transition official got a contract worth as much as five

work will place on its operations. The no bid contract, yeah,
it was a no bid contract, meaning no one else

ever awarded by the agency overseeing the Migrant Children program.

The award also comes that the Biden administration rushes now
before the election to deal with a significant influx of
migrants at the southern border. This includes more than twenty
one thousand unaccompanied minors currently in government custody that we

They hired Andrew as their senior director of Migrant Services
and Federal Affairs Now. This individual is a former official
at US Immigration and Customs Enforcement He previously advised the

and staffing matters. He also ran a consulting firm advising
companies on federal procurement practices that, according to his own
LinkedIn page, was specific expertise on agencies that include the

of Health and Human Services tasks with detailing and processing
child migrant specifically. Now this comes also as it's been
reported by The Washington Examiner that this individual's role at

Family Endeavors in the context of a eighty seven million
dollars Department of Homeland Security contract was awarded to the
group last month. Now I have more about this money,

year was it's just forty three million. So you're telling
me now that a company that does this right had
forty three million for their annual budget gets an influx
of a half a billion dollars and I'm supposed to
not ask any questions.

prime contract award from Health and Human Services, according to

things getting paid? Global Refugees CEO, A former policy director
for the First Lady Michelle Obama, so her compensation increased
from two hundred and forty four thousand dollars in twenty

a million dollars in twenty twenty two. Southwest Key Program CEO,
a doctor, makes over one million, their chief strategists makes
eight hundred thousand, and the head of operations makes seven
hundred thousand.

was paid with your tax dollars to I guess therapy
and do music with kids five hundred and thirty three
thousand dollars. An internal Endeavors PowerPoint obtained by the American

shows that the nonprofit conducted one thousand, six hundred and
fifty six people plant interactions and two hundred and eighty
seven pet therapy sessions between.

So your tax dours are then going into these groups,
who are then hiring the lobbyists to then make sure
that they get more of your tax dollars. In twenty
twenty one, the NGO shelled out eight million to hotel
management company that they apparently used to house migrants in

their hotels. I want to know who owns that and
how they're connected to the Democratic Party, because.

you know, he quote continued to think of Hamas as
a terrorist organization, right this. I mean, you're up there
on stage and you've got Greece who's like, look, I'm
saddened by this Hamas a terrorist organization. He then said,
let's agree to disagree. Now, this was clearly done on purpose,

as a Greek prime minister and the Turkish president were
having this joint press conference. It also should be noted
the Turkey's president has no problem using the word terrorists
to describe extremists who oppose his government. He has no problem.
He and his top officials in fact, tend to describe

insisting all of them are in league with the violent
separatists PKK party in Turkey, which they treat like terrorists,
including Turkish militias that were instrumental in helping Western powers

HAMAS has maintained an office for their top level leadership

Family Endeavors knew what they were doing. They hired the
guy that was there that did this for the federal
government in the Biden administration, and they said, look, you
get us a big contract, you're going to get a
big fee.

I go back to the Washington Examiner story saying, all
of a sudden, this guy shows up, he gets a
roll at Family Endeavors, and then bam, eighty seven million
in Department of Homeland Security contracts are the group last month.

But here's the other part. You need to understand.
Speaker 1 (06:03):
ACF officials are also being very quiet about the work
they're doing with your tax dollars. In fact, they will
not respond for comment from anyone in the media at
this point. And the reason why is because of this ACF,
this organization that this guy works for, also contracted Family
Endeavors last month divide quote emergency intake and wrap around
(06:27):
care services at a temporary facility in Texas.

How do we know this?
Speaker 1 (06:33):
According to federal procurement records, ACF has distributed now two
hundred and fifty five million dollars to the nonprofit under
the new contract, which is a maximum potential value of
five hundred and thirty million dollars. Now, this group, Family
Endeavors most recent publicly available annual tax filing covering the
(06:55):
calendar year of eighteen showed its annual budget for that
year was it's just forty three million. So you're telling
me now that a company that does this right had
forty three million for their annual budget gets an influx
of a half a billion dollars and I'm supposed to
not ask any questions.

Give me a break.
Speaker 1 (07:14):
In fact, before last month, it had never received a
prime contract award from Health and Human Services, according to
a source familiar with Family Endeavors operations. They also said
it did provide staffing services at a migrant intake shelter
run by another HHS vendor, but they've never actually gotten

the big contract.

