He's placing holds on each individual nominee, basically forcing these
committees to vote on them one at a time. It's
basically just to steiny the process.

Shawn Fleewood of the Federalists says this was used by
Senator Tubberville wants and died when dem stopped it, and
his use of this now is the pot calling the
kettle black.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
He accused Senator Tuberville of abusing the power of advice
and consent, basically suggesting that he would never do something
like this.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
He says it's part hypocrisy in part Democrats sense of elitism.
