Speaker 1 (00:00):
Boston's Bulldozer operate seven days a week. The Kooner Report
Weekend edition WRKO, The Voice of Boston.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Finally, finally, James call Me Me indicted. Good morning Cooner Country. Okay,
my friends, what took so long? That's the only question
I have? All Right, Finally, it's been a couple of
(00:29):
days now, the rumor mill has been swirling, and yesterday,
finally we got an answer to what the whole country
has been asking. Will former FBI Director James Comy be indicted?
The answer yes, So, as you know, the media beyond apoplectic.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
They're going beyond berserk.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
They're screaming authoritarianism, dictatorship, Hitler, Nazi. I mean, it's just
it's worse than before, worse than before the assassination of
Charlie Kirk. And they are losing their collective minds and
now engaged and I'm talking frightening, violent, incendiary rhetoric against
(01:20):
Trump because now the deep state is about to be
exposed and unmasked in a way it never thought was possible.
James call Me yesterday was officially indicted by a federal
grand jury. This is in eastern Virginia, the district of
(01:40):
Eastern Virginia.
Speaker 3 (01:42):
On two counts.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
One, According to the indictment, James called me on September thirtieth,
twenty twenty, in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee under
oath congressional testimony. In front of Congress, he lied, he
made false statements to Congress, and on top of making
(02:06):
false statements to Congress, he also obstructed the official congressional
proceeding in order to try to cover up his role
in the infamous Russiagate scandal. And so according to the indictment,
it's a two page indictment. On September thirtieth, twenty twenty,
(02:27):
Senator Ted Cruz told Comy that in prior congressional testimony
he repeatedly claimed under oath that he never ever leaked
information or authorized anyone underneath him, whether it be his
deputy Director Andrew McCabe or the FBI General Council was
(02:51):
James Baker. That these allies of his who admitted to
leaking information illegally to The New York Times to the
Wall Street Journal. Both of these men, both McCabe and
James Baker, said that they were specifically told, instructed, and
(03:12):
authorized by call Mey to do so call me in
the past under oath, said he never did anything like that.
He never leaked, he never told anyone to leak. Cruz
then asked him, point blank, somebody here is lying. Either
McCabe is lying, either James Baker is lying, or you, sir,
(03:35):
are lying. According now to the transcript it. Call me
then said, I stand by my previous testimony. I never
authorized or knew about anyone leaking information to the media
or to any outside organization.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
Now that is a lie. That is a lie.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
He lied under oath. This is naked, black and white perjury.
We don't just have McCabe and James Baker's testimony. We
have the documents now that were unleashed released by Tolci Gabbard,
in which Baker, in the emails in text messages, admits
(04:23):
that he was a leaker and admits that he authorized
others to leak.
Speaker 3 (04:29):
In particular. I don't want to.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
Get too lost with names, but one of the key names,
if you can remember this from you know, four or five,
six years ago, was his buddy, his close friend, Columbia
lawse Columbia University law professor Daniel Richmond, who call me
admitted under oath previously he said no, I gave him
(04:53):
a lot of sensitive stuff to leak against Trump after
Trump fired him. If you remember in May two thousand
se seventeen, as the FBI director and so Komy went
on a vendetta tour. He was gonna burn Trump to
the ground. He was going to torch him. And that's
when stuff outrageous stuff about Russia. Lie after lie after
(05:14):
lie was being leaked to the media. And the guy
that was doing the leaking was Komy, and he did
it through his friend Daniel Richmond. So we know he's
already leaked. We know we authorized people to leak. He
lied under oath. They have him dead to rights and
(05:37):
was he obstructing the investigation of course that's why the lie.
Now both counts combined are felonies, and he could get
up to five to ten years in prison if convicted.
He probably will not get the maximum, but he's looking
at a couple of years in jail, his reputation ruined,
(06:00):
and he will be a convicted felon. He has released
a video message which I'll play later, but basically now
he's trying to pretend and portray himself.
Speaker 3 (06:12):
He's trying to pretend to be the leader of the resistance.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
Callmy is now claiming that he's an innocent man and
that this is the price when you stand up to
Donald Trump, but that he's gonna take this all the
way to trial because as an innocent man, he has
nothing to fear. Let him talk and talk and talk.
The evidence will speak for itself. And my only concern,
(06:43):
to be brutally honest with all of you at this point,
is that it's now come out that the judge that
will be presiding over the trial is a Joe Biden
appointed judge.
Speaker 3 (06:55):
Not good.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
The trial will take place in Alexandria, Virginia, Northern Virginia.
It is generally a democratic liberal area, so the jury
pool may have a lot more liberals or moonbats on it,
then I will be comfortable with. But if they follow
the evidence, if they follow the law, if they follow
(07:20):
the truth, James Komy is going behind bars, and he
deserves to go behind bars. In fact, again, if I
can be like in the confessional to me, when I
look at these indictments, I'm like, this is the lowest
hanging fruit possible of all of the crimes that Komi committed,
(07:47):
helping to frame Donald Trump as an agent of Russia.
Remember here's he's spearheaded. He led the Russia collusion investigation
against Trump under orders from Clinton, from Hillary, under orders
from the dear litter, Barack Hussein Obama, working with John Brennan,
(08:10):
working with James Clapper. The man committed treason. The man
engaged in an attempted coup to overthrow a duly elected
president of the United States. He sought to frame an
innocent man lying to Congress an obstruction of a congressional
proceeding to be honest is the least of his crimes.
(08:34):
It's the lowest of the low hanging fruit. Now I'm
not complaining. Look, something is better than nothing. And they
went after him on these two counts because the Statute
of Limitations was going to expire on Tuesday, literally a
couple days from today, and so it was basically on
(08:56):
those counts now or never.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
And so I'm they did it. I'm very happy they
did it. But look the conspiracy charges.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
That to me, the conspiracy case, that's the one that's
much more important. Now I'm praying that John Brennan will
be next Obama's former CIA director, that James Clapper will
be next that John Bolton will be next, that Andrew
McCabe and Peter Straw, that that entire corrupt cabal will
(09:31):
be next, and that ultimately, when these indictments are handed
down and they're looking at the prospect of facing years
and years behind bars, they will turn on the so
called big fish, on Hillary Clinton, on Joe Biden, on Obama,
(09:53):
on those that really masterminded what they did to Trump,
to the country, and frankly to the world, which was
the greatest scandal in American history, the Russia collusion hoax,
which paralyzed this country. It basically undercut Trump's entire first term,
(10:16):
deliberately so, and it has divided us in a way
that nothing has divided us since the Civil War. And
all of these people need to pay a massive price
and be held accountable for what they did.
Speaker 3 (10:29):
But let me just say.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
This, Michael Flynn, former National Security advisor under Trump, is
grinning ear to ear because if you remember FBI at
the time, FBI Director Comy is the one who went
after Flynn. He's the one that criminally charged Flynn. He's
(10:55):
the one that drained his bank account, waged law Fair,
threatened to indict his son until Flynn had to basically
plead guilty because he had no more money left to
fight this out in court. And do you know what
Komy got him on. You guessed it making a false statement.
(11:19):
Karma's a bee. What comes around goes around.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