Well, that all changed other large.
Speaker 1 (07:40):
By the way ACF contracts went to four profit firms
with more experience working on such large scale operations.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
I'll give you an example of that.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
The agency awarded more than three hundred and twenty million
dollars to a for profit company called Rapid Deployment, The
company whose CEO has been nicknamed the Master of Disaster
for the extensive relief work as firm is done. It's
also received nine figure Pentagon contracts to work on military
base camps as well. You compare that to the only
(08:13):
ACF contract larger than Family Endeavors, that was a seven
hundred and nineteen million dollar award to deployed resources last month,
of which two hundred and seventy three million has already
been obligated. That company also does extensive work for the
Department of Homeland Security and the Defense Department. So a
(08:33):
little known group gets a half billion dollar the second
biggest contract overall all because this Texas nonprofit got a
contract because they hired a Biden official who then got
them paid. And this goes back to what I said,
follow the money. Now, this isn't just some of the
(08:54):
money that is being spent. In fact, it's hardly any
of the money that's really being spent.

And I want you to understand this.

Over a half million hour contract, this is pennies in
a bucket of how much money the government spending on
your behalf of your tax dollars to take care of
illegal immigrants.

How do we know this?

Let me move to a journalist and independent journalist by
the name of Maddie Rally. Maddy has spent four months
investigating the web of nngo's facilitating the Biden administration's migrant crisis,
which they created, and they know how to stop it
if they wanted to. And these taxpayer funded groups are
(09:35):
now pulling in quote billions of dollars and lavishing themselves
with salaries and bonuses that nobody in the private sector
would dream of paying. Here is how they're cashing in,
she says. For example, there is a group called Endeavors, Inc.
It was awarded a one point three billion dollar grant
(09:59):
from the federal grid government to run a shelter for
unaccompanied minor children in Texas in Tescos, Texas, all right
in twenty twenty one, they spent five hundred and thirty
three thousand dollars of your tax dollars on music therapy
and offered horticulture classes to the illegal immigrants that you

paid for that cost you five hundred and thirty three
thousand dollars. So how are the people involved in these
things getting paid? Global Refugees CEO, A former policy director
for the First Lady Michelle Obama, so her compensation increased
from two hundred and forty four thousand dollars in twenty
nineteen to all of a sudden more than a half

a million dollars in twenty twenty two. Southwest Key Program CEO,
a doctor, makes over one million, their chief strategists makes
eight hundred thousand, and the head of operations makes seven
hundred thousand.

Its total payroll was.

Four hundred and sixty five million of your tax dollars
in twenty twenty two alone. The NGO has been plagued
with issues by the way, including employees sexually assaulting migrant
children in its care. The report says, as more uncoming
children have crossed the border, the NGOs continues to expand

in size as well.

Has seventy five employees on staff in nineteen and by
the end of this year they say they will now
have more you ready for this than seven hundred people
on staff As more of these uncoming miners continue to
come in. What the Left is understanding is they can
now get rich. The headline of her article exposing all

this is entitled nonprofits are making billions off the border crisis.

That is not a lie that is an accurate number.

Federal funding has turned the business of resettling migrant children
into a gold mine for a handful of select NGOs with.

Direct ties to the White House.

Although the federally funded Unincoming Children Program quote is responsible
for resettling uncoming migrant migrant miners who enter the US,
it delegates much of the task to non governmental organizations
called NGOs that run shelters and border states of Texas, Arizona,
and California.

How do you get to have that job.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
You've got to be politically connected to the Biden crime family.
And with the recent massive influx of uncoming children a
record three hundred and thirty twenty twenty two, the last
year for which we have official stats, the caffers of
the NGOs are swelling, along with the salaries of everyone involved.
Charles Marino, former advisor to Janet Neapolitano, the Secretary of

the Department of Home and Security under Obama, said of
the NGOs quote, the amount of tax payers money that
they are getting is obscene.

Conservative Okay, this is Janet Napolitano, a hardcore lefty. The
exact quote from her is this, We're going to find
that the waste, fraud and abuse of taxpayer money will
rival what we saw with the COVID federal money. Now
we all know how bad the COVID federal money abuse was,
(13:31):
and it was hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of billions
and may end up even being over trillion dollars when
it's all said and done. And what Janet Napolitano, a liberal,
a loyalist to Obama, said, we are going to find
that the waste, fraud and abuse of taxpayer money will
rival what we saw with the COVID federal money. With
these endos, the Free Press, by the way, examined three
(13:53):
of the most prominent NGOs that have benefited Global Refuge,
Southwest Key Program and Endeavor Incs. These organizations have seen
their combined revenue grow from five hundred and ninety seven
million to nineteen to an astonishing two billion dollars in
twenty twenty two, that's the last year for which federal
(14:15):
disclosure documents are available, and the CEOs of all three
of these quote nonprofits are reaping in more than five
hundred thousand each an annual compensation, with one of them,
the executive of Southwest Key, making more than one million dollars.

