Loss of Appetite: Recalls Raise Food Safety Concerns

is at an all time low, according to Gallup, and
perhaps with good reason. The McDonald's E Coli outbreak follows
a lasteria recall at Costco and mass recalls of bores
head meat last summer. Food industry expert Sharif Mityes says
the concerns are understandable, but on the whole.

through the US food supply, both from a grocery and
