Galveston County Sheriff Jimmy Fullen is suing the Texas Commission
on Law Enforcement or t COLE, claiming they're violating his
rights by trying to suspend his peace officer's license for
ten years.

personal history statement like pass arrest before he was in
law enforcement and disciplinary actions during his career.
