High interest rates, high home prices, and a volatile stock
market are keeping new home buyers and investors out of
the market, while those who bought homes or stocks years
ago are sitting pretty National Association of Homebuilders CEO Jim
Tobin tells Fox there's still a lot of apprehension.

When I thought to our home builders across the country,
buyers just don't feel quite comfortable about the economy.

Yes, there's good signs out there inflations reducing, maybe there's
a federrate coming soon, but they're just not that comfortable.

are waiting to see the outcome of this falls election
