Speaker 1 (00:00):
Six seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight is
the number. Okay, let's go right back to Mike and Maldon. Mike,
I gotta ask you call me is now indicted on
two counts? Are you happy? Not happy? And what do
you make of it? My friend?

Speaker 2 (00:18):
I make it as a lowing hanging fruit. They can
start with this, this is what they're gonna do. But
you know, I did colonel defense work for twenty years
and the first thing I do is I take a
look at the statue. Now, perjury, let's go back to perjury.
Knowing you're giving false testimony, will under oath settled being

(00:41):
administered by an authorized tribunal. Okay, So now you can
go back to the questions where that was asked and
is that a material issue or is it not a
material issue? Now, if they asked him, you know the
color of the Sam Bondi's shoes, it's not a material issue.

(01:01):
So they've got to make sure that when they go
to trial, that that they nail that one down. Here's
the other point, and I don't think some done before,
but I'll just remind you they went after John Mitchell
during the Nickson administration. They asked who were at to
Steroagne eating in the both of them good time. So

(01:22):
this is not without precedence. They do go after people
like that. But if I know, with the prosecution, knowing
that they've already got a judge that well, let's say
he's just questionable, the prosecution can go for a change
of venue and say that because of the publicity and

(01:44):
to enhance as a benefit to the defense, transmit the
case to someplace out in Wisconsin. Well nobody you ever
heard of this guy or you know, and most of
the jury probably doesn't even know who calling was. And
they could do that, and then they get a flat

(02:05):
playing field, and well they can play that game if
they want. So I'm just pointing out what the basics
are you got to go out from on the VERGERI
Pam Bonding reminds me of the frog that jumped into
the part of cold water. And now she's realizing that
the temperature is going up right, and all of a

(02:26):
sudden she's starting to feel the heat. And she figured
that as long as she ran out the clock on
the five years, she could cover her part by saying,
oh oh sorry, stature limitations. And he gets a free
pass and now he goes because she's afraid of retribution.
She's afraid they're going to come after her. So reminds

(02:46):
me of a security guard at a mall versus a
US Marine klonel leading a battalion. Okay, you gotta get
your marine kernel in there. She's starting to feel the
heat and she's starting the fold.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
So oh, I love the analogy. I love the analogy.
I gotta say, Mike, I think you really hit the
nail on the head. She's like a security uh, you know,
a security guard at a mall. That's what she is.
She doesn't want to engage, she doesn't want to get
into trouble. She doesn't want to hurt people's feelings. Very cautious,

(03:25):
very timid, almost insecure. Just wants to come in, cash
your paycheck and go as opposed to a Marine colonel
who's just itching to take that hill. And I think
that's I think that's what Trump has to decide over
the next couple of months and maybe over the next
year when you're starting when Brennan gets indicted in others?

(03:47):
Is this the ag I really want to me. You
don't go to war with the secure, you know, a
mall security guard. But that's that's me, Mike. Thank you
very much for that call. No, look, I think there's
another issue that's almost as important as the actual trial itself,

(04:07):
and many of you are making that point. I could
read some text, but I'm just going to summarize it.
The concern now that many Trump supporters have, and I
agree with them, call me now is cornered like a rat.
Brennan now very soon will be cornered like a rat.
The media. You can tell by their reaction. They are

(04:29):
like a cornered animal. They are lashing out. They are rabbit,
and they are vicious. When you start cornering the deep
state and their allies and enablers, they become unpredictable. What
are they going to do? And let me tell you
what Grace told me last night. And I don't want

(04:51):
to get into the details because I want to be
careful what I say on the air, because I don't
want people to misunderstand what I'm saying. But what she
said was, and I don't blame her, and I hope
Trump's people are listening. She said, you know, if I'm Trump,
I would double and triple and quadruple my security right
now because the stuff that the Democrats are now saying,

(05:12):
the hatred, I mean, the absolute vile, toxic hatred, the
insanity that they're now peddling on the networks, and the
way the rhetoric now is becoming so violent, so hateful,

