Speaker 1 (00:00):
A massive, significant victory for former President Donald Trump. Judge
Juan Mrchon, the judge in the business records case against him,
brought up by da Alvin Bragg, Well, he was supposed
to sentence Donald Trump to prison allegedly on September eighteen,

(00:23):
he blinked. Late Friday afternoon. He issued a stunning statement.
Liberal heads exploded all over the internet. Alvin Bragg couldn't
believe it. In fact, many liberals and Democrats felt profoundly
disappointed and betrayed. According to Judge Juan Mrchon, he will

(00:44):
now delay that's right, postpone Trump sentencing until three weeks
after the election on November twenty six, law Fair. The
Democrats strategy of trying to put Trump behind bars in
an orange jumpsuit with a huge mugshot in order to

(01:07):
fundamentally interfere in the election and tilted towards Kamala Harris
has now just blown up. And according to Judge Wan Mershawn,
the reason why he has now decided to suspend the
sentence or to delay to be more accurate, postpone or
delay the sentencing is because he doesn't want to be

(01:30):
perceived as directly interfering in the election and handing it
over to Kamala Harris should Trump lose. In other words,
all of that law fair, all of these cases, all
of these sham trials, leading up now to the imprisonment

(01:51):
of Trump. Suddenly the Democrats pulled back from the brink.
And the question is why everything was now leading to
Murchon putting Trump in jail, taking him off the campaign trail,
plummeting or crashing his poll numbers, and maybe even getting
Trump killed at Rikers Island. This was the Democrats' strategy

(02:15):
from the get go, So why didn't they follow through?
Why at the last moment did murchn blink And make
no mistake about it, He blinked, and he didn't do
it on his own. He is a Democrat activist masquerading
as a judge. He is nothing more and nothing less

(02:36):
than a puppet of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and of
course Merrick Garland and his corrupt Department of Justice. To me,
I think it's quite clear the Democrats have now made
the assessment Trump is going to win, and that if
they decided to sentence him five weeks before the election,

(02:59):
this would blow blow up in their face because Every
time they have tried these lawfair tactics against Trump, every indictment,
every conviction, every ruling against them, Trump has only gotten
a big bump, and another bump, and another bump in
the polls. In short, lawfair is why Trump is now

(03:22):
at the gates of victory. The Democrats strategy has completely backfired,
and they ultimately feared that if they sent him to
jail five six weeks before an election, it would be
so obviously blatant, so obviously naked direct election interference, that

(03:43):
it would allow Trump to win in a landslide that
the American people would rally around him and Kamala Harris
would be destroyed. And so they now feel that they
are not confident enough in their ability to steal this election,
and if they put him behind bars, it would definitely

(04:04):
implode Kamala's campaign and creator her candidacy. Trump now has
one last hurdle to cross to overcome, and that is
the historic presidential debate tomorrow, the only one between Harris
and Trump, and I believe the only one that we

(04:25):
will see. If Trump can beat Harris tomorrow night, I
don't even mean deliver a decisive knockout, just beat her
an exposer for the Charlatan, the empty suit, the radical
leftist that she is. Then the election is his. They

(04:47):
can't steal that many votes. And the fundamental problem the
Democrats have is that Kamala is not sellable. She is
a horrible, off full candidate. You can put lipstick on
a pig, it's still a pig. And they just can't

(05:09):
dragger across the finish line for tomorrow night, Kamala Harris,
it is make or break for Donald Trump. He is
now at the gates of victory. All he has to
do now is kick that gate down, and the presidency

(05:30):
is his.
