I'm trying to formulate what I think. One of the
lots of US voted for Trump to keep America from

no Congress must declare war. So I'm saying, Okay, what
if we put it to Congress. What if they had
to debate the merits of such a military defense of
helpless people that are being eliminated in a genocide. How
interesting would that be, Jeff? What kind of light would

that shine? How do you think that vote would go.

love it. I think, you know, let to to remove
all ambiguity about whether Trump has the authority or not

you is, you know, I know you sympathize obviously with

not put us in any more wars, that he would

It's Africa. If they're going to do anything, let the
Africans do it. But we need to focus on problems
