Harriet Morris, The Eating Coach, uses psychology, neuroscience and her own brand of humour to help you achieve up a 95% drop in binge and compulsive eating and sugar addiction. How? By ditching diets, refusing to slavishly follow other people's truth and connect to your power that you are currently giving away to the nearest deli counter. Harriet was a food rebel for over three decades, living under the shadow of compulsive eating and sugar addiction. Turning 40 changed everything for her. She rejected self criticism in favour of curiosity and dismantled 95% of her eating compulsion and dropped 3 dress sizes in the process.
I coined the term chaotic foods to refer to products that have negative and unexpected effects on the body.
