting what the North Carolina media has been reporting. Local
media the state, you know, big newspapers, local TV outlets, Blackrock,

I mean, this has been so widely reported they're like
dozens of stories on it. Blackrock for the last couple
of years has gone to town after town, home after
home saying we want to buy your land. Well, we
don't care about the house. We want to bulldoze the house.
It's not the house. We want the lithium. It's got

they're in the rare minerals business, and they realize this
is basically twenty first century version of gold, and you're
going to need it for all of these electric vehicle batteries.

And so Blackrock it's a it's you know, it's it's open.
I mean, it's not a conspiracy. You know, Blackrock has said, yeah,
we want the land, we want the minerals, we want
the lithium and the cobalt, and so they've been looking
to buy out that that you know, that whole you know,
town after town are the vast tracts of territory and

land in western North Carolina. And as you know, Blackrock
is one of the biggest donors of the Democratic Party,
Biden Harris, the governor is a Democrat. Roy Cooper, his
coughs are full of Blackrock money. I mean again, this
is all public information. And who do you think is

now making an offer to buy all the land Blackrock.
So it's obvious that's why they've turned their back on
the people of Western North Carolina. And the people of
Western North Carolina they're all saying it. They go, no,
they want the land. We didn't want to sell three
years because this is the land of our ancestors, this
is Appalatia. So they go, look, this goes back generations.

We're not going to sell it. We don't care. This
is our home, this is where our family comes from,
this is where our roots are. We love it here.
We're mountain people. We love the mountains. This is who
and what we are. No, you know, you can't. I

have no town, you have no street, you have nothing.

going to these people and saying you want to sell.

to cause these storms? But what Blackrock is doing and
the pressure they've been putting the townspeople under for years

can't use them because electric cars can be used once

not kidding, their rainbow woke agenda, and you can stride
on their website they go, our number one goal after

obviously disaster relief and recovery, but after that, our number
one goal is to make sure that funding is prioritized
for quote unquote disaster equity unquote. Now you're gonna be saying, Jeff, Jeff, Jeff,

what the hell is disaster equity? What the hell does
that mean? I'll tell you what it means. They no
longer want to help the greatest number of people. They say, no, no, no, no,

they say, now funding should be given first to people

already are struggling. They already have their own things to

I deal directly with FEMA and with the President. What
do I have to do with her? She's injecting herself

in something that's none of her business. If Kamala Harris
really wanted to help, she would pick up the phone
and not call DeSantis. She would call my Orcis and
say send more money. She's politicizing the hurricane. She's trying
to put herself in the middle of a hurricane response,

the balance. Every minute I lose, every second I lose