Some of the services that these NGOs provide are eyebrow raising.
The report says, for example, not only did Endeavors use
taxpayer funds to offer migrant children pet therapy. In twenty
twenty one alone, Endeavors paid Christy Merrill, a music therapist,

five hundred and thirty three thousand dollars. A music therapist
was paid with your tax dollars to I guess therapy
and do music with kids five hundred and thirty three
thousand dollars. An internal Endeavors PowerPoint obtained by the American
(15:17):
First Legal, an outfit founded by former Trump aide Stephen Miller,
shows that the nonprofit conducted one thousand, six hundred and
fifty six people plant interactions and two hundred and eighty
seven pet therapy sessions between.

April and twenty twenty one.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
In March of twenty twenty three, so apparently that's how
you become a millionaire. Endeavors twenty twenty two federal disclosure
forms also showed that it paid five million dollars to
a company to provide fill in doctors and nurses, four
point six million for consulting services, and one point four
(15:57):
million to attend conferences, and another seven one thousand on lobbyists.
So your tax dours are then going into these groups,
who are then hiring the lobbyists to then make sure
that they get more of your tax dollars. In twenty
twenty one, the NGO shelled out eight million to hotel
management company that they apparently used to house migrants in
(16:22):
their hotels. I want to know who owns that and
how they're connected to the Democratic Party, because.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
I guarantee you there's a connection.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
Now, endeavors Okay, which gets ninety nine point six percent
of its revenue from the government, according the Federal Disclosure
Forms to climb to comment about the latest story of
this high level corruption and the no bid contracts. Now,
the Administration for Children and Families, a division of the
(16:49):
US Department of Health and Human Services, funds these nonprofits,
they say, through the Office of the Refugee Settlement and
its budget with your tax dours as swell from one
point eight billion in eighteen to six point three billion
and twenty twenty three they are expected this year to
spend at least seven point three billion, almost all of
(17:12):
which will be funneled to these NGOs and contractors who
are getting no big contracts because they're hiring the right
people who then get them paid. Let me also say
one other thing. I don't believe that this is the
end of the money trail. I think this is the beginning.
And I'm going to spend a lot of time digging
into this, and I'm going to keep you updated because
(17:34):
I have a feeling that there are other awards that
have gone to other NGOs that have direct ties to
the Biden crime family, that have been paid hundreds and
hundreds of millions of dollars. Now, let me explain very
quickly why I say that. I say that because we
know how much money we're spending on illegal immigrants, and
(17:56):
so the money at some point, like it's got to
add up, and now it's adding up, and we're finding
out that it's not going to you know, American government,
you know, initiatives and workers right within our government. No,
they're lining the pockets of democratic activists, democratic donors, and
(18:17):
democratic businesses who are in on taking care of twenty
plus million illegal immigrants that are in this country.
Speaker 2 (18:26):
That's what they're doing that. I mean, that's what this is.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
That is the entire ballgame for them, is the more
that they bring in. Right, it's actually brilliant if you
think about it. You're bringing in millions of people you
got to take care of. So if you've got to
bring in millions of people right to take care of
them like you have to, right, you got to take
(18:50):
care of them, then somebody's got to get paid. And
we know how much money we've spent just on hotel
rooms alone, hundreds of millions of dollars. We know how
much we spent on things like cell phones and interpreters
and food and water. The list goes on and on
(19:11):
and on and on and on. So, as I said
earlier and I'll say it again, I think this is
the tip of the iceberg.

And we're going to dig. So do not worry.

We're going to keep telling you about this and make

really really needs to get out now. I also want
to get to something else that has happened, and it
deals with Israel. As you know, we talked about this,
I think it was yesterday's show. The President of the

United States America has completely turned its back on Israel
now and it's said to Israel that We're not gonna
basically give you what you need to protect and offend
yourself if you go after the terrorists of Hamas terras anymore.
The world has heard what Joe Biden has said. The
world now very very much understands that this is America
(20:07):
basically saying to Israel, stopped killing the terrorists that killed
jew and you're falling out of favor with us. And
now the rest of the world can flex their muscles,
those that hate America and also those that stand with
a terrorists.

So now let me explain why.

