Speaker 1 (00:00):
He is putting together a dream team of a cabinet,
and he has now thrown down the gauntlet to the establishment,
to the regime, not just the Democrats but the Rhinos,
but especially to the deep state. Your days are coming
to an end. Six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight. Okay, we re established contact with Patrick

(00:23):
in New York. Patrick, our apologies we lost contact with you.
So just to sum up quickly what you said. You're
not a big fan, obviously of Pete heg Seth being
picked as the possible next defense secretary. You said, he
reminds you a lot of Mark Esper, Trump's last Secretary
of Defense, a mid rank guy in the military. Yes,

(00:44):
great combat experience, could not handle the Pentagon, could not
handle the generals. Didn't have the gravitas or the weight
to really command these generals and get their respect. And
then we lost you when you saw had to talk
about the riots of twenty twenty in the wake of
the death of George Floyd. That's when you dropped on us.

(01:06):
So please Patrick, pick up where you left off.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
So Mark Esper's Donald Trump did want it to want
to use the active military, not the National Guard, with
the active military to quell the riots in the summer
of twenty twenty. Mark Espers won't, you know, told the
generals to do that, and they they effectively talked him
out of it because he didn't have what the military

(01:32):
calls the command presence to move the you know, to
to to convince them that they should do it. So
and I just want to leave the thought about the
Secretary of Defense and say it with respect to Pete Hexceth,
there's a he's a brave man. He's he's a good
combat leader. But there's a tremendous difference between combat leadership

(01:58):
and the administration of leadership that that's required to be
required of the Secretary of Defense. The Secretary of Defense
has to do all all that you worry about, all
that you just said about military readiness and and recruiting
goals and and but he also has to worry about
things like is in general dynamics finish, you know, produce

(02:22):
the the Columbia class submarines on the timely basis so
that we can fight the Chinese. With respect to the
Matt Gates.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
So, Peter Patrick, one second, I'll let you get to
Matt Gates. I promise I just want to ask you
if you were Trump's conciliary, in other words, if you're
his top advisor. And he said, Patrick, you don't like
heck Seth, Who should I pick? Who would you have
gone with? U?

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Are we giving him? Giving him the phone number to Tallahassee?

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Oh there is one man.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
There's there is one man in this country that that
is aligned complete with Donald Trump's ideology, that has the
administrative abilities to move the secret that any of these
big federal agencies. That's Ron DeSantis.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Interesting.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
I mean a he comes from a military perspective. He too,
would won a bronze star. He too, you know, left
the Navy as a mid level officer. He was a
lieutenant commander. But he you know, he he went into
a career path which gave you gave him a resume
that showed that he could he could move massive in

(03:37):
this case, state agencies to his will.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Interesting. Wow, Patrick, I didn't think of that. That's a
very interesting things.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Not between the choices in between. Hegsteps of the swamp.
But we need a guy understand, just willful but cunning.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
I get it. You're saying there's even someone who's more
qualified and better than heg Seth interesting Patrick. Okay, quickly
on Gates, what do you think of Gates?

Speaker 2 (04:05):
I think that choice is indefensible. Head stuff you could
defend because he said the right things. Matt Gates is indefensible.
I mean from a professional perspective he has He's going
into a prosecutorial organization with no never been a prosecutor
or a the best lawyer for that matter. But also

(04:28):
his personal life has been a complete mess. I mean,
he was not indicted of a felony, but he was
actively having sex with a seventeen year old as a
thirty eight year old member of Congress, and the FBI
has all this. I think when Matt Gates goes to

(04:53):
if he goes to the Senate, he's going to lose
five or five, at least five Republicans. Susan Collins is
not going to want to go to she runs in
twenty twenty six, she won by one point last time.
She is not going to want to go to back
home to a blue state where she has to run

(05:14):
on defending a vote where she voted to confirm a
man who was showing naked pictures of his of his
girlfriends on the floor of the House and all of
that will come up.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Now, Patrick, I mean, that's what they accuse him of.
I mean, is there any evidence that he actually showed
naked pictures of a seventeen year old on the house.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
His fellow congressman said it. I mean it's all in
that ethics file will will be there, The FBI file
will be there, you know there. Just because they didn't
bring in aodictment doesn't mean that they don't have, you know,
beams of information that will make him unconfirmable.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
See Patrick, I don't know if you're being too trusting
of the media on this one. Look here, obviously a
very intelligent man. You make a very coherent argument, and
I'm very happy that you called, and I completely respect
your opinion. But look that statutory rape. If he's sleeping
with a seventeen year old, that statutory rape, and the
Justice Department was looking to nail him on statutory rape

