Speaker 1 (00:00):
California, or to be more specific, Southern California is burning.
These raging wildfires are the worst in the history of
the city of Los Angeles, and it's getting worse by
the second, by the minute, by the hour. There are
now five massive infernos out of control, raging wildfires, not
(00:24):
just in Los Angeles, but across the entire La County area.
And some of this is hitting the very rich and
famous Pacific Palisides is now burning. An inferno is raging.
Many Hollywood elites have their homes there. They've been forced
to evacuate West Hollywood, Sunset Boulevard of Malibu, you name it,
(00:50):
Beverly Hills, Pasadena. Some of the most beautiful stretches of
territory in land in America is now literally being burnt
to the ground. And the Biden regime has done nothing
of California Governor Newsom nothing. They knew these wildfires were coming,
(01:11):
and yet they failed to adequately prepare. In fact, as
President Trump rightly said recently, Newsom should resign for his
incompetent mismanagement and criminal negligence. Trump has been warning for
years that with these raging wildfires, California's policy under Newsom
(01:33):
of refusing to divert hundreds of millions of gallons of water.
Hundreds of millions of gallons of pure fresh water that
they have in northern California from either melting snow or
rains are instead being uselessly flushed into the ocean because
(01:55):
Newsom is obsessed with saving I swear to you a
tiny species of fish called the delta smelt. Under pressure
from radical environmentalists and the green lobby, Newsome literally has
led southern California to go bone dry. Fire hydrants now
(02:16):
have no water. Firefighters who are trying to desperately battle
these blazes. There's no water in the fire hydrants. There's
even no water in the garden hoses at residential homes.
That's why they can't stop these fires. Zero percent containment
and rather than clearing out all of that underbrush what
(02:38):
other states do and other countries do, again, Newsome, bending
the knee to the environmentalist lobby and the green radical environmentalists,
refuses to do the cleanup, which makes these areas tinder boxes.
One spark and boom, the fires rage and rage and
(03:00):
spread in a matter of seconds, burning thousands of acres.
This is mismanagement. On a third world level. And when
you throw in the communist moonbat mayor of Los Angeles
Karen Bass, who cut nearly twenty million dollars out of
(03:22):
the city's fire budget in order to put aside more
money for illegals who while her city was being burned
to ashes, she was in Africa partying at the presidential
inauguration of the incoming president of Ghana. She was in
Africa as her city went up in smoke. You can't
(03:46):
make this stuff up. Karen Bass has failed, Gavin Newsom
has failed, The Democrats have failed, and they can try
to blame this on climate change all they want. The
fact of the matter is it is their refusal to
bring in all of the water that could use the
(04:07):
firefighters could use to stop and dowse these blazes, and
their determination to continue very poor forestry management because they
don't want to cross the environmentalists and the green socialists.
This is why now southern California is burning and burning
(04:28):
and burning. I wish I could say that the crazy
moonbat voters of California would finally wake up and realize
d EI diversity, equity, inclusion equals de die. But they won't.
(04:49):
Even after this disaster, with five dead, one hundred thousand evacuated,
countless people in hospitals, shopping malls, churches, schools, homes, businesses,
all torn asunder and burnt to the ground. They'll still
(05:10):
vote in the same moonbats, with the same crazy environmental policies.
Liberalism is a mental disorder, and California is living proof.
