Justice for Lake and Riley? Or was it? Yesterday? In
a packed courtroom in Athens, Georgia, the judge read the
verdict for Jose Ebarra, who man charged with the gruesome,
horrific murder of twenty two year old nursing student Linke
(01:55):
and Riley. Guilty. Guilty, guilty on all ten counts. But
there's a catch. Normally a murder of that is so brutal,
so horrific, so premeditated. Remember Jose Ebarra, an illegal alien,
in fact, a member of the trend de Ragua Venezuelan gang,
(02:20):
one of the most ruthless sadistic gangs in the world,
rivaling that of MS thirteen. Deliberately, in a premeditated fashion,
stalked Lake and Riley on campus as she jogged early
in the morning. She was an early jogger. She did
it almost every day. It was part of her routine. Well,
(02:42):
he hunted her down, he stalked her, he followed her,
and then in a wooded area, like a savage and
an animal, he pounced and for eighteen long minutes we
found out during the trial, Lake and Riley fought eberra
to breathe, She tried to fight for her life, she
(03:04):
tried to defend him off, and eventually this animal and
savage brutally, sadistically murdered her. And all he's gonna get
is life in prison without the possibility of parole. And
the reason why he got life in prison with no
parole is because the sorrow's back district attorney refused to
(03:28):
put the death penalty on the table. As I sat
on the air, and I want to repeat it again,
if this case does not scream out for the death penalty,
then no case screams out for the death penalty. And
the reason why this progressive district attorney, to her eternal shame,
refused to go for the death penalty. According to her,
(03:52):
she feared quote collateral consequences for the undocumented community unquote.
In other words, she cares more about protecting illegal aliens
and their public relations and their image than she does
injustice for Lake and Riley, Now, make no mistake, I'm
(04:14):
happy he was found guilty. And if he's not going
to get the death penalty, yes, life in prison without
parole is better than a weaker sentence. But in the end,
he's going to get three square meals a day. He's
going to have a warm bed to sleep in. He's
going to have access to a gym, to a computer,
(04:35):
to a laptop. I'm not kidding. I scream on Wednesdays,
movie Night on Fridays. This guy will be able to
do so many things that Lake and Riley will never
be able to do. And it's not just that he
brutalized and murdered this woman in the most gruesome, horrific,
(04:57):
barbaric way imaginable. The impact statements from the parents, siblings,
family members, roommates, friends, heart wrenching, heart breaking. They are shattered.
They will never be the same again. It's not just
one victim, there are actually multiple victims. Jose Ebarra deserves death.
(05:25):
He doesn't deserve another forty to fifty sixty years in
which we the taxpayer, will pay sixty seventy in some cases,
one hundred thousand dollars a year just to keep this
man fed, comfortable, clothed, and allowed to have all kinds
of access to entertainment, even I'm not kidding, internet pornography,
(05:50):
all of this on our dime. I'm sorry, but that's
not justice. Justice is an eye for an eye, a
tooth for a tooth. In this case, it's death. And
I hope that the people of Georgia understand that if
they want to have real justice, should something like this
(06:11):
ever happen again, vote this disgusting sorrows back DA out
of office. Some murderers and rapists commits such heinous crimes,
there's only one proper verdict. There's only one proper consequence.
It's the death penalty, and in this case, that's what
(06:33):
jose scumeback Eberra deserves. Death. I don't care if it's
the electric chair. I don't care if it's by firing squad.
I don't care if it's by injection. I don't even
care if it's by public hanging. But this man deserves
the death penalty, and I'm telling you, my friends, in
(06:54):
a better world, he'd get it.