(06:16):
six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight.
This is from six one seven. He's a buddy of mine,
served in Vietnam Air Force, a great patriot, great Greek
American by the way, and he wanted to really relay
this point. And I agree with them. One thousand percent, Jeff,

(06:37):
the military, especially under Biden, has lowered standards to make quotas,
especially physical and education standards. And then he goes on
to say, and he goes this is a really inconvenient truth.
People don't want to hear this. And by the way,
you know, military people swear, so I got to clean

(06:58):
up some of the swear words. But basically, you know,
every general above one star are all blanking political animals
who once identified by the quote unquote club say yes
to the next star. Sad to say, but true, so basically,

(07:20):
and he knows this better than I do. But I've
heard so many vets tell me this. Any general above
a one star is basically a politician, a bureaucrat who
just rises the ladder of the military bureaucracy by saluting
and brown nosing the general above them, the two star general,

(07:43):
and the two star general does that to the three
star general, the three star general to the four star general.
So really it's full of yes men and now yes women.
And that's why nobody goes up against the status quo.
Nobody has the guts to stand up for the troops.
And that's why what you really see our political animals,
and that's why they're really no, that's why they're part

(08:05):
of the swamp. They're no different than most politicians on
Capitol Hill. And I think that's why people like you know, Peter,
who's the one who texted me, is like, we're for
Pete hag Seth. We need an outsider. We need someone
who's not a brown noser, who's not a climber, who's

(08:25):
not part of the old club, the old Guard. We
need someone who's going to come in there and clean
house six one seven two, six, six sixty eight sixty
eight agree, disagree. Uh. This is from Larry on Messenger,
and he makes an excellent, excellent point regarding Matt Gates.

(08:47):
Jeff in Godfather Part two, Michael Corleoni told Tom Hagen
played by Robert Deval Robert Duval, forgive me he wasn't
going to Las Vegas with the family. And here's what
he said to him, Tom, I love you like a brother,
but I need a wartime conciliary because the family is

(09:09):
going to war and you aren't a wartime conciliary. Matt
Gates is a wartime conciliary. I agree, And then Larry
further makes the point Jeff if everything with Patrick in
New York is saying is true, if they've got this
file that the media keeps aleging they have on Gates

(09:33):
and they have him dead to rights, you know, sleeping
with a seventeen year old girl, using drugs at a
party with a seventeen year old girl, having pictures naked
of a seventeen year old girl and showing it on
the floor of the house. He said, Jeff, they would
have used it against him to save McCarthy, Kevin McCarthy,

(09:55):
because that was scorched earth. They were, I mean, the
way the entire media establish Schmidt, the entire Republican estyl
establishment rallied around Kevin McCarthy. They would have used everything
and anything to save his bacon. They wanted to take
out Matt Gates. My god, they would have done anything

(10:15):
to politically just you know, take his head off. If
they had the evidence, they would have used it. These
are smears, these are innuendo, all of it unproven. And
it's been four years. And I think after four years,
either fish or cut bait. And I think that's why
Matt Gates told Trump, I want to be your guy

(10:37):
as AG because I know what it is to be
the victim of law fair six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight just my opinion, agreed, disagree.
Jill in Maine. Thanks for holding Jill, and welcome.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
Oh good morning. It is a wonderful day. I'm actually
from Marblehead because my family's here, so I listened to
you when I'm here.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
Yes, go ahead.

Speaker 4 (11:04):
I was concerned about the Matt Gates thing because of
all the allegations. But I'm hoping that it's true that
they were allegations and unfounded. But isn't the age of
consent sixteen anyway? So I wouldn't it not be statutory?
Right now?

Speaker 1 (11:20):
That's a good point. I don't know. I mean, I
don't know what state. I think it was in Florida.
I always thought it was eighteen, but you're right, in
many states it's sixteen, so technically it wouldn't be statutory rape. No, Jill. Look,
I can just tell you this with absolute certainty. The
Biden's Department of Justice, and they've been hunting him for
four years, have investigated him on this very issue now

(11:44):
for four years, four years, and they say no crime
was committed. They had to drop the charges. They can't
find anything against the guy. The media smeared him. They
just released this in the media to ruin his reputation
year after year after year after year after year. So

(12:07):
you know, Jill, after a while, look, either you have
the evidence or you don't. And look, I mean, you
know the old expression, you throw enough mud against the wall,
some of it eventually sticks. And that's I think their
strategy against Gates. Just throw mud after mud after mud
and hope some of it sticks. So if you've got

(12:28):
him with a seventeen year old girl, then release the evidence.
I don't think they have the evidence because I don't
believe it's true. Jill, what say you?

