Speaker 1 (00:00):
Anthony in New Hampshire. Thanks for holding Anthony, and welcome Jeff.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
When I was younger, I worked for a company that
we went to Hurricane Hugo. They hired our company to
do some work during the hurricane. So I'm kind of slow.
I have some heavy equipment, so I figured, hey, let's see,
if you know, take me and my kid. We'll go
down the Carolina North Carolina and we'll see if we
can get the equipment hired. Because I don't have a
lot of money to go down there for free, so
I called up Rebuild dot North dot NC dot gov

(00:31):
to get information. The voicemail tells you about how residents
can apply for help to stay at hotels and all
this stuff, and then all of a sudden, it goes
right into we're no longer accepting applications, but if you're
interested in a buyout, and then there's contact information. I
had to listen to it twice to see if I
was listening, and I did, so I would do your

(00:52):
homework Rebuild dot NC dot gov and listen to that
message because it's offering buyouts for these people eight days
after the hurricane.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
That's incredible. I mean, it's disgusting. It's honestly, it's beyond disgusting.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
I'm shaking. I'm shaking right now because I hear all
the conspiracy theories and everything and weather manipulation and black
rock and they want the libum and a lot of
it can be a little crazy. You know. I don't
have a tinfoil hat yet, and I'm my adrenaline right now.
I am shaking after hearing that message because all this
stuff that's coming through.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
So you're volunteering to help, you want to help, and
they're telling you basically, we don't want your help, but
if you want to buy out your land, you know,
if you want someone to buy you out, this is
the place to contact. This is the number to call.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Yes, we're not actually volunteering, and we need to get
paid because I don't have that kind of money to
go there for free. But it tells the residents that
they're no longer accepting applications to give them money to
help them to stay at hotels, and then it says
if you're interested in a buyout, and it goes into
another speed.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Believable, unbelievable. Yeah, So the people in North Carolina, they
go to that website, or make make the call or whatever.
They can't get any help. Basically, you know, blank you
but if you want to buy out that, we have
a number for you to call.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
I'm telling you, Jeff, I'm shaking right now. I have
to listen to that message.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Well, you know, Anthony, look again, I'm gonna, you know,
lay my cards on the table. You know, this is
not Jeff Cooner. You know, I don't know going on
fringe websites. This is the North Carolina press. I'm just
reporting what the North Carolina media has been reporting. Local
media the state, you know, big newspapers, local TV outlets, Blackrock,

(02:41):
I mean, this has been so widely reported they're like
dozens of stories on it. Blackrock for the last couple
of years has gone to town after town, home after
home saying we want to buy your land. Well, we
don't care about the house. We want to bulldoze the house.
It's not the house. We want the lithium. It's got
the biggest deposit of lithium in the country. I mean,

(03:02):
that's a fact. And Blackrock is they're in the ev business,
they're in the rare minerals business, and they realize this
is basically twenty first century version of gold, and you're
going to need it for all of these electric vehicle batteries.
Lithium is the key ingredient. That's why it's it's one

(03:22):
of the most valued minerals now in the entire world.
And so Blackrock it's a it's you know, it's it's open.
I mean, it's not a conspiracy. You know, Blackrock has said, yeah,
we want the land, we want the minerals, we want
the lithium and the cobalt, and so they've been looking
to buy out that that you know, that whole you know,
town after town are the vast tracts of territory and

(03:45):
land in western North Carolina. And as you know, Blackrock
is one of the biggest donors of the Democratic Party,
Biden Harris, the governor is a Democrat. Roy Cooper, his
coughs are full of Blackrock money. I mean again, this
is all public information. And who do you think is

(04:06):
now making an offer to buy all the land Blackrock.
So it's obvious that's why they've turned their back on
the people of Western North Carolina. And the people of
Western North Carolina they're all saying it. They go, no,
they want the land. We didn't want to sell three
years because this is the land of our ancestors, this
is Appalatia. So they go, look, this goes back generations.

(04:29):
We're not going to sell it. We don't care. This
is our home, this is where our family comes from,
this is where our roots are. We love it here.
We're mountain people. We love the mountains. This is who
and what we are. No, you know, you can't. I
don't care a million dollars, two million dollars, we're not
for sale. Well now, when you have no home, you
have no town, you have no street, you have nothing.

