out of a job because they brought in a family friend. Now,
as she continues, I was out of work for over
a year before I landed this job. I had no recourse,

no severance. A layoff is a layoff. But understand, these
politicians are never laid off because they keep getting reelected
and re elected. Look at the ages and the number
of years a lot of these people have been in office. No,
it's true, thick in there forever forever. They're in their eighties,

they're in their nineties. I mean, I remember Dianne Feinstein
when they would wheel her in sandy she had to
be what ninety? What was she she was? I think
in her nineties. She was in her nineties, full blown Alzheimer's.
I mean gone, didn't know her own name, and wheeler in,

wheel her out. And it's like, what does it take
to get somebody to fire somebody to get rid of
somebody there? And so mary Ann mary Anne says Jeff,
I am all for term limits. I don't believe our
founding fathers wanted career politicians or career bureaucrats. You're completely right, Marianne.

laid off and are laid off, and they have to
find other work or get retrained or do what they

to take it to the Supreme Court. And the Supreme

issue that Trump is backing and supporting. And you had
the latest inflation report. Inflation's going down. So again it's

another manufactured so called crisis. They're creating hysteria and fear
where none exist. But I want to read because I
think the text nails it, Jeff. What puzzles me is
when the Democrats are giving live interviews saying things like, quote,

the American people don't approve of this, unquote etc. Hey dummy,
seventy percent of the Americans voted again and what you
stand for? They voted for Trump and his agenda. Laugh
out loud, Jeff. Why do they Why do these people
still think they represent we the people? They are delusional

yesterday caving because I'm telling you, they did focus polls
and they thought, well, the people are, they're up in arms.

into a full third party. And somehow Joe Biden got
eighty five million votes, as you remember. But I think
what you're starting to see, and I'm going to predict it.
I think it's starting to come about after this election.

we're seeing the seeds of the end of the Democratic Party.
Which speaking of birthdays, I believe it might have been
there two hundredth birthday the Democratic Party. If you remember,
the party born of Andrew Jackson, I call one of America's,
maybe history's greatest villains. He was a bad guy, in

my opinion, the Party of Slavery, the Party of Calhoun,
you can go down the line. I think they just
celebrated their two hundredth birthday, and I think I'm going
to predict that their run is coming to an end
with this election. And what's going on.

tough to predict exactly how these things are going to

Rashida Dalibs, the the Elizabeth Warrens, the Gavin Newsom's, that's
the Pritzkers, the governor of Illinois, Kathy hokel Up in
New York, that's that twenty percent. And the twenty percent

is now looking to completely take over the leadership of
the Democratic Party. Like I can't stand them. Don't get
me wrong, okay, please, I'm not praising them. But Pelosi,
like Bill Clinton, even Joe Biden, they realized we you know,
they had to lie to do it. But we can't

just rely on this fanatical twenty percent base. We've got
to pretend to try to bring in more moderate centrist voters,
more middle of the road voters, center left voters. No, no, no, no,
not these people. These are hardcore revolutionaries. I mean they're

the burn it down crowd. When they take over full
leadership of the Congressional Democrats and they put up another
Kamala Harris in twenty twenty eight, and that person goes
down in flames, I think the party's finished. If you're

down to twenty percent, you're done. And I think you're right.
I think a third party will emerge because they'll realize
the Democrats, you're what the Democrats truly are now under
these idiots, they are the communist Democrat Party of America.

And communism never gets more than fifteen to twenty percent, never,

I agree with you, John, there's no way out. And look,

been Senate majority leader, Senate minority leader, who's been instrumental

who sounds like an absolute dits every time she opens
her mouth, seriously, by this economic illiterate, an admirer of
Fidel Castro, and you know, and she's going to topple him.

The Democrat old guard is done, John, They're done. And
when they go down, their party goes down. John, Thank

in some ways, now at war with each other, the
opposition to Trump, and I don't mean on the streets,
or protests or the terrorism that we're watching. But in
in terms of putting up roadblocks, obstacles, real obstacles, trying
to block his agenda is coming from the deep state,

and in particular from the judiciary. And listen now to this. Okay,
it's woke liberal Democrat hacks posing as judges who are
issuing one outrageous, illegal, unconstitutional ruling after another. Basically everything

Trump is done. Lower court judges either appointed by Biden,
Obama or Clinton are blocking him. Listen now to the
latest outrage. A Clinton appointed US district Judge William Alsup

now says that the Trump administration illegally fired thousand of
probationary federal government employees. And not only did he say
this was illegal to get rid of him, I remember,
these are employees on probation. They're on probation. You join

the federal government, you joined the federal workforce. There is
a one year probationary period. Now, what is really outrageous
about this ruling is not only is he saying it
was illegal to fire them, which is ridiculous, but then
he ordered the Trump administration to rehire tens of thousands

of these fired probationary employees, in particular in six federal
agencies Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Energy, Treasury, the Interior,
and agricul culture. And here's what he wrote. It is

part of his decision quote, and he blasted Trump. I mean,
he excoriated the Trump administration. Quote. It is a sad day.
This guy's unbelievable when our government would fire some good
employee and say it was based on performance when they

know good and well, that's a lie. Judge Altsp wrote
that should not have been done in our country. It
was a sham in order to avoid statutory requirements. Now,
just super quick on the merits itself, okay, before we
get to the bigger philosophical picture on the merits itself.

