Finally, what took them so long? Last night, the news
broke that a federal grand jury has indicted former FBI
director James Comy on two felony counts, one giving false
statements or lying under oath to Congress in his testimony

on September thirtieth, twenty twenty, in front of the Senate
Judiciary Committee. The second count obstruction of a Congressional proceeding,
I e. Obstruction of justice. As I mentioned on the show,
and I want to stress it again, there is no
question that Comy is guilty of sin. There is no

question that he lied under oath. He lied repeatedly, not
once or twice, again and again and again, whether he invited, directed,
and authorized, whether it's Andrew McCabe or FBI General Counsel
James Baker, or others like Daniel Richmond, his friend at

the Columbia Law School, to leak to the media about
the investigations into either Donald Trump, the Russia collusion hoax,
or Hillary Clinton's email server, and under oath he kept insisting.
Yet he never leaked, he never told anyone to leak.
It's a lie. And not only are his words being

utterly refuted and rebutted by people within the FBI, But
the massive document dump by DNI Tulci Gabbard, in which
she shows in email after email, document after document, text
message after text message that you have call me himself

admitting that he ordered people to leak to the media,
that he authorized his allies and his underlings to leak leak.
If this is any kind of a fair trial in
Northern Virginia, then James call me. We'll go to jail
for between five to ten years. But that is now

the question will it be a fair trial? The judge,
now that's been given the case is a Joe Biden appointee,
a Democratic hack. The jury pool will come from Northern Virginia,
which is heavily democratic, heavily liberal, heavily anti Trump. Not

happens next. What I'm urging the Trump administration to do,
do not stop at Komi. The dam is about to break.

in order to drive Trump from power in an attempted coup.
That's what they planned in November and December of twenty sixteen.
