With several election cases already pending across multiple states, there
is a real possibility one or more of them could
end up at the US Supreme Court. South Texas College
of Law professor Josh Blackman says, if it's close, then
the High Court should step in.

If a Spreme Court doesn't take it, that might mean
that some stafeboard has an issue that could decide.

To say, of the entire country, and as an issue
of ceral law, a play that really depended how the
conversations should be interpreted. I think Screme Court shout on
the final say, or at least something close to it.

Two key cases right now involve provisional ballots in Pennsylvania
and whether Virginia can purge non citizens from its voter roles.
