Speaker 1 (00:00):
Boston's Bulldozer operates seven days a week. The Kuner Report
Weekend edition WRKO, the Voice of Boston.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
We have to continue to elect more socialists, and we
have to ensure that we are unapologetic about our socialism.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
There are also other issues that we firmly believe in,
whether it's BDS right or whether it's the end goal
of seasonal means of production.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
A Yi Yi Ai Yai, seven thirty three on the
Great WRKO Jeff Cooner, Boston's Bulldozer. I'm not just cleaning
up the liberal bull. Now, I'm cleaning up the communist bull.
So that's of course. Zorn Mumdanie at a at a
conference just a couple of years ago in front of
the young Socialist Democratic Socialists of America. Now final quick point,

(00:51):
because the lines are jammed, and I want to go
back to the blazing phone lines six one seven two
six six sixty eight sixty eight. He is now rising politically.
As I said before, he's now got the full backing
of the Obamas. They're grooming him, the Clintons, they're grooming him.
Schumer now supports him, AOC adores him. Bernie says he's

(01:15):
the future He is now becoming literally the voice, the face,
the spokesman for the New Democratic Party, which is as
you can tell a communist party. When you start talking
about seizing the means of production, you're talking now about

(01:38):
a full Marxist communist revolution. The cat is now out
of the bag. And if the big beautiful bill doesn't pass,
and Trump is right, you're going to see a massive
sixty eight percent tax increase, four trillion dollar tax increase.

(01:58):
This is going to forget hammering me and you and
people who pay taxes and work for a living, because
our taxes are going to go up. It is going
to hammer the economy, hammer the economy, and it may
even tip the economy into a recession. And that's when
people like these, these demagogues, socialist communist demagogues like Mam

(02:25):
Donnie are gonna feast the aocs, the Bernie Sanders. They're
going to offer socialism and communism and Marxism as an easy,
simple solution to people's problems. Because Mam Donnie and on
this Mayor Adams of New York is right, he's a

(02:47):
snake oil salesman. Mam Donnie is just he's selling you
socialist a communist poison. That's what he's now selling you
and people like him thrive when the economy is on
its back, when people are suffering, when people are out
of work, when people are unemployed, when you start to

(03:10):
see real bad economic conditions. So on top of everything else,
to prevent the rise of the radical far left, Trump's
got to get this bill passed. The economy will really boom.
We will undo much of the damage and destruction of

(03:32):
the Biden presidency, and working middle class people will have
money in their pocket and a real economic future. So
to me, there are many reasons why you should vote
for the big beautiful bill, but if you want to
neutralize the likes of Mamdani and AOC and Bernie, you

(03:53):
gotta pass it. With this bill. A booming economy lifts
all boats, and a Trump economy will destroy the radical left.
And that's why Trump is saying, Look, let's get the
economy on a solid foundation. Let's stop the border invasion.

(04:14):
Let's have a mass deportation that can take out millions
of illegals. Let's get gas and oil prices way down
by unleashing energy production here at home. If we do
all of this, then the left will fizzle and socialism
will die on the vine. Agree, disagree. Six one seven

(04:39):
two six six sixty eight sixty eight is the number.
Arety in Arlington, Thanks for holding arty and welcome.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Good morning, Jeff hi Alardy. I think, Hi, I think
the only way out of this is government funded elections.
If if you don't take the mind out of this problem,
you are going to it's just going to continue. I mean,
everybody's up for sale. If the government funds all the
elections and you can't get these special interests dumping money

(05:13):
into these candidates, then they'll listen to the people. They
won't listen to the money, and they're going to groom
people like AOC Mundavi. They'll dump money into their elections,
they'll get them elected. Billionaires like Musk and George Sorels
will keep dumping money in and who loses. We have
no vote. The millionaires and the billionaires have the votes.

(05:37):
Take the money out, have the government fund every election,
and that way special interests a lobbyists will be done. Well.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Artie, look in theory, your argument is very sound, it's
very logical, very coherent. There's no question, no question. The
Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly whether you agree or disagree,
I'm just stating this is the big hurdle that the
Supreme Court has ruled that money is speech. That in
other words, if Already wants to cut a thousand dollars

(06:09):
check to Donald Trump's campaign to show his support for
President Trump, then already has the right to do that.
That if you have simply just government funded elections. That means, well,
if Already wants to give fifty dollars or one hundred
dollars or whatever, one thousand dollars to show his support

(06:30):
for Trump, he can't. If he wants to buy a
sign for Trump, he can't. If he wants to go
out and you know a campaign on behalf of Trump
by putting up literature or something out of his own pocket,
out of your own pocket, that you can't. So the
argument is that spending on campaigns can contribute. You know,

(06:54):
contributing to a campaign is a form of speech. It's
a way people show support for the candidate that they like.
What do you say to that argument, already.

Speaker 3 (07:06):
Well, the problem is they these organizations use these loopholes.
They create these packs and they dump money into these packs,
and they work around the law. If we can create
a new law and somehow, somehow make it so we can't,
so these big guys can't come in and create these
packs and dump all these money into these candidates. There's

(07:28):
got to be some way. There's going to be some
law that we can control that. If we don't control it,
they'll create a million different packs and they's just keep
dumping money into the candidates and we'll never get out
of this mess. It'll be impossible. And it's like, but
Trump did his first term. I don't remember this. He mentioned,
you know, once you come out of politics, you can't

(07:49):
be a lobbyist for five or six years. He said
he had mentioned something like that, and that went over.
That didn't go over well with these politicians. So we
see what the game is. You vote, you vote their interest.
When you get out a few years, you get paid
a nice job. Yeah, you get paid. I wish it

(08:10):
was a job. It's not even a job. You work
for a lobbying firm and you just get paid. I mean,
it's it's disgusting. By the way, that's what Tom Tillis
is doing. You know that rhino from from North Carolina.
He's when I say he's in bed, I'm telling you
he's in bed with the Chamber of Commerce, and he's
already got a big lobbying gig lined up. The guy's

(08:32):
going to retire in twenty twenty six, so he's still
got another what is it, almost over a year so,
and he's already got a lucrative lobbying gig lined up.
So he's getting paid for stabbing Trump in the back.
And that's why I said, you know, I said.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
What was it yesterday? I said no, no, no, no. Trump
and the entire Republican Party they won't the party won't
do it. But say, any lobbying firm that hires tillis,
we're not taking a phone call, an email, a visit.
You can't. You're not gonna lobby us because we're not
gonna listen to you. Your persona nongrada. You're a pariah

(09:11):
if you hire this guy. In other words, he's not
gonna get his thirty pieces of silver because no one
will want to hire him because the guy's toxic. But
instead he's gonna get hired by a big lobbying firm
and they're gonna pay him, and they're gona pay him
big money. He's got a pot of gold now waiting
for him for stabbing Trump and the American people. And

(09:32):
by the way, just don't take my word for it.
Already in North Carolina, Okay, whatever you think of the BBB,
the Big Beautiful Bill, North Carolina, they love the BBB.
They want him to vote for the BBB. So he's
voting against his own constituents, his own citizens, his own voters.

(09:54):
Why because he's gonna line his pockets already love the call?
Six seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight is
the number?

Speaker 3 (10:05):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (10:05):
Okay, let me ask all of you quick reset. If
you were in the Senate right now, would you vote
for the BBB, the Big Beautiful Bill? Would you vote
against it? And Elon says he's gonna go third party
if it passes and Trump signs it. Has Elon now

(10:28):
jumped the shark? Has he fundamentally betrayed MAGA? Or do
you support Elon and a third party?