(04:52):
It's all underwater or it's been you know, taken away
in a mud slide. Well now you're desperate, and they're
going to these people and saying you want to sell.
Now that's what's really happening, Anthony. It's it's beyond diabolical.
And you know no, I mean, you know. The conspiracy

(05:14):
theory is is are the clouds being manipulated? Is the
weather being manipulated? Are they using harp and other geoengineering
to cause these storms? But what Blackrock is doing and
the pressure they've been putting the townspeople under for years
to sell that, Anthony has been widely reported, and man,

(05:38):
Blackrock hasn't hidden that. Blackrock openly tells you, Yeah, we
want Ashville, we want bat Cave, we want all those places.
Why for the lithium? Anthony, this is an incredibly important call,
and I thank you very much for doing your due
diligence and for calling us and letting us know. So

(06:01):
here's Anthony now telling us, in his own words, you
go to the you know, go to the website where
you're supposed to get relief help, and they will tell
you do you want someone to buy your land? This
is from Larry on Messenger, and I think he absolutely
nailed it. Jeff, this is Irony defined. Blackrock wants the

(06:24):
land to call the lithium for electric cars that current owner.
Current owners can't use because electric cars can't be used
post hurricane. I mean once they're drenched in a flood,
they're finished. They're completely finished. So I mean Larry's dead on.

(06:47):
They want all that lithium for all these electric cars,
these evs, the current owners right now in the wake
of Hurricane Aleen and very soon Hurricane Milton. Well, they
can't use them because electric cars can be used once
they've been drenched and flooded in a hurricane. I mean,
that's it, cat put I swear you can't make this

(07:08):
stuff up. Six one seven two six six sixty eight
sixty eight is the number. Okay, to show you how
insane FEMA has become. Okay, you have to hear this
because you're not going to believe me. So if you
go to their website, of course they say their number
one priority is, you know, disaster relief and disaster recovery.

(07:34):
But then there's a huge section on LGBTQIA plus I'm
not kidding, their rainbow woke agenda, and you can stride
on their website they go, our number one goal after

(07:54):
obviously disaster relief and recovery, but after that, our number
one goal is to make sure that funding is prioritized
for quote unquote disaster equity unquote. Now you're gonna be saying, Jeff, Jeff, Jeff,

(08:15):
what the hell is disaster equity? What the hell does
that mean? I'll tell you what it means. They no
longer want to help the greatest number of people. They say, no, no, no, no,
that's so old white male, that's no, that's so non woke,

(08:36):
that's so racist. And sexist and homophobic. No, no, no, no,
they say, now funding should be given first to people
who are gay, lesbian, transgender, bisexual, queer, pants sexual, non sexual,

(09:02):
super sexual, whatever. Sexual. I'm not kidding now. First of all,
I mean, so what FEMA is supposed to go around
and say, Hey, I'm sorry, your home is destroyed, it's
all underwater. Are you gay?

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Like?

Speaker 1 (09:16):
Who do you sleep with? What do you you're like? Men?
You like? Women? You like both? How do you like
to do it?

Speaker 2 (09:23):
Like?

Speaker 1 (09:24):
Seriously, how are they supposed to know if someone is
gay or lesbian?

Speaker 4 (09:28):
No?

Speaker 1 (09:28):
Really, you're in a disaster zone. What the rainbow flag
is flying on your home or what's left of your home?
Now you're gonna say, Jeff, I don't believe you. This
is impossible. Okay. This is the director of FEMA Emergency Management,
Tyler Atkins, who goes by the pronouns I swear to you,

(09:52):
he slash they. So he's either a he or a they.
He's not sure. He's either a person or he's multiple people.
He's now in a virtual meeting with other FEMA officials
and he says, oh no, from now on, new policy,
we prioritize LGBTQ people. In every hurricane response, they get

(10:20):
first DIBs on money, food, water, emergency supplies, medical. I
guess to rescue them on everything, they come first. Roll
cut six B Mike.

Speaker 4 (10:38):
Wow, you know that really sparked a few things in
my mind thinking about preparedness and how you said, you
know LGBTQ IA people and people who have been disadvantaged
already are struggling. They already have their own things to
deal with. So you add a disaster on top of that.

(11:01):
It's it's just compounding on itself. And I think that
is maybe the why of why we're having these discussions,
because it isn't being talked about, it isn't being socialized.
We're not paying attention to this community.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
You're crazy. I'm serious, You're crazy. So this is what's
going on with FEMA. So I guess what are they
going through the hills of western North Carolina and saying,
not many gay people here. If you're not gay, no
money for you, no food and water for you. You

(11:41):
can't make this up. That's how dysfunctional. Not just FEMA,
but this entire government is Mark in Wooburn, Thanks for
holding Mark and welcome. I'm doing great? How are you? Mark?

Speaker 5 (12:01):
Don't okay, I'm just a little confused. My Moonbat relatives
are sending me all these links about the MAGA Republicans
who voted against the funding for FEMA. What's the deal
with Bat Gates not like voting for his own people
and stuff? How do I counter that?

