Speaker 1 (00:00):
Patrick and Bedford. Thanks for holding Patrick and welcome good warning.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
Jeff Hi Patrick, Oh yes, I standing with Curtis one
hundred and ten percent. I mean, this guy has got principles,
he's got honored and he's been out there since you know,
forty years, fifty years with chapters all over the world
for the Guardian Angels. You know, Castle Matiti's met with
Cuomo last summer, went out to their mansion in the Hamptons,
(00:30):
and everything changed on that radio station that I won't
mention because I used to listen to Curtis on that
radio station. And the colleagues turned immediately after that meeting
that Castle Matiti's had with Cuomo, and uh, you know
what politics makes strings benfolls, especially in New York and
(00:53):
Trump coming out and putting his weight behind Clomo. I
do not like that. He should have stayed neutral, he said,
he should have said that made a better man win,
and people flee. They should not flee, They should fight
because we ought to start a patriot movement. If they
can like espouse this kind of hatred for our country,
(01:15):
where's our patriot movement?
Speaker 3 (01:18):
Here?
Speaker 2 (01:18):
We are, the patriots of America standing up. I mean,
you know, in full force.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
Well, you know, Patrick, look I agree with you. I
agree with you, not one hundred as I like to say,
but one thousand percent. Catsumetides met with with Cuomo and
then on you know, on WABC, they all of his
colleagues turned on him. And that's what I mean. They're
for sale. And I've seen this again and again. I've
(01:46):
seen it here in Boston, I've seen it nationally. It's
just incredible how people will sell out for a couple
of bucks. And it's disgraceful, it really is. And you say,
you know, he's got honor, that's courtesy, was got honor,
He's got character. I'm gonna be brutally honest with you.
In the media, that's you know, you can count them
(02:07):
on one hand. There are some people with character and honor,
but they're very far in few between.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
And that's and.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
Look, they're going to have to live with themselves, you know,
they're going to have to look at themselves in the mirror.
And you know, I don't think they're proud, deep down,
I don't think so. How could you be proud of
what you've done to this man? And you know, but
they don't care. They're in it for the check. It's
all about the check and the fame. And that's why
these people discussed me. I've always you know, look, I've
(02:39):
always said this, when you have a good man who
is campaigning for you and fighting for your principles, then
you owe it to him to vote for that person.
Well he can't win, well, too bad, I mean, how
do you think movements start. You know, when the Communists
were pushing to take over New York twenty twenty five
(02:59):
years ago, go they you know, they were losing elections,
they didn't stop. I gotta say this to give mom
Donnie his due, to give the devil his due. Patrick
he was with the Democratic Socialists of America. He wasn't
with the Democrats. He just took over the Democrats. And
so you know, he gave speech after speech saying, well,
(03:20):
we just got to keep trying to get elected, and
we'll just plug away and plug away and plug away
and plug away, and eventually we'll win a seat here
and win a seat there, and before you know it's
five seats, then it's ten seats, and before you know it,
we start infiltrating the Democratic Party and then we're in
business our side. We betray everybody at the drop of
a hat. I mean, I don't mean you or me
(03:42):
or this audience, but I'm just looking what they Look
what we've done, what the Republicans did to Jeff Dial
a couple of years ago in the governor's race, and
what the Republicans are now doing to Curtis Leewa and
that scummy GOP media establishment. You know, if maybe if
they gave Curtis Leewak twenty minutes on their morning show
(04:06):
instead of Andrew Cuomo, maybe slee while we get a
big bounce in the polls. But if you keep giving
all your attention and all your time to the Democrat
in the race and you're screwing the Republican and the Conservative,
well maybe that's why the Conservative and the Republican doesn't
have a chance to win. I mean, Patrick, I don't
(04:26):
know I'm making any sense to you, a final word
to you.
Speaker 2 (04:30):
To me, but I think that we have to stand
up as patriots in this country because if this Islam
Muslim which is a form of government, is coming to America,
then we had better stand up and like confront this.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
D you better do it now, because if we wait,
just look at Britain. Look at France, look at Germany,
look at Italy, look at Europe. I mean, they've got
it much worse than we do. So putting our heads
in the sand is not a solution. It only makes
it worse. I agree with you all the way. Thank
you for that call, Patrick, Bud in Fall River. Thanks
(05:10):
for holding Bud and welcome.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
Hey.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
How are you doing, Jeff?