Speaker 4 (12:39):
But not a little side note here?

Speaker 1 (12:40):
Yes, please go ahead. Jill.

Speaker 4 (12:43):
My son unfortunately is a liberal. He was indoctrinated in college.
I was dropping my five and seven year old grandsons
off at JCC because the teachers aren't strike. But they said, oh,
Trump is bad, he's back for the country. He hates
the poor. Well I educated them and said, he doesn't
hate the or This country has no money because of
the illegal aliens, we have failing bridge. I explained infrastructure,

(13:06):
and I said, in the housing shortage, and that's why
the country is in trouble. And your grandmother, aunts and uncles,
great aunts and uncles came from the Philippines, and they
came through the system, and that's the way it's supposed
to be. They worked, they became citizens.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
And what did your what did your son say?

Speaker 4 (13:26):
My grandson's Oh for your son isn't here. Because I'm
watching them their way, They didn't say anything, but I'm
sure they're going to mention it to their dad, and
their dad's going to be mad at me. We don't
discuss politics. I'm not changing his mind, he's not changing mine.
But oh well, I may be thrown out.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
No, you won't be thrown out. Okay, that's a checkmate argument.
So you keep giving arguments like this, You're planting a
seed in their minds and it's going to grow and
grow and grow. You just keep doing it, Jill. You're
you're really doing what's best for your family. Never shy
your way from speaking the truth. Jill, God bless you
and thank you for that call. Six one seven two

(14:05):
six six sixty eight sixty eight. Okay, So I read
earlier that Lindsey Graham lindsay, you know, uh, Lindsey Gramnesty
as we like to call him. Was saying he's not
sure about Matt Gates. He was one thousand percent for
Merrick Garland, but he's not sure about Matt Gates. Well,
I guess his constituent's found out. See this is what

(14:27):
I mean. We're gonna have to carry Matt Gates to
the finish line, senator by senator. He got such massive
blowback from Trump's supporters in South Carolina, and they told
him you don't support Matt Gates, We're gonna primary your ass.
Your career is over. Well, guess what who do you think?

(14:48):
Was on Fox this morning? There's Lindsey Graham, and I
was misunderstood. No, Now the line is, let's give Matt
the chance. Sure he should be Attorney general. Let's give
him a chance as a g So we're gonna have

(15:11):
to do this, you know, as Nancy Pelosi told Biden,
we can do this the easy way, or we can
do this the hard way. So if we have to
call up every wavering Republican senator and say hey, either
you vote for Matt or we're gonna primary you, it's

(15:31):
up to you. You want to commit political suicide over this?
If this is the hill you want to die on.
Go ahead, but politically you're finished if you go against
Matt Gates. And I think we can get to the
magic number of fifty. Derek in Fall River. Thanks for
holding Derek, and welcome.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
All right, wele I get to talk to you, Derek.

Speaker 1 (15:52):
Go ahead.

Speaker 3 (15:54):
I just want to say I love you in a
non section away my friends.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
Thank you. Derek's in your mind, my friend.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
I'm surprised no one has came and said the mayor
of New York rulely Juliani, what about him? Isn't what's
wrong with that guy?

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Oh it'd be great, I think Derek. The only thing
is he's you know, he's in his eighties. I think.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (16:17):
But I got to tell you though, Matt Gates has
said he's going to be using Rudy as an advisor.
Oh nice, And that Rudy also speaking very highly of
Matt Gates. He says, I kind of want to mentor him.
He goes, I want Matt to become like you know,
I mean, everybody's their own person, but kind of like
a Rudy two point zero. And if you notice, Derek,

(16:38):
all of Trump's picks, look how young they are. Tulca
Gabbard in her forties, Pete Hegseth in his forties, Lee
Zeldon at EPA forties, Matt Gates in their forties. What
is it? Jd Vance, what is he? Barely forty years old?
So he's grooming a new generation of leaders. And Matt

(16:59):
is definitely going to work very closely with Rudy Giuliani.
A final word to you, Derek.

Speaker 3 (17:05):
You know I saw the interstrains with Trump and Biden,
and you know what he Biden looks so happy.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Oh he voted for him. Are you happy with Trump's
cabinet picks so far? Honestly, I'm on cloud nine. I
love every outside of Rubio, as I said, I'm a
little a little squeamish about as I said, not quite
one hundred percent certain about that one. But outside of
Rubio at Secretary of State, I love every pick, one

(17:34):
more than the other. To me, I'm I can't be happier,
but that's me. Jeff in New Hampshire. Thanks for holding Jeff,
and welcome.

Speaker 5 (17:46):
More than Jeff, thanks for taking my call, my.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
Pleasure, my pleasure, Jeff.