Speaker 1 (12:21):
Well, whether they voted for or against FEMA is really irrelevant.
The fact that the fact of the matter is, Mark,
the FEMA has had a ton of money and they're
not spending it, and they've spent most of it on
the illegals. And apparently now we're finding out that Moriorcis

(12:42):
does have eight point three billion dollars. Apparently he doesn't
want to use it. So why doesn't he want to
use it? And I think, Mark, the answer is obvious
because those areas that were hit hard by Hurricane Helen
are overwhelmingly Trump MAGA areas. So whether Matt Gates voted
for extra FEMA funding or not is really irrelevant. They

(13:06):
have more than enough money if they really wanted to
spend it, And why are they spending all of this
money on illegals? I mean, what I would just tell
all your liberal friends and family members is. So there's
no money for North Carolina, but there's money for Lebanon.
There's no money for North Carolina, but there's money for Ukraine.

(13:28):
There's no money for North Carolina, but there's literally hundreds
of billions of dollars to resettle and house illegals all
across our country. And FEMA went to its own budget
and depleted one point four billion dollars. So, whether Matt
Gates voted for something or not, Matt Gates is not

(13:50):
running the country. Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and majorcis are
and they've abandoned the people of North Carolina. I mean, remember,
just tell your moonbat friends or family members. What about
George Bush and Hurricane Katrina? And nobody asked whether I
don't know? Ted Kennedy voted for extra female. Nobody asked

(14:13):
about Schumer, who how he voted. The media said the president,
the buck stops with him. People are dying. Their response
has been late, weak and ineffective. So if it was
good enough for Bush, why isn't it good enough for
Biden and Harris? I mean, Mark, I think that's the
obvious rebuttal instead of getting into the weeds about Matt

(14:35):
Gates and why Matt Gates voted for it or not?

Speaker 5 (14:39):
What do I say to them when they say that
Harris is just trying to get ahead of stuff now,
and you know Lake in Florida, so that like it's
not another North Carolina.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
Well, how is she trying?

Speaker 5 (14:52):
That's why she's calling DeSantis to get the money there
and stuff.

Speaker 1 (14:56):
Well, she doesn't need to call DeSantis to get the
money there.

Speaker 5 (14:59):
So why is she calling DeSantis?

Speaker 1 (15:01):
That's a good question. Why is she calling DeSantis?

Speaker 5 (15:04):
Well, I mean maybe she wants to go there. Didn't
she go to Carolina North Carolina Lake last week?

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Yeah? After the fact, Yeah, she went a week after
the fact.

Speaker 5 (15:13):
So what is she trying to do now get there
ahead of time?

Speaker 1 (15:17):
Well, she's trying to tell DeSantis how to manage the response.
And as Dessantis said, she never once called in three
and a half years, We've had multiple hurricanes. So I
deal with the President, and I deal with my orcis.
I deal directly with FEMA and with the President. What
do I have to do with her? She's injecting herself

(15:39):
in something that's none of her business. If Kamala Harris
really wanted to help, she would pick up the phone
and not call DeSantis. She would call my Orcis and
say send more money. She's politicizing the hurricane. She's trying
to put herself in the middle of a hurricane response,

(15:59):
and DeSantis is like, look, man, lives are hanging in
the balance. Every minute I lose, every second I lose
I waste with you on the phone, is time spent
away from preparing for the mother of all storms. No,
Kamala Harris can help very Simply come out make a
public statement to my Orcis. You've got eight point three

(16:20):
billion dollars. We know it's on top. You tell the
people of Florida it's there for them in the wake
of Hurricane Milton. But she won't do that. Mark, She's
playing political games while people are about to die.

Speaker 5 (16:37):
One last thing. Don't gas engines flood too, Yes.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
But then once they flood, you can still use them.
You get it? Well? Yeah, yeah, the batteries in the
electric cars explode if they flood, they explode or potentially
could explode. Davon Messenger made an absolutely superb point, Jeff,

(17:02):
It's funny that the left is all against fracking, but
they want to tear up land in order to get lithium.
How about the impact to the environment on removing lithium
from the ground. That's an absolutely brilliant point. It is
environmentally devastating. Yet notice they never talk about it ever, ever. Ever.