Speaker 3 (05:16):
Very good? How are you, Bud?
Speaker 4 (05:18):
I'm good, Thank you for taking my call. The one
thing I'm noticing about this Mandani guy is that a
lot of people I don't think is noticing unless I
do not hear it, is that once he gets in
that government, once he gets once he gets that spot,
he's gonna flood that local government with Muslims and every
(05:41):
part of that government within that city. He is gonna
and it's gonna take decades to get these people out
of there. You know a lot of people are not
seeing that factor like he like he's going to turn
it into a third world country. Absolutely, But what a
lot of people are not taken into consideration is that
(06:03):
that whole city is going to be filled with that
local government is going to be filled with all Muslims,
illegal Muslims. You name it. You know what I'm saying, Well.
Speaker 1 (06:15):
That's the plan that that's you nailed it. That's exactly
what uh Sidi Khan did in London, the mayor, the
Muslim mayor of London. Now it took him two terms.
You know, it's hard to do it overnight, so it
took a couple of terms. But Mamdani was asked recently,
who is your model? In other words, who are you
going to model yourself on?
Speaker 5 (06:34):
You?
Speaker 1 (06:35):
Said Sidi Khan. So basically what he's saying is he's open. Look,
I gotta say this about Mamdani again. That's the thing
about fanatics. They can't shut up. They're very open about what.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
They're going to do.
Speaker 1 (06:48):
And he has openly said I will make New York
another London, meaning I'm going to make it a Muslim
city and so, and you're completely right, Bud. He is
going to open up the floodgates. He is going to
allow Muslims in particular, to pour into New York City,
and he wants to chase the He wants to make
life so uncomfortable for Jewish Americans in that city, chase
(07:11):
them out. He's going to chase white people out. He's
already said, we are going to tax white neighborhoods more
than other neighborhoods. So basically we're gonna they're going to
economically persecute whites. Six one seven two six, six sixty
eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, A couple lines
are open if you want to jump on. But joining
(07:33):
me now, very special guest in studio. We've had him
on multiple times in the past. My good buddy, Paul
Wallberg of Wallbergers.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
Paul, how are you?
Speaker 6 (07:48):
I am fantastic. It's that time of year so I'm
always doing good. Well, you look fantastic, Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 3 (07:55):
And I know.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
We've got our big DAV Radio fon coming up on Friday.
Speaker 6 (07:59):
Friday, yep, absolutely, and we've got the five K on
Saturday on the eighth over a Castle Islands, starts at
ten o'clock. It's going to be amazing. It's going to
be a beautiful day. Everybody needs to get out.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
Paul, you do this every year. You got a heart
of gold. I ask you the same question every year.
I've got to ask it again. Why do you care
so much about our disabled veterans?
Speaker 3 (08:21):
And why Dav the.
Speaker 6 (08:24):
DAV in Massachusetts does an amazing job. They have an
amazing core of people and they're just they they do
the right thing all the time. And so for me,
you know, it's the opportunity to say thank you. We
should say thank you to everybody who has served, especially
the ones that have come back and with their injuries
and and and even the stuff, the stuff that you
don't see, which is one of the things that the
(08:45):
DAV does so well, is they help people with, you know,
the mental trauma of of of serving and being in
a combat area and stuff like that. And so it's
all the fundamentals that they help take care of. The
help with housing, the help with feeding, they help with clothing,
the medical everything and suiting through all of the things
that you know, the Veterans Administration offers, and the DAV
(09:05):
does an amazing job with it, and I'm so honored
to be able to be associated with them.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
Paul.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
Look, you're a very modest man, you're a humble man,
obviously a very successful man. And so I'm going to
say something that you would never say. Most celebrities really
don't care about disabled veterans. They don't care about veterans period.
But especially disabled veterans. Why I'm curious.
Speaker 5 (09:29):
Of all, I.