Speaker 6 (17:51):
I gotta tell you, I'm pretty happy with all the picks,
and one that really is stricken me with the picks
is the maturation process of Trump as a politician, and
I think the last four years not being there has
been extremely beneficial for him planning forward.

Speaker 5 (18:13):
What do you think about that? Oh?

Speaker 1 (18:15):
I love that. I think you're really onto something. And
I'm just curious. I mean, I know you like so
many of the picks, but you say, Jeff, this is
really showing a different level of political maturity. You know,
give me two or three picks choices that he's made,
selections where you say, you know, that's not the Trump
of twenty sixteen. This is a guy who's you know,

(18:38):
let's put it this way, been around the block a
few times, now, knows the swamp, knows Washington, knows who
his enemies are, and is really making some really intelligent,
savvy picks. Are there any two or three that really
stand out for you?

Speaker 7 (18:54):
I almost all of them. Almost all of them are
exponentially better than the last time around for the equal positions.
I mean, except is an incredible fish as far as
I'm concerned. I mean, I do realize that you have
to go back as far as generally to get the

(19:15):
military acumen of a Lizzie Warren or whatever.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
But I don't really.

Speaker 5 (19:18):
Hold her in too much highest seam as far as that.

Speaker 7 (19:21):
Goes, And h if I could just chime in on
one other thing real quick, Yes.

Speaker 5 (19:29):
As far as yesterday's show went with the talk of deportation, yes,
I think the uh that's going to go a lot
further on voter integrity than people realize, because I would
put it past Trump to hold a snap census and

(19:49):
redistrict the country according to the actual population of Americans,
and that would change a lot as far as voting
integrity in the Houses.

Speaker 1 (19:59):
And representation in Congress. You're completely right, Jeff, Well, think
about it. Twenty to thirty million illegals gone, so think
about you know, it shrinks the population of our country.
And you look at those blue states. Just take Massachusetts
for example. New Hampshire not so bad, but mass They're
gonna lose representation in Congress. The Dems are gonna lose

(20:23):
a lot of seats, there's no question. In the House.
They're gonna lose a lot of seats in the House.
There's no question. California is gonna lose seats, Massachusetts is
gonna lose seats, Illinois, New York State is gonna lose
at least a couple of seats. So you're right. The
political consequences are going to be huge, and they're gonna

(20:44):
benefit Trump, MAGA Republicans, and they're going to really damage
the Democrats. A really good point, Jeff, Thank you for
that call. Nick in South Boston. Thanks for holding Nick
and welcome Hello, Jeff. Very good. My friend couldn't be better.

Speaker 5 (21:03):
I am so grateful for all you've done for the
conservative moment him and botha.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
Oh thank you, thank you. Nick.

Speaker 5 (21:08):
I was wandered as any room and Trump's cabinet for
General Flynn.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
You know that's funny. Sandy and I talked about that
in the pre show production meeting. Everything I read all
summer all fall was that Trump feels so loyal to
Flynn because Flynn opened his eyes on so many things
and risks so much for Trump that I mean, Trump
even said, hey, look, if you want to be my VP,

(21:35):
I'll make you my VP, and Flynn was like, no,
I don't, I don't want the VP slaw. But basically
this is what they said. Whatever General Flynn wants, General
Flynn will get. So I thought, well, you know, if
he wants Defense secretary, he's got it, CIA, he's got it,
you know, whatever national security advisor, he's got it. So

(21:57):
part of me's thinking, does he want FBI. But everything
I'm reading now and again these are just rumors. But
still it's going to be Cash Patel, who would be
a phenomenal pick. So Sandy said, look, he did make
that deal, that plea deal. He took the deal, and
so when he took the deal, that's going to be
very hard for him to pass confirmation. So maybe Trump

(22:18):
wants to make them kind of like intelligence are, you know,
the way he's making Home in Borders are, and it
looks like RFK Junior Health Zar. Because one of the
things I love about Trump's Pecksnick. He's got his guy
at CIA now Ratcliffe. He's got Tulci Gabbard at DNI
Department of the Director of National Intelligence. He's got Mike

(22:41):
Waltz as his National security advisor. He's got Christy Nome
at Homeland Security. He's now boxing in the deep state.
I mean, they're in trouble. They're in big trouble. Now
his people are there. You finish it off with Matt
Gates and say Cash Patel Gates, said E O J.
And Patal at FBI, it's pretty much checkmate. And then

(23:04):
you have Flynn oversee the whole thing, and he is
gonna drain that swamp and in particular drain that deep state.
He's gonna he's gonna bleed him dry.