(17:28):
Allen On Messenger also made a very good point, Jeff.
Electric vehicles also cannot be used when there's no power
to charge them. And all these places now affected, say
Hurricane Helen, soon, now Hurricane Milton, They're going to be
without power, no electricity, no power, no nothing. So what

(17:51):
do you do then? Now, Sandy made a very interesting point.
I had no idea about gas powered cars. I had
a gas powered car in two thousand and five. I
mean I still do. But in two thousand and five,
I had a Honda Civic. Long story short, I don't
want to get into all the details. I got caught
in northern Virginia. I was working at the Washington Times,

(18:13):
and I got caught in a torrential I mean torrential
downpour and there was so much water. I was caught
in an underpass that literally my car flooded. My Honda Civic.
I had to jump through the window. I would have drowned.
I literally would have I'm noticing I'm like, oh my god,
the water's going up and up and up and up
and up and up. So anyway, I went through the

(18:33):
window and my car was completely flooded, and I got
it fixed. The engine was fixed, the inside was fixed,
and within two weeks or ten days, and I drove
that Honda Civic for another three or four years. Now,
Sandy says that gas powered cars have changed that now

(18:55):
because of the complicated and complex electrical system that basically,
now a gas powered car gets flooded, it's finished, it
has to just be towed away. It's it's no good anymore.
She says. The difference, however, with electric vehicles. With these
electric cars, is an electric battery could potentially explode in

(19:16):
a flood or if you're caught you know, let's say,
you know, water seeps into the car and you know,
floods the entire engine. So she says, you know, in
New Jersey and other places where they've had these kind
of torrential downpours, you've actually seen cars just no boom
boom boom, just utterly explode. So if you're in a flood,

(19:39):
you don't want to be in an ev Let's just
put it that way. So, and that's another thing liberals
in the left don't mention six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight. Wally, I don't know what
I have mid Keboro. I'm positive it's middle Borrow and
my I just misspelled it. But let that go Wally

(20:03):
in Middleborough. Thanks for holding Wally, and welcome.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
Hey, Jeff, thanks for taking my call.

Speaker 1 (20:10):
My pleasure, Wally, I just had a couple of points.

Speaker 3 (20:12):
And then this is Middleborough, one of the highest rated
Trump voting towns in the state.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
I figured, Wally, you know, you see what I gotta
deal with. You see what I gotta deal with on
a daily basis, Wally, so great.

Speaker 3 (20:28):
Hey, I just want to touch on a couple of points. One,
I think people need to take a look at Mexico's
cloud seating program they started in twenty twenty, which a
lot of environmentalists and professionals have been really down on
because of the moisture and the heating of the Gulf
of Mexico. One of the reasons really storms have been

(20:49):
huge is because the golf's been so hot, and secondly, secondly,
it was the newster On one and two pipeline. Everybody
forgets about that that created I think one of the
the highest dumps of COEO two and messy gas into
the atmosphere and recorded histories if I'm not mistaken. I
know the Europeans are pissed about it, But what's your

(21:11):
take on that?

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Well, look, Wally nord Stream, that pipeline that blew up
was an environmental catastrophe. And if you remember, our media
lied and our government lied. They blamed Putin and the
Russians and it turns out it was our own CIA.
Or now they're trying to claim, well it was Ukrainian intelligence. Well, no,

(21:33):
we are Ukrainian intelligence. They don't do anything. We fund them,
we support them, we bankroll them, No, we direct them. No,
Ukrainian Intelligence is the CIA. They're one and the same.
So it was an environmental nightmare. Now, something else I've
read on top of what you're talking about the cloud

(21:53):
seating is apparently there was a huge volcano underground volcano
near floor in the Atlantic Ocean, and apparently that has
also caused a lot of hot air, warmer temperatures, hot
air to be released into the atmosphere. And they say
that could be another reason why you've had such you know,

(22:15):
so many hurricanes. It's going to be now three in
a row, you know, September going into October, and they've
been so devastating. So, I mean, it's so intense. But look,
the elephant in the room is geoengineering and HARP and
this technology to manipulate weather patterns, to create hurricanes, to

(22:38):
intensify hurricanes. Now, many people are convinced that this is
being done deliberately. Now, look, I you know, I have
to see a lot of evidence to, you know, to
say yes, you know, I can just tell you about
black rock and the lithium that I know for sure
I can prove that. But there's a lot of people
out there who feel very strongly that weather is being manipulated,

(23:02):
that we have the military satellite technology to do it,
and that they are doing it, and that they're saying
this is why Red States, four weeks before an election,
are being absolutely devastated. That this is not accidental, this
is planned and coordinated. So to be fair, Wally, I

(23:22):
know many in this audience believe it. Many intelligent people
I know believe it, and they're sending me story after
story after story telling me that this is exactly what's
taking place. Now, I don't know. I'm going to remain
neutral until I see more convincing, compelling evidence, but it's
all awfully suspicious. I'll just say this
