Speaker 1 (00:00):
President Trump has now done a one hundred and eighty
degree u turn on the Russian Ukrainian War. He now
has turned on Vladimir Putin, and yesterday in the Oval
Office with NATO Secretary General mister Root right beside him,
(00:21):
of Vladimir Putin was now identified by Trump as public
Enemy number one. Trump now says he has had it
with negotiating with the Russian strong man, that he is
not interested in ending the war in Ukraine. And so
Trump now vows he will break putin the Russian offensive
(00:42):
in Ukraine and essentially force Putin to a ceasefire and
to the negotiating table. And how will he do this,
He has now said, he's announced that. Trump has said
he will be sending or selling, to be more accurate,
over ten billion dollars worth of our finest weaponry and
(01:03):
equipment to NATO, who will then distribute it to Ukraine.
Our patriot missiles, hell fire missiles, long range missiles, tanks, ammunition,
artillery shells, air defense systems. Ukraine will now be armed
to the teeth in order to blunt the Russian offensive
(01:28):
and eventually break Putin's army and thereby compel a peace
deal between Ukraine, Zelenski and Russia and Putin and if
the military battlefield doesn't do it, Trump says he's going
to combine all of this military hardware and arming Ukraine
(01:48):
with crippling sanctions and a one hundred percent tariff what
are called secondary tariffs on any country around the world China, India,
Brazil who continues to buy Russian oil and natural gas
that Putin now has a fifty day window. If he
(02:09):
doesn't now agree to a ceasefire, those tariffs will kick in,
and this will cut off the financial lifeline of the
Russian war machine. If Putin cannot sell Russia's oil and
natural gas, essentially his economy will be crippled. Trump believes
(02:30):
he can now compel a piece between Putin and Ukraine.
I disagree. I think the Russian strong man now realizes
that with the horrific investment that he's made in this war,
with all of the loss in Russian blood and Russian treasure,
half a million Russian soldiers dead, a million total dead
(02:55):
or maimed, the Russian economy in tatters, inflation, skyrocketing interest rates,
the decimation of the middle class, the pain, the suffering,
the hardship, Putin must deliver a decisive victory on the battlefield,
or else he will not survive in power. And if
(03:17):
he doesn't survive in power, he may not actually even survive.
And so Putin will not sue for peace. He will
go for the knockout punch and try to bring Ukraine
to its knees. My friends, I fear by arming Ukraine,
all we are doing now is prolonging the conflict, the killing,
(03:41):
the murder, the bloodshed and the suffering. And the sad
reality is Putin has won the war and there is
nothing now, whether it's ten billion, twenty billion, thirty billion,
that can change the facts on the ground, and Putin
(04:02):
will endure whatever sanctions and tariffs will be imposed to
guarantee a Russian victory. Trump now is no longer America first,
He is now Ukraine first, in the desperate hopes that
he can end the fighting and the dying. But the
one question he can't answer. If two sides in this
(04:26):
case Russia and Ukraine, and to be more specific, Putin
and Zelensky, if two sides do not want peace and
they are both determined to fight to the death, then
what can you do to stop the fighting? Sometimes you
just have to walk away and let someone win and
(04:48):
let someone lose. Trump tried nobly to end the fighting,
but if Putin and Zelensky are determined to fight to
the death, then a better course is for the United
States to stay out of this war and let the
two of them go at it while we focus on
serious problems here at home. Who wins in Eastern Ukraine,
(05:14):
who controls the Dawn Bass has no effect on US
national interests or US national security. It is ultimately none
of our business. And if it's none of our business,
we should mind our own business. No more weapons to Ukraine,
(05:35):
no more sanctions on Russia. It's time for America to
come home.