(05:34):
so unhinged. He better be very, very careful. And look,
there was a very big story and I was actually
going to talk about it today, but at least let
me mention it. Do you want to see the level
of Trump derangement syndrome? People are gonna be writing books
about this, I'm telling you in twenty years, and people

(05:55):
are going to be studying this for hundreds of years
to come. How half the country are less than half
the country went insane? Lost? I mean, I'm choosing my
words very carefully descended into irrational insanity. Trump comes out
with Robert F. Kennedy Junior. We talked about the story

(06:17):
regarding thailand al and they're citing a Harvard study. Long
story short, if you know a pregnant woman, if you're
a young woman and you're pregnant, you shouldn't be taking thailandol,
or at a bare minimum, you shouldn't be taking a
lot of Thailandol because they think there are links between
that and the child potentially having autism. Well, just despite Trump,

(06:39):
you got to hear this. Liberal women, by the way,
overwhelmingly white, privileged, upper class liberal women, college educated liberal women,
started gobbling pilon All pills like they were candy and
filming themselves on TikTok videotaping. Here Trump, y'all, we're not

(07:02):
gonna pick tyler all you're talking here. It is one
and then another, and then another and then another. Now
a frontline nurse is on the verge of tears saying
she got a call from one of these women's husband.
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight

(07:23):
is the number. Okay, we're gonna go right back to
the phone lines, but before we do, joining us now,
as she always does at this time, the CEO, the
co founder president of Kelly Financial Services, and yes, that
is her wonderful name, Kelly, Kelly Kelly. How are you.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
Good morning, Jeff? I am good. First I want to
take a moment to say how proud I am of
my son William. He's been with you, Jeff, for the
past two Fridays, and he really did such a wonderful
job announcing his upcoming book Only the Good invest Young
and giving a heartfelt tribute to Charlie Kirk. William Honey,

(08:12):

And speaking of exciting news, I want to personally invite

and of course at Kelly Financial. And I am definitely
looking forward to that event right here in the studios
in iHeart, I will be there and we'll be talking
about current events, politics, William's book so much. I hope
to see all of you there. Cooner Country. Tickets are

(09:26):
still available call eight eight eight eight hundred eighteen eighty
one eight eight eight eight hundred eighteen eighty one, or
if you prefer, you can email Kelly directly Kelly at
Kellyfinancial dot org. Kelly at Kellyfinancial dot org. Charlotte in Boston.

(09:47):
Thanks for holding Charlotte, and welcome.

Speaker 4 (09:51):
Jeff very quickly. I have a different take on why
Pam Bondi delade putting forward indictments for anybody. I think
Trump told her to do that, and the reason why
there's a little bit of a sardonic feeling with him.
I think he wanted Komi to be smug and happy,

(10:14):
thinking he escaped, escaped everything, because the time for the what.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
Do you call it, the Statute of Limitations, thank.

Speaker 4 (10:23):
You, was up in a couple of days, so I
think he wanted him to think he was safe. Uh,
that's my feeling. The other thing is whether any of
these wart and human beings go to jail or not.
I think it would be wonderful if they suffered that

(10:44):
same kind of law fare that our royal patriots have
uh and bankrupts them, bankrupt them so that they have
no money left, like they did to Michael Flym like
they try to do to Trump. That to me would
be a fitting justice.

Speaker 1 (11:02):
I agree, Charlotte Gray call, great call, and thank you
very much for that. I really appreciate it. No, look
that last points you made about what they did to
Michael Flynn, just very quickly it needs to be said.
I've got all these moonbats emailing me, okay, and then
they're out in force today. Oh are they out in force?
Are people not so much, as I said, a little cold,

(11:25):
just indifferent whatever. I don't know what's going on, but
I guess cynicism is starting to set in. Or or
maybe it's wisdom, you know, maybe you're all going to
be proven right. I don't know, but just generally, you know,
as I said, I mean it's picked up obviously over
the show, but a lot of you are, let's put
it this way, very jaded, very cynical, whether they'll actually

(11:48):
be justice done to call me but the left, holy mackerel.
And so I'm getting email after email. This is prosecretorial vindictiveness.
There's just a prosect tutorial political hatchet job that says authoritarianism.
He's putting his critics in jail. I'll get lost. Camy