Speaker 6 (09:31):
I don't see a celebrity in the room outside of
you number one. So and then Bob Lynch, of course,
because everybody knows Bob Linch. But I will tell you
that's I disagree with that. A lot of a lot
of people go about their business quietly, you know, supporting
the veterans. So I will say, you know, the more
people than than than we know, because everybody tries to
(09:54):
do what they can in their own way. And and
I'm not speaking for everybody, but I know lots of
people who do stuff, and they do it very quietly
and supportive, and it's important and everybody, every person who
lives in this country should say thank you to a
veteran and support a veteran because they make it possible
for us to live our lives.
Speaker 5 (10:14):
Ah.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
That is so well said and so true. We've got
Bob Linch obviously from the disabled American veterans with us. Bob,
I'm just curious how much does Paul Wahlberg's support mean
for you and for.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
The dav Well.
Speaker 7 (10:30):
What's interesting is Paul has been there since the beginning,
back back as far as we've been doing the radiothon
as far as we've been doing the five K. He's
an an inaugural member and does things, of course that
a lot of people don't see, and what it represents
(10:50):
is continuity and giving back in ways that not many
people could do for us at the DAV having that
link with Paul and being able to push the ball
forward for veterans. So there's a lot of things that
(11:11):
happen on the front end, but there's a lot of
things that happen behind the scenes that people don't they're
not aware of.
Speaker 3 (11:19):
So with the.
Speaker 7 (11:19):
DAV people people are able to get benefits, get compensation,
they're able to get transportation to and from doctor's appointments.
But that then there's a whole other area of how
do you how do you move the DAV forward is
(11:40):
I once said when I first got involved, I want
to make the DAV as synonymous as the initials JFK,
so that people know in the in their awareness of
the plight of veterans and all the things that they
go through. So with Paul could be feeding veterans, it
could be hand shaking, it could be meeting people at
(12:02):
the five K, it could be the auction dinners. It
comes in so many different forms, but the gist of
it is that that linkage that we have is fantastic.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
It's beautiful. And I can't tell Bob, both of you,
Bob and Paul, how many disabled veterans have told me
how indispensable the DAV has been for them. So you're
truly doing the Lord's work. Paul, I would be remiss
if I didn't ask you again another beautiful food drop.
You are always so generous. No, really, and you never
(12:38):
forget the cooner man.
Speaker 6 (12:39):
Well, no, I don't want the verbal thrashing if I forgot,
because you're always on the go. You have lots of energy,
and you know, I want to make sure that you're
well fed.
Speaker 3 (12:54):
Now tell me how's Wallberger is doing.
Speaker 6 (12:57):
It's doing great. You know, we're plugging along and you
know it's difficult obviously a difficult time, you know, with
the economy and everything, and but it's great. It's great
and we're so happy. And you know, it's the next
burger that is out the door. That's the number one
focus for us. And we've been doing great. Mark, We've
got a great team of people and it's just you know,
(13:17):
I just love doing it. It's it's amazing and I
get to spend time with my family, you know, especially
you know, Mark was in town filming, so that was
great got to see him.
Speaker 3 (13:27):
But by the way, how is Mark doing?
Speaker 6 (13:29):
Mark is doing amazing. He just he just keeps plugging along.
And it's the same with you watch him and you
see the videos of him getting up at you know,
three thirty in the morning to work out, and it's
so real, it's so true. Even I went to visit
him out in Idaho and every day was the same.
He's up early, working out, doing his thing. He gets
(13:51):
some golf in and then he works and then he sleeps,
and then he eats and bup, bup up, seven o'clock,
lights out, he is going to bed.
Speaker 3 (13:59):
It's just it's it's unbelievable.
Speaker 2 (14:01):
There.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
Well, you know what, he's dedicated to his craft.
Speaker 6 (14:05):
He's dedicated to what he does, and he's got so
many people that depend on him and he is he
just he's amazing. And the same with Donald's and you
watch Donnie, and I mean for Donnie that the schedule
key keeps with filming for Boston Blue and then you know,
doing shows that you know in his residency and just
everything he's involved with. It's amazing. They both set the
(14:29):
bar very, very high, and you know, I just it's
it's amazing, and you know, I couldn't be prouder.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
Paul.
