the rifle. They have his DNA that they found on

and on. So the lawyers that have been assigned to him,
his public defenders, is gonna I mean, that's an insurmountable
hill to climb. There's no way he's gonna get his

of evidence. So the question now is is the shooter
gonna get the death penalty? Which, as Sandy said to
me off air, and she's right, these capital cases are

very expensive. They roll out all these witnesses, it goes

so the question is will the prosecution go all away
and convict him and then demand the death penalty, either

lethal injection or firing squad or are they going to
strike a plea deal with the shooter, which is what
they did with those that infamous murderer up in Utah.

four college students in Moscow, Idaho. They said, you know what,
we'll take a plea he confessed he did. It saves

us the expense of a trial, life behind bars without
the possibility of parole. Do you think that they're just

State Legislature. So it's going to be tomorrow, starting at
seven pm to ten pm. It's going to be a
prayer vigil, a candlelit vigil. It looks like a lot
of patriots, a lot of conservatives, Trump supporters, people who
love Charlie are going to show up. I hope as
many patriots show up as possible. Frankly, they wanted me

to speak. The organizers wanted me to speak. I normally
would go, oh, I would love to go and speak,
but because of my ribs, I can barely get out

can make it to Boston speak and back, not with