(12:11):
is the one. Comy is the one who ordered the
FBI agents to interview then National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.
And he told them, don't tell him that he can
get a lawyer, that we're actually looking to nail him
on a perjury trap. Make it very relaxed, make it

(12:32):
seem like this is just an informal conversation. And so
they came back and said, well, we asked him about
Russia and did go to this embassy where apparently the
Russian dip, the Russian ambassador was there, along with like
thirty or forty other ambassadors from other countries. And they go,
long story short, I'm telling you we don't think this
guy perjurd himself. They literally wrote the report saying he

(12:55):
did not lie under oath, call me me overruled the
agents who interviewed him on the ground, this is indisputable.
And Dad said, no, no, no, no, I need a scalp
for this Russia collusion narrative to really get rolling. We
need some people to go to jail. And so what

(13:15):
he did was knowing Flynn's financial situation, he said, we're
going to bankrupt him law fair, we're going to win
DT which they did. And by the way, when he
admitted this during his book tour, the liberal audience, they
were cheering, oah, they were clapping. I mean, they were like,

(13:36):
that's how you know it, Jimmy. He even said, he goes,
I really shouldn't have done it, but I did it
because I had to get people. I wanted to get people.
And so Flynn couldn't keep up with all the legal
bills and he was going bankrupt. He was losing financially everything,
by the way, including his house. He was going to

(13:58):
be homeless on the street. This was a general, for
God's sake, who served our country. And then call Me said,
the hell with it, he's still not breaking Well, you
know what you tell him, we're gonna go after his son.
So we're not gonna just gonna bankrupt you. We're gonna
bankrupt Junior. And that's when Comy said, look, they broke me.

(14:19):
I mean they just broke me. Yeah, what do you
want me to sign? So he had to cop a
plea to something that he knew he was innocent of. Now,
and you know what, he capped the plea to quote
making a false statement, making a false statement, the very

(14:39):
thing now that Comy is being indicted for. I'm telling
you there is a rough justice in this world. So no,
I don't feel sorry for Comy, and I'm with Charlotte
all the way. I hope this guy rots in jail.
I hope this guy loses everything. I hope this guy

(15:02):
doesn't have a penny left because that's what he did
to countless innocent people in this country. So please don't
cry for James. Call me six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight. Agree, disagree? Frank in Boston,
Thanks for holding Frank, and welcome.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
Yes. The main points I want to make is they're
going about this the wrong way. There is overwhelming evidence
of a conspiracy here. Of course they change the name,
they make a collusion the week go act the.

Speaker 1 (15:39):
Frank. Please don't think we're cutting you off because I
don't want people to hear what you have to say.
Six one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight. Okay,
We're gonna go right back to Frank in Boston. But
before I do, I just want to read this text
message because it is so spot on. Uh, it's from
six one seven, Jeff, you are as you like to say,

(16:03):
one thousand. Correct. The way Comy not only try to
destroy General Flynn and his family by framing him, but
then later mockingly bragging about it in front of an
audience on MSNBC remains one of the most disgraceful abuses

(16:26):
ever committed by an FBI director. He deserves prison for
that alone. Frank, let's go right away to Frank in Boston. Frank,
you're saying you're not happy with this indictment of Comy.
You think it's too low hanging fruit, too low. You
wanted RICO more substantial, serious charges. Please, Frank, pick up

(16:50):
where you left off.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Okay, this is my opinion. How you break this The
overwhelming evidence that they all can spy it as soon
as Obama gave that order to to Brenner and whoever else,
that's that of the conspiracy. Every action that they have
taken after that is an act of conspiracy that falls

(17:14):
under the Rico Act. An ongoing criminal enterprise along with
the Rico Act comes a forfeits your Act. You can
look this up, this case history on this. They can
take every single asset that they have. I'm meaning the
people that are involved in the conspiracy. This is before

(17:35):
the trial. They forfeit every asset they have, and I
think it pertains to their immediate relatives, their immediate family
that will break the first line of defense. They'll crumble
and they'll all testify against one another. That's the important
value of that Rico Act, the Forfeiture Act, and this

(17:58):
case history. They can look that up.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
Frank, No, I agree with you. Believe me, you are
talking to the converted, my friend. Let me ask you this,
with Pam Bondi as the attorney general. Really, I'm being serious.
Do you think she has the imagination, the intellectual, professional capability,

(18:22):
the fortitude, the guts, the courage, the stamina, the steel
to do what you're asking for, Because that's what you need.
You need a tough as nail's visionary, brilliant, smart attorney
general to do that. Is Pam Bondy the woman to

(18:42):
do that?