Speaker 1 (14:36):
I had Mark on maybe seven eight years ago on
the dav Radio fond and I got him to pledge
one hundred thousand dollars. So I swear to it's true, true,
true story. We never able to get him on again.
It was a one time, one hundred thousand dollars pledge.
Grateful love it. Don't get me wrong. You know you
(14:59):
think you could use your contacts with him. You know
what I'm saying is just to get him on the air.
Speaker 3 (15:05):
I will. I will not for the money. I'll bring
them up for the money. If you could call in.
Speaker 6 (15:10):
I will try to peace filming right now. So that's
kind of that's his full time job at the end
of the day. That's his full time job. I will
absolutely try. Oh thank you, my friend. You think you
can maybe squeeze Donni's arm as well? Yeah yeah, and
you know, and yeah and yeah we'll call Matt Damon
and the whole Yeah, yeah, yeah, wow, this has gotten
(15:33):
you know, I just I just I just gave Billy
cost to my jacket, and I just I'm gonna get
you know, my shirt's coming off.
Speaker 3 (15:40):
My back here, so we'll take as well.
Speaker 6 (15:43):
Yeah, I don't know if you want them after this conversation,
they might be a bit.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
Soiled before I let you go, Buddy, what's your number
one cellar at Wohlburg The Hour Burger?
Speaker 6 (15:56):
The Hour Burger, which is the classic American burger. We
you know, it's great. It's you know, angus beef, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, walls, sauce,
government cheese to remind us where we came from and
who we are, and a briochepun and it's fantastic and
it's still you know, it's my favorite.
Speaker 3 (16:10):
But it's the best burger in Boston. Thank you.
Speaker 6 (16:12):
Well, it's very kind. You know what, there's a lot
of great burgers in Boston. There's a lot of there's
a lot of great food in Boston and people, I
don't think people give it give it its due, but
there's some amazing food in this Boston area. And and
you know, part of what we have on the dav
we also have a bunch of restaurants that are there
as well as Wallburger's. But we've got Montillio's, we've got
(16:33):
the public House. We have the sausage guy who comes out, Dave,
and he's amazing, and so we've got some great people
that come out. Abbey Park is going to be there,
so there's some like there's some really quality food that
goes out. And again, everybody's there doing the right thing,
supporting the veterans and really saying thank you to every
veteran that comes up and and and all of the
(16:55):
people who support them. There's dogs everywhere. It's going to
be a beautiful day. It's going to be sixty degrees,
you know, and we've been out there in the rain
and the mud and the cold and the whole thing,
and it's just it's a great day. And you have
a great feeling when you finish, because you know, that's
it's it's not on veterans ay, but it leads up
and so it makes you very mindful. And the Radiothon obviously,
(17:18):
and all the great amazing people that support that in
the great job that you do. Oh you you know,
and and I mean it's you know, you beat me
up pretty good. But outside of that, you know, I mean,
you're you're so kind to everybody else and so giving.
You know, it's just like I think, I think you're
just out of gas by the time I show up.
So but you know what it's it's it's amazing. And
(17:41):
the work that you do is really amazing, and and
and Bob and you know, the whole team over at
the DV. It's just amazing. Because we have to say
thank you. We have to be supportive, and we have
to be there has to be an understanding too, because
it's easy to be supportive, but it's very difficult to
understand exactly what a lot of these people are going
(18:02):
through because some of the some of the things you
can see and they're they're visible, but other things you
can't see. And the understanding, and a lot of people
just have no comprehension of what it means to you know,
with those emotional scars that people carry, and to be
able to support people and help them navigate and live
their lives. And it's like you said, like Bob said,
(18:22):
it's the simple things. It's getting a ride to a
medical appointment, it's going through the paperwork, it's going through,
like you said, the big stuff. Obviously, you know, making
sure people have clothes and people have food and the
basic necessities, but then navigating all of the all of
the things that really are available, because there's a lot
of stuff that's available to the veterans, but they're not
(18:43):
sure how to get to it. They're not sure how
to navigate and do the paperwork and do all the
different things because it's not a simple system, but it is.
It is there, it is there, and it's very doable,
and we should be again, we should be thanking them
every single moment that we can and helping them get
all the things that they're entitled to, all the things
(19:05):
that they've been promised.
