High Enough: Texas Bill Would Ban THC Edibles

Senate Bill three would ban the sale and possession of
edible products that contain THHC, the main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana.
The bill sponsor, State Senator Charles Perry tells Texas Tribune
the state's legalization of industrial hemp led to unintended consequences.

This was an exploitation of an agricultural bill I passed

the hemp plant that is intended to be fiber for
the farmer in a new industry and get cute with

He says many of these products contain unregulated levels of