Speaker 2 (18:44):
Oh and some of her colleagues explain the Rico Act
and the Forfeiture Act. Maybe she'll be what you want
her to be. Maybe she doesn't understand the gravity of
this chadge of this law.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
You see, Frank, I think it was Stephen Miller. To
further your point. If this was Stephen Miller as an example,
as attorney general, and he's brilliant, and you're laying out
a very brilliant plan here, he would we would have
had that. We'd have that right now. Yes, they would
throw in the perjury and the obstruction of justice. Yes,

(19:18):
but that's what they call piling on. In other words, yes,
it's all true. They're just you know, adding, they're just
patting the indictments. But he would go after them on
Rico because by going on Rico, he's going after all
of them. As you're putting it, you're going after the
entire conspiracy. I don't know if Pam Bondi has that
in her. I agree with you, Frank completely, But can

(19:42):
she do it? Honestly, I don't think so. But that's
what I wanted. Now, what I'm being told, just that
everybody knows, Frank, what I'm being told, and Trump's people
are listening, so they're fully aware now of what we're saying.
What I'm being told is the conspiracy charges, asking for Frank,
the Rico stuff that's going to be coming. That's what

(20:04):
they're telling me so, okay, we'll see, we'll see Frank,
thank you very much for that call. Really good call.
Dave in Vermont, Dave, thanks for holding and welcome bon jeo, Jeff, bonjour.
How are you? My French friend went a good times roll? No,

(20:28):
I hear you, buddy? What do you make of this?

Speaker 5 (20:31):
I think Donald Trump should adopt a new song from
the Rolling Stones.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
Start me up? Why don't you start me up?

Speaker 5 (20:41):
I'll never stop.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
So you think the dominoes are starting to fall and
this is the first domino? Correct?

Speaker 2 (20:49):
I got a grin on my face and I'm hoping.
So I'm sure hoping.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
So Dave, what do you say? This is the left
counter offensive? Now, this is their counter argument that Trump
pressured this, Trump pushed for it. This is political. This
is a politicized prosecution of call me. He went on
truth social pretty much told ordered Pam Bondy to do it.

(21:18):
And so that this reeks of politics and political revenge
and political retribution. What say you?

Speaker 5 (21:26):
Alligator tears? My friend, alligator tears. I think he pushed
the hammer down and he needs to go. And I
think Pam Bondi may be almost a plant in a way.
If she was being an attorney for Pfiser in everything,
which has been one of the hardcore things that we've
been going through with this COVID stuff. How is she

(21:47):
going to represent the government, the Trump administration and also
represent Pfiser.

Speaker 1 (21:57):
That's a very good point, that's a very I don't
trust her. I don't trust her. I look at her
more as a kind of opportunist who's using this job
as a platform to get a big media gig at
Fox or whatever. But I didn't look at the big
pharma angle, and I think, Dave, you may be onto something. Dave,

(22:17):
thank you very much for that call. All right, Mike,
let's squeeze one more in Tom in New Hampshire. Tom,
I hate to do this to you. I've got one
minute left. The floor is yours.

Speaker 6 (22:30):
Go, Jeff, great show like this is gonna blow up
on President Trump.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
Let me tell you why he has to.

Speaker 6 (22:41):
Fire the attorney general that won't do their job. President
Trump is facing people who will not do their job.
Pam Blondie knew the secret will not indict. She didn't
want indict. So the president has to publicly tell her
to do her job and fire the attorney general. He

(23:05):
has people that will not do their job, and this
is gonna blow up on him. He's gonna be found
not guilty. Bondie won't in depth.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
Tom uh Pam, Bondi doesn't want to indict. You're saying
this may end up being a not guilty verdict for
