The case in Arizona allows voting with just a registration card.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has said Arizona cannot
require proof of citizenship in a presidential election or a
mail in ballot.
Speaker 1 (00:12):
Political analyst Michelle Maples says this sparks worries over illegal
aliens voting. It now rests with Justice Elena Keegan too,
which isn't good.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
My guess is that she is going to go ahead
and deny this, and that just means that the appeal
will take longer and the decision won't come down until
after the election.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
Texas and twenty three other states are asking for a
