some members think it's time. Georgia Congressman Andrew Clyde tells
Breitbart News Daily it should be the law.

I would honestly love to see a balanced budget amendment
to our constitution. Many states have it, My home state
of Georgia has it. Legislation would never be allowed to
come to the House floor if it didn't have an
offset and wasn't fully paid for.

That's the way our state government in Georgia works, and
that's the way the federal government should work.

But it's unlikely to happen anytime soon, if ever, since
a constitutional amendment requires passage by two thirds of Congress
