Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yet the answer to the question is not just no,
but hell no. President Trump now, according to his envoy
Steve Whitkoff, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and a lot
of media sources who are being fed information from the
Trump administration are now saying, in fact, they're hinting that
(00:23):
President Trump is strongly considering giving Ukraine US permanent military
security guarantees in order to get Ukraine to agree to
a peace deal with Russia. And here is essentially now
the framework or the blueprint for a possible deal. Putin
(00:45):
has said he wants don vas the eastern region of
Ukraine that for the most part his troops have pretty
much occupied. They don't have all of Dnetsk, not quite
all of Zapparizia and Krsan. These are some of the
three big regions in eastern Ukraine, but they have the
overwhelming majority of that territory. They occupy now about twenty
(01:11):
percent of Ukrainian land in the east, which also includes Crimea,
so one fifth of Ukraine would be swallowed up and
annexed by Russia. Ukraine, not publicly but privately is now
acknowledging they may have to surrender or cede the territory
(01:32):
that they've lost in this war, but they want a
guarantee that Russia will never attack or invade them again.
Hence they want a very strong military deterrent, so they
will accept having eighty percent of their country with the
path open to them to join the European Union and
(01:52):
the West. The all important question now is who is
willing to underwrite ukraine borders and its military security. Britain, France, Italy,
Germany and Finland. These European countries have now come out
and said they are not only willing to guarantee Ukraine's
(02:16):
future security indefinitely, they're even willing to put British troops,
French troops, yes, Italian and even Finnish troops on the
ground in Ukraine, plus military bases. Zelenski says it's not enough.
Putin doesn't fear the Europeans, but you know which country
(02:37):
he does fear and respect. You guessed it, Uncle Sam.
And Zelenski says, the price for me to see that
territory and to sign a peace deal with Putin that
would finally end the war is for the United States
to guarantee our borders, our security for the next thousand years.
(03:00):
President Trump badly wants to end this war. He wants
to end the senseless slaughter, the murder, the killing, the maiming,
the massive death and destruction, the worst violence in Europe
since the end of World War Two. But this is
a price that for me is way too high. Why
(03:24):
should we have to make concessions? We are not a
party to this war. Russia has to make concessions, Ukraine
has to make concessions, even the Europeans because it's in
their back door and they want to end this conflict.
I understand why they need to make concessions, But why
does the United States have to make concessions? And I'm
(03:46):
not talking about sending them some more weapons or writing
another multi billion dollar check money by the way, that
we don't have. No it is now to cement Ukraine's
borders with the blood of American soldiers. We will now
be on the hook should Ukraine ever be attacked, not
(04:08):
just by Russia but any other country, to give them
an Article five like agreement like we have with NATO
that an attack on Ukraine would be considered an attack
on America, automatically triggering a massiveitary response from US. Ukraine
and Russia have been fighting over territory for over a
(04:31):
thousand years. Ukraine literally means borderland, and we're gonna get
enmeshed in this. It is no question that eventually Ukraine
and Russia will fight again. It's not a question of if,
it's a question of when, and it's a question over
(04:51):
what territory where. This now locks us in to now
fighting on behalf of Ukraine against the world's leading nuclear power,
Russia forever. We don't have a dog in this fight.
Ukraine is not worth the bones of a single American soldier.
(05:16):
And if Trump signs these security guarantees, it will be
the biggest mistake of his presidency. My prediction. It will
be deeply unpopular with the American people, and MAGA will
be angry with him, and some will even begin to
pull their support. Mister President, we did not vote for
(05:38):
forever wars. This puts us on the path if you
sign these security guarantees to a forever war, an endless
war between Ukraine, the United States and Russia. This puts
us on the path to a potential World War III
(06:00):
with Russia. It is a horrible idea. It is in
fact a guarantee that we will be fighting Russia sometime
in the near future, and over what. There is no
national interest at stake anywhere in Ukraine. We don't need
their minerals, we don't need their agriculture, we don't need
(06:22):
their rare earth. We don't need anything Ukraine has to offer.
This is none of our business. Mister President. I know
you want to end the war, but you can't end
the war at this high of a cost for the
American national interest. This is not putting America first. This
(06:45):
is clearly putting Ukraine first. And now you know why
all of the globalists, from Lindsey Graham to Hillary Clinton,
to Emmanuel Macron to all the leaders of Europe want
Trump to sign on that bottom line, giving Ukraine security
(07:06):
guarantees is a big victory for the globalists and it
will be a massive defeat for America. First, mister President,
stay out of Ukraine. It's not worth it.