On the merits itself, as most people know, especially if
you work in the federal government, they explicitly tell you
when you're hired and you're in your one year probationary period,
you can be fired any day, any time, for whatever reason,

(21:15):
for whatever reason. They don't have to give you a reason,
and it's not up to some judge to decide whether
it's a justifiable reason or a legitimate reason. It doesn't
matter when you're in your probationary period, they could let

you go for whatever reason. Now this clown knows this,
he knows it. But he's illegally extra constitutionally making a
ruling that he knows he has no business making just
to block and stop Trump. Now that's point number one,

point number two. And this is to me the heart
of the issue. Who the hell is this judge. You're
now gonna order the executive branch. You're gonna order the
president of the United States to rehire thousands of people

that he doesn't want and that he has the full
constitutional authority and power to fire. I'm sorry, when does
the executive branch stop being the executive branch? Since when
did the judicial branch suddenly now usurp and take over

and take control of the entire executive branch. Look, if
alsop wants to decide whether employees should be fired or
not in the Department of I don't know, Treasury, or Defense,
Agriculture or the Interior or whatever, then run for president.

And then if you become president of the United States,
you get to decide which employees work and what agencies.
But buddy, nobody elected you president of the United States.
He's an unaccountable, unelected judge who literally is usurping the
authority of the president of the United States, violating separation

of powers. And now we're going to so micro manage
the president that he can't fire anybody in the federal
government or lay off anybody in the federal government. Are
you serious? And by the way, constitutionally, this is beyond outrageous.

Congress has the power of the purse. Congress is the
branch that really if they want to block a president
or check a president or whatever, they're the one. And
if they think the president is out of line, you
have impeachment. But since when did these activist judges suddenly

think that they can now order the president willy nilly No,
you know, like one of the judges did on foreign aid. No,
you're going to have to release all the foreign aid.
But it's going to usaid programs and contracts that we
know are fraudulent, we know they're wasteful. So you're gonna

tell the president now how to distribute foreign aid. Now
you're going to tell the president who he can fire
and who he cannot. And by the way, how does
he know they're all good employees? Just to show you
what a phony and a fraud this guy is. How
does he know? What did you go through?

Did you go through all of their performance reviews? Like
what do you do? You're you're managing them on the spot.

really trying to do is now they've said, Okay, we
can't stop him in Congress. It's obvious he's rolling over
the deep state, So we can't stop him there. The
media can't stop him. Well, we tried to assassinate him,
we couldn't do that. We tried to jail him, we

couldn't do that. We tried to bankrupt him, well we
couldn't do that. We tried to take them off the ballot,
Well we couldn't do that. So what's their last stand.
Their last resort. We're going to have judges try to
claim that everything he does is wrong, illegal, or unconstitutional.

My advice, they're trying to gut the presidency. They're trying
to say that Trump has no control over the executive
branch of government. They're trying to cripple him, and they're
trying to make him now literally a powerless president, a

pitiful giant. That's what they're trying to do. Basically, he's
like the titular head of government. They're trying to clip
his wings and literally prevent him from executing his power,
his constitutionally legitimate powers as president and commander in chief.

This is treason, this is clear abuse of power. And look,
Trump has been told by many people, and I'm gonna
say it now again. These activist judges have to be
taught a lesson. This judge needs to be impeached from

the bench. He's got to go now. My final point,
I want to go right back to the phone lines.
My strongest advice to the president and to his team.
And I know they're listening. Ignore it. Someone mentioned Andrew

Jackson earlier, Hey John in New Hampshire. Follow the Andrew
Jackson model on this, not anything else, but on this.
Andrew Jackson repeatedly said, when he was overruled or challenged
by a lower court judge, it's your ruling, you enforce it.

In other words, you're not gonna stop me from being
president of the United States. He should follow Andrew Jackson. Okay,
I'll sup you've made your ruling, go ahead and force it.
He can't. He can't because he doesn't control the Department
of Justice, he doesn't control the FBI, he controls nothing.

So the employee unions who brought this ridiculous lawsuit, if
Trump ignores this judge, are gonna have to appeal it.
Let them appeal it, and it's gonna go to the
Supreme Court. Let it go to the Supreme Court. And
I'm telling you, the Supreme Court is going to rule

six to three in favor of Trump, maybe even a
liberal or two even in maybe seven to two eight one.
Because constitutionally, Trump is on rwalk solid ground. So my
advice to Trump basically give him the middle finger, the

San Liarcy's based in San Francisco. You're some judge in
San Francisco, and you're gonna tell me now to rehire
tens of thousands of employees who were on probation to

it for free. I'm doing it for free. Why don't
you do it for free, don't take a salary. Give

are hurting. But you're not interested in that because they're

is being eviscerated in the media and by Democrats, and
now obviously by these rulings, you know, these lower court
rulings by judges, that he can't be firing people, that
he and Elon should not be firing federal government employees.
That you don't take a chainsaw to the bureaucracy. That

we're losing a lot of competent, talented people. That this
is unfair, it's not right. These people are being laid off.
Why are they being laid off in an economy that's
starting to slow down a little bit. So they're arguing
that what Trump is doing is hurting these workers, treating

them unfairly putting them out on the street, and that
this is contributing to an economic slowdown because all of
these people that are being laid off have to try
to find jobs in the private sector, and they're just
not that many jobs in the private sector. So they're
saying that this is in fact preventing people from getting

a paycheck which they could use to spend on whatever,
on food, on rent, on consumer goods and help stimulate
the economy. So they're saying it's wrong, it's immoral, and economically,
it's against the self interests of the United States. Do
you agree? And furthermore, do you believe that judges have

the right to block a president? Does this judge in
this case have the right to tell the president, no,
you can't fire these federal workers, thousands and thousands of them.
You can't do it. You have to rehire them. Does

a judge have that power? Should a judge have that power?