Within hours of the President coming out and warning Israel
not to go in to Rafa, we now have found
out and it's been admitted publicly that more than one
thousand Hamas terrorists received treatment in Turkish hospitals. Turkish president
(20:44):
confirmed on Monday that more than one thousand Hamas terrists
have received medical treatment in their hospitals across the nation
of Turkey. The president also refused of Turkey to admit
that Amas was a terrorist group, instead describing it as
a quote resistance movement. This greatly dismayed the Greek Prime minister,
(21:11):
who was meeting with the Turkish president and was there
to basically diffuse tensions between Greece and Turkey. The two
leaders were holding a joint press conference when the President
of Turkey revealed that they've been treating Hamas fighters for
their injuries, and when he said he was saddened, right
(21:32):
that was that this was happening, and said that he
you know, he quote continued to think of Hamas as
a terrorist organization, right this. I mean, you're up there
on stage and you've got Greece who's like, look, I'm
saddened by this Hamas a terrorist organization. He then said,
let's agree to disagree. Now, this was clearly done on purpose,
(21:53):
as a Greek prime minister and the Turkish president were
having this joint press conference. It also should be noted
the Turkey's president has no problem using the word terrorists
to describe extremists who oppose his government. He has no problem.
He and his top officials in fact, tend to describe
(22:15):
every arm Kurd in the Middle East as a terrorist,
insisting all of them are in league with the violent
separatists PKK party in Turkey, which they treat like terrorists,
including Turkish militias that were instrumental in helping Western powers
defeat ISIS in Syria and Iraq. They treat them like
(22:39):
they are terrorists. Now, the Times of Israel noted that
HAMAS has maintained an office for their top level leadership
is I guess the best way to describe it in
Turkey since twenty eleven.

Now, why did they do that.
Speaker 1 (22:55):
They did that because Turkey help broker in agreement for
the freedom of haptured Israeli soldiers at the time. Now,
the president of Turkey has been in power now for
two decades reportedly agreed to become quietly involved in the
negotiations after there was a personal appeal from one of
(23:16):
the Israeli soldiers' fathers. He loudly insisted that HAMAS should
not be treated as a terrorist organization quote unquote, even
after murdered, raped, burned, decapitated and kidnapped more than one
thy two hundred Israeli civilians on October the seventh, saying
this Hamas is not a terrorist organization, It's a group
(23:38):
of Muji Hadeen meaning holy warriors defending their lands, the
Turkish leader said, insisting that the Israelis were the real terrorists.
Like other apologists for the Hamas savages. The President of
Turkey said that Israel has no inherent right of self
defense that would justify its military response against the October

seventh attack. The Turkish leader has since compared the Israeli
Prime Minister at Yahoo to Adolf Hitler on several occasions,
claiming Israel's war in Gaza is an act of genocide
like the Holocaust. He also restricted trade with Israel in
April and halted its entirety in early May to protest
(24:25):
the war in Gaza. Turkey also said it would join
South African Africa's case of genocide against Israel at the
International Court of Justice known as the ICU. Well now,
after Joe Biden came out and said, we're not going
to be giving the artillery need the arms needed for
the offensive if they decided to go into Rafa to
(24:47):
kill the terrorists, because that's where they are. Well on Sunday,
Turkey decided to come out to the world complain that
the US and Europe were not doing enough to pressure
Israel into a ceasefire before it could beget its final
operations against Hamas. He once again assaulted Netan Yahoo as
(25:07):
a genocidal dictator who wants to attack the innocent people
in Rafa quote unquote, we saw that countries who lecture
us on human rights and freedoms at every opportunity openly
support those who massacre thirty five thousand gozzins, the Turkish
president said. We saw that those who said the right
to protest was sacred until yesterday can't tolerate demonstrations that

support Palestine, referring to American campuses. Apparently, he threw in
some other attacks at the US and quoted Hamas propaganda
on Gaza casualties, which have already been debunked. But it
doesn't seem to matter because now he's proud to say
that Turkish hospitals are there to treat Hamas terris, more
(25:51):
than a thousand of them. He did not offer details
on win or how this was done, but getting a
thousand injured Hamas fighters out of Gaza would be very difficult,
and gaining them the Turkey would also be a challenge.
So this means they did it, and they knew what
they were doing and they were planning it to Turkish sources,
by the way, have told Middle East I it's a
(26:13):
newer organization. On Monday that the quote President of Turkey
misspoke and there are a thousand Palaceinian civilians receiving treatment
in Turkish hospitals, not Hamas fighters. Walking it back after
he said it, obviously he knows exactly what he was saying,
and he wanted to make it clear that it was
(26:33):
Hamas that they are supporting. This is what happens when
a president of the United States of America becomes very weak. Okay,
that's what this is. When a president takes her hand
off of Israel, others react, and the Turkish president clearly
was taking the lead saying, okay, America is not going
(26:54):
to give them what they need. America is not a
great ally any longer. So now that we know what's
happening here, what we're gonna do is going to be amazing.
We're gonna get to flex our muscles not only against America,
but we'll get to flex our muscles even more against
Israel because Joe Biden is allowing us to never forget.

There are consequences when it comes to this, and there
are consequences that are still taking place because of how
we pulled out of Afghanistan, all of our foreign policies
started to unravel. Okay, all of it with Afghanistan full stop,