Speaker 3 (19:06):
Is is what the dav does.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
Amen, And that's that's gonna be what the Radiothon is
all about. And Bob Lynch, I want to thank you, Paul.
You're truly a national treasure, my friend.
Speaker 3 (19:17):
And I no, no, no, no, no, all right, what do
you want to say? You've astin treasure? How about a
button Wood Street treasure? We get We'll.
Speaker 6 (19:25):
Just leave it at that, you know, but now again,
you know, we we we're so blessed to come from
where we came, and but we remember our very humble
beginnings and at the end of the day it's it's
who we are, you know, to our core, and we
do the best weekend.
Speaker 1 (19:40):
Paul, thank you again, really God bless you and for
the food drop, but obviously for your support for all
the veterans, the disabled veterans. Okay, my friends, our radiothon
is this Friday. We're going to be doing it for
full four hours.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
Da V.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
You don't want to miss it. All right, let's go
straight to Maria in Ludlow. Thanks for holding and welcome.
Speaker 5 (20:04):
Good morning, Jeff, How are you very good?
Speaker 3 (20:06):
How are you? Maria?
Speaker 5 (20:09):
Super tired? Just finished working at sixteen hour shifts. I'm like, done, done,
done with Maria.
Speaker 1 (20:16):
Honestly, I don't know how you nurses do it, really honestly,
but a big thank you. I'm telling you, I don't
know what we do without nurses like you. Seriously, Maria,
what do you make of mom?
Speaker 3 (20:27):
Donnie?
Speaker 1 (20:27):
He's now, you know, an Islamo communist, a Marxist gihattist,
is on the verge of becoming the next mayor of
New York.
Speaker 3 (20:36):
What say you?
Speaker 5 (20:39):
It's pure discuss I think people should call Fox and
let them have it, because why couldn't they have the
Republican candidate on and instead they had the other schmuck
that is murdered people intentionally. And you know what, h
(21:01):
New York people, they're gonna they're gonna find out. They're
gonna find out. They're offing around and they're gonna find
out because, like my mother used to say, God rest
your soul, you're gonna make your bed. You're gonna lie
in your venue. You make your bed, You're gonna lie
in it too. That's it because let them let them,
let them live with the consequences to their stupidity. They
(21:24):
have heard enough. This guy is intentionally wants to destroy
New York. The police force. Letting these criminals out of jail,
I mean, do they enjoy living in violence? Uh, it
seems like it. So let them. Let all these rainbow
people transgender people club for Mandani. Let's see how well
(21:47):
they're gonna survive in their new era in New York
and Sharia law and all that. You think they're gonna
be loved. You think Mandanni's gonna say, come me and
my friend let me hug you. Well, come to the community. No, no,
they are going to trash you like no one's business.
(22:07):
Let them have it what they're choosing to do, let
them deal with the consequences. And President Trump, I am
really upset at you right now. Love you, love you,
but upset that you backed up that schmuck Womo. You
could have backed up the Republicans. You could have done
(22:29):
that because your voice speaks loud, and instead you went
for that schmuck. And I hope New York is ready
for their consequences because they're gonna be struggling. And my
fear is that there's gonna be so many Muslims there
taking over, that they're gonna stew into the near cities,
(22:53):
near towns.
Speaker 1 (22:54):
Uh like you're just gonna spill over. No, Maria, that's
my fear as well. And look, I'm with you. You
want communism, well now you're going to get communism.
Speaker 3 (23:03):
And you're right.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
My mother had the same expression. You made your bed,
now lie in it. Maria, Thank you so much for
that call. Let's squeeze one more in Claire in Hudson, Claire,
one minute.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
I hate to do this to you, go.
Speaker 5 (23:19):
Hi.
Speaker 8 (23:20):
Yes, you know. My fear of Jeff is most people
use this as a stepping stone, and I think you're
gonna see Mondamie end up up in uh, you know,
up in Albany, so probably.
Speaker 1 (23:32):
Oh, I agree, though he's clearly he said it, and
Obama is grooming him. In fact, they had a private
conversation where Obama said, We've got big plans for you.
