If a doctor leaves a practice, they have to go
fifty or one hundred miles away from where the provider is,
which of course makes it nearly impossible for a lot
of patients to continue to see their doctors.

Brian Phillips, the TPPF, says providers are not required to
tell patients where the doctor went, and the fix, besides
limiting the NCAA's is simple.

He just has a requirement that the provider let them
know that the doctor has left, that they let them
know where the doctor went.

He says seventy percent of Texans support limiting these agreements.
